Poor Hotel stay at good location !!

Center of the city or Location is the only advantage. it used to be a good one & has gone done very bad.

Many - quality of hotel, old furniture & furnishings, not a good room, key cards don’t work if you are away from hotel ( heard or experienced this first time), etc

was supposed to stay for 3 days, ended up leaving the next day

only the location

old, dilapidated, bed bugs, noisy with no insulation, housekeeping need to up its game. Musty smell.

Disappointing for the kind of money paid.

Just the location as it’s centrally located

The bathroom stinks….. No view from the windows. Hardly any use of the TV as no channel worked. In room dining needs a bit of work as most of the food requested was turned down stating it would take a lot of time. Request for late checkout was turned down.

Breakfast was tasty but the staff needs to have some sensitivity. They behaved bluntly. I asked for a table for 3 the floor manager directed me to a two seater and added a chair to the side of the table that is blocked with no leg space. When we told him we can’t sit there he looked blankly and asked to sit there no mattrr what. I had to scold him to find me a place where we three can sit comfortably. I feel the amount of charges they are charging the customer based on the location they should invest more on the staff training and upgradation. Hospitality business runs on customer service and relationship which is clearly missing.

An incident completely spoiled the mood for a reunion me and my three other friends were having in the rooftop restaurant. It was very upsetting and not expected. I had checked in with my family and another friend who had come all the way from Mumbai to meet me also checked into the hotel. Couple of local friends were meeting us the hotel rooftop restaurant for dinner. They visited my friends room to drop few gifts they brought for us. The reception not only mis behaved with out visitors bit they called my friends room and said they will charge for visitors by the minute. They indimidated her by saying the visitora have to leave the room and go to restaurant immediately. The reception guy Andred didnt stop at that. He later called the restaurant to comfirm if my friend and our two other female friends were at the restaurant. It was a complete loss of face for us. A horrible experience. We are matured well placed professionals we had the intent of reuniting with old friends one evening, but this mean minded, low profile behavior infront of our guests left us feeling miserable. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is dirty and crumbling. Absolutely no value for money Toilets don't flush

The location.

-Infrastructure is dirty, crumbling The toilets don't flush properly, Staff does not acknowledge these issues. -The hotel did not honor The 15% discount offer. The hotel staff actively exploits loopholes. The picture you see is not the real picture trust me. This hotel simply does not care, and don't let their meaningless replies here fool you into believing. This hotel is barely worth 2k for 2 nights let alone 14.
