Food very good. Guides very good. Highly organised
A bit cheaper would be better. Bigger rooms.

Breakfast was good, location is excellent. The wildlife is literally on the doorstep
Some of the facilities maintenance had been deferred due to COVID shutting down the tourism industry in the region so not everything on the website was operating

Mainly the staff, food and the activities.
Pricey but wonderful. I hope they staff can get some of the money we paid for this trip.

100% exceeded our (already high) expectations. The staff went out of their way to provide the best experience for everyone, they were incredibly nice and knowledgeable, made the place feel like home / being with friends. Delicious meals with great variety, huge portions! The activities were very well organized, our guide Jimmy was always on time and gave us a lot of information about the area and the animals we saw (and we were lucky to have seen many of them, including some rare sightings of anteaters). The horse riding and the boat tour (with caiman feeding) were the highlights of our trip. The horse riding felt perfectly safe and comfortable even for a complete beginner with no experience. The location is beautiful, they have an awesome pool with great water temperature, the rooms were well equipped, clean, with insect nets and a comfortable bed. Good shower!! It was great to meet the owners as well and talk to them about how this awesome place came to be. Say hi to the beautiful araras from us ;)

Location was great to observe wildlife. Meals were generous and tasty. Staff was very friendly and service was impeccable. Planned activities were well organized. Our guide (Edson) was fantastic with lots of local knowledge and friendly disposition. Owners gave us good advice and tips on what to explore beyond the locality.
Somewhat overpriced.

Safety precautions were clear, consistent, and communicated in a friendly way. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The location is incredible! There are so many amazing animals around, clearly comfortable and safe, while still being wild. Guides were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and clearly care about offering the best possible experience for the guests. Food was PLENTIFUL.
One guest was smoking in the common areas, which was frustrating. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms, but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Bruno was our guide. We learned a lot about nature, birds, plants, and animals. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Location on the Pantanal is great. The freelance guides ( Raul and Pliny) were excellent.
Buffets at ever meal. This was especially bad at dinner where the whole meal wa over in less than 30 minutes. The package is all inclusive. The behaviour of fellow guests was perhaps the most surprise wild life spotting on the trip!
