10 days relaxing holiday with the best stunning views of Coral bay and Peyia village.
The room has enough crockery and pots and pans for a comfortable stay.
It takes an hour to walk to the beach, and that's with the mountain. Before making such a walk, assess your capabilities. This hotel is great only if you have a car.
I recommend visiting local restaurants where the price is less than Coral Bay Ave. 😂
I was missing a couple of sockets. I had to switch off the kettle, but that was nothing.

Hosts were very welcoming, they checked with us 30 mins before arrival and were waiting for us at the reception.
Room, facilities and view were outstanding. Internal parking, swimming pool a plus. Airconditioning needed. Perfect shower pressure and kitchen appliances.
Nothing.

Andreas, the host and his wife are very friendly and helpful persons. He offered me his help for any case and gave many recommendations what to see and to do.
The room was very-very clean with view to the sea.
By car is no problem to reach the hotel.
Wifi was also perfect!
I can fully recommend this hotel👍

very clean room. friendly people. good views over peyia.

Nothing. What ruined the experiences are staff, cleaning ladies etc. live in the adjecent rooms.
It is noisy and uncomfortable.
There was also found a camera in the apartment.
Will never set my foot there again.

The view is astonishing. As the hotel is located a bit higher, you have a wonderful view over the island. The host Andreas is very nice and helpful. We had to rearrange our arrival time several times which was no problem. There are plenty of parking opportunities as well.
As the place is located a bit higher in the mountains, you definitely need a car to get there. Nevertheless attractions such as Blue Lagoon or Coral Bay are good to reach by car (even better than directly from Paphos).
The apartments are functional but not very cozy. You have everything you need, but the furniture could be newer and more comfortable.
The biggest pain point is that the noise isolation is not very good, so you hear lots of noise from your neighbours and the other balconies. We had problems with noise from our neighbours on the arrival day, so please be aware that you might be disturbed which is probably more likely during main season, when the apartments are fully booked.

rooms in which instead of a balcony a large seating area - just a miracle. You can sunbathe, dine and dine with the most beautiful view in the city.
the room is very spacious but without design and style.

We really loved it!
The view from our veranda was awesome and the room was sparklingly clean. Seemed like it was brand new just furnished for us. Also I really appreciate the kitchenette in our room, it had literally everything for cooking (which is really rare) and all the appliances were in very good condition. Also we're grateful for the warm blanket.
The hotel has some cool facilities like swimming pool, darts and kicker, also the parking lot is marked for every room.
And surely our big thanks for the hospitality of Andreas!
P.s. I truly recommend you to pay a bit more and take a room with veranda
As it's mentioned in many other reviews, you'll need the car to get there. But the place is at the mountains, so don't be surprised :)

The fact that Andreas gave us a cheerful welcome even though we came in on a late flight, and that he was easily accessible if we were in need of anything.

Did not have breakfast.
I will give a terrible review because of my findings below.
The staff situated in rooms above and below.
A small camera were drilled in the ceiling to be able to survey the room from above.
Very uncomfortable
Will not come again.

Amazing view from terrace. Room well spaced and kitchen fully equipped if you need it. Nice to have sunbeds in the terrace. Also a personal car space.
Nothing that I didn't like. Just a small note that if you are a big person , the shower is a bit on the small side.

Awesome accommodation with one of the best panoramas in Peyia. The rooms are nice in size, clean and the big terrace is awesome. Parking is also good, and of course Andreas was a great host!
A small overhaul would be nice here and there and the shower cabin was small, but nothing too significant. The apartments are understandably at a bit remote location, so having a car is highly recommended.

My second stay here (first was ALSO rated 10 :)), this time I had even a better view in an upgraded room (its the same view, but had a better angle this time, also because a HUGE terrace). Had a "special" request - Andreas the host took care of it before my arrival.
The place is just GREAT!!
Same comment as in my first review - just drive with navigator, at least the first time (after 2-3 rides its possible to remember the way :)).

Fantastic views.
Quiet, beautifully run.
