Apartment was very clean, well equipped, and in a good neighborhood. We went in July....the living space and main bedroom have AC. The back bedroom does not.

Upon entering the apartment you see squashed bug marks across every wall in the apartment. Some with blood too. It is not pretty. It has not been cleaned. The apartment also comes with a large number of its mosquitos.
For some odd reason, all rooms only had one set of blinds. Offering zero privacy. 1 room even had pretty see-through blinds (the one blind). The apartment was dusty and at least 50% of the lights had defective bulbs.
Lastly, flats down the road had key lock boxes. It should be the same here it would make it easier for evening check-ins.
With all of these flaws, it is a nice apartment with, great space, location and set-up. Ample pillows, towels and storage space. I would recommend but simple things would have made it much better.

Booked for three nights just after the Marathon du Medoc.
For the price I can 100% recommend staying here! Really beautiful building, just a couple of hundred years from the river and surrounded by great restaurants. Pictures are a good reflection of the apartment. Really clean etc, spacious and really nice bedrooms. We booked for 4 x people over 3 x nights, for the price I think it's great. The photos don't do justice to the beautiful street view from the balcony. Fully recommended if you're staying in Bordeaux!

Good location but not clean and strange way of security deposit
The apartment is located in the old town of Bordeaux. Very convenient to go around by foot or public transportation. On my upfront question where I can best park my car, I never received an answer.
Later I got an SMS to pay a safety deposit. This was mentioned at the time of booking. It was not mentioned that it is done via a unknown third party company with additional fee for me. I asked if I can pay the safety deposit by credit card when I arrive. Ives’s told that this ok. When I arrived they told me I still have to use this unknown app which have limited translation in other languages. In the apartment was no good cellphone reception and also the provided WiFi was very slow.
The cutlery, kettle and other kitchen utilities were not clean and even full of insects.
We also missed some insect protection on the windows as the apartment had no AC.

Confort de l´appartement
Appartement avec situation excellente. La chambre plus grande manque d'íntimité, car il n y n´a pas de rideaux et les voisin ont une vue complete de la chambre.
Dans cuisine et salon les rideaux transparents manquent ou son défectueux.
L´inventaire n´est evidemment pas controlé regulièrement. Les poiles sont practiquement inutilisables et seraient ffaciles à changer sans beaucoup de frais pour donner une impression beaucoup plus favorable à cette cuisine autrement bien equipée pour de courtes vacances.
Salle de bains parfaite et agréable. Relation prix/commodité tres bonne.

Si l emplacement est tb il faudrait dire que l immeuble est inaccessible ds la rue , donc il faut décharger loin.. or il y a des places de parking au rdch de l immeuble
Un seul jeu de clef parce que c est un court séjour(1 semaine) pas de code ni d interphone .. il faut descendre 2 étages pour ouvrir ..
un canapé lit inconfortable, 4 fourchettes pour 6, manque une lampe halogène , pas de piles de télécommande, (4 jours pour en avoir ..) les stores cassés et de tte façon non occultants, des poêles ds un état inacceptable, un ménage succinct .. cet appartement n est pas mid en état et entretenu entre deux locations..

Felt like we were taken by fools
The apartment is nice, very well placed in the center of Bordeaux, but we had a very bad experience with the host. The place was named "Apartment 2 chambres avec petit parking", which means apartment 2 rooms with a little parking, the parking was the decisive factor of us wanting to staying there, but 2 days before our arrival the named of the place was changed with "Apartment 2 chambres en Hyper Centre" which means apartment 2 rooms in hyper center zone. We asked the host what was going on and the response was to find a parking space on a street nearby on public parking spots provided by the city, good luck to find parking in the center of Bordeaux, we stayed 4 days, had luck to find parking in the first to days but on the other 2 days had to go to a private parking, so extra costs and time. The host told us about the parking spot it had one day before our arrival and said that the have a place accessible between 7 and 11 in the morning, outside in this interval the city blocks the street for pedestrians, but also I saw saturday and sunday morning the street was blocked so this did not helped us.
There was an option the pay a cleaning fee of 49 euros, I didn't know that if you did not pay this cleaning fee you would not get towels and bed sheets. I can understand about towels but bed sheets? Anyway this was not the whole problem. Our issue was that we paid the cleaning fee and before we left, the host texted us that we should take out the trash and take the bed sheets, separate them and arrange them. My question was, what did we pay for the cleaning fee then? We were forced to pay this cleaning fee because we were not prepared for not having bed sheets and we left the apartment clean, we wouldn't pay this fee because we planned to leave the apartment clean anyways but we had to because of the bed sheets and still the host asks us to take the trash out and arrange the bed sheets. Very bad experience. Don't recommend it at all and pursue with the complaints.

El apartamento es ideal. Con estilo neoclásico, céntrico, puedes ir caminando a los lugares más turísticos, no hay ruido. Es fantástico. El parking es muy difícil. Y la comunicación con el mánager debería ser más ágil.

UNE AMELIORATION DEVRAIT ETRE APPORTEE CONCERNANT L'ACCES AU LOGEMENT EN VOITURE. SOIT DISPOSER D'UN ACCES COMME LES RIVERAINS AU NOM DU GESTIONNAIRE, SOIT PRECISER DANS L'ANNONCE DE LOCATION ,LES HORAIRES POSSIBLES POUR LES ACCES AU LOGEMENT (DE 7H A 9H UNIQUEMENT) AU MOINS CELA EPARGNERAIT, SI ON UTILISE SON VEHICULE, DE DEVOIR PAYER LES STATIONNEMENTS RELATIVEMENT CHERS. MAIS J'IMAGINE QUE SIGNALER CE PROBLEME FREINERA QUELQUE PEU L'ENVIE DE LOUER CET APPARTEMENT. SINON PAS D'ECLAIRAGE POUR UTILISER LES ESCALIERS. NE PAS RECOMENDABLE
Le site Web indiquait qu'il y avait un parking inclus mais il n'était accessible qu'à partir de 7 h. Jusqu'à 11h. du matin (heure à laquelle les services de livraison de colis sont accessibles en appuyant sur un bouton) et après cette bande, vous ne pouviez plus entrer, alors c'est un mensonge que le stationnement était inclus. A quoi sert un parking dans lequel vous ne pouvez entrer que lorsque vous partez pour visiter et vous ne pouvez pas entrer lorsque vous revenez ?
Les serviettes n'étaient pas incluses dans le prix et ils ont essayé de nous les faire payer, ce détail laid nous a dérangés et nous avons préféré acheter des serviettes plutôt que de payer le prix abusif qu'ils ont indiqué que nous devions payer. De plus, au début de notre réservation, le site Web a mis un prix et lorsqu'ils nous ont envoyé l'e-mail de confirmation, ils en ont indiqué un beaucoup plus cher et nous avons dû parler avec le service client de réservation pour résoudre ce problème et toujours dans l'appartement ils ont essayé de nous faire payer pour les serviettes et le nettoyage, ce que nous n'avons pas accepté bien sûr. Ce genre de chose cachée sur une page que je considère comme très sérieuse, comme Booking.com, ne me semble pas éthique ou correct.

Un très mauvais souvenir
L'annonce indique "petit parking privatif" .... Véritable arnaque !!! L'entrée du garage n'est possible que de 7h à 11h du matin. Tous les loueurs arrivent en principe en fin de journée, donc parking inaccessible. La voiture reste dehors une nuit ... Le lendemain matin le véhicule est rentré SUIVANT LES INDICATIONS DONNEES par la personne qui remet les clés. Le soir vers 24h, un propriétaire de l'immeuble vient tambouriner à notre porte et fait un véritable scandale pour que l'on déplace notre voiture. Toute la cage d'escalier est debout et nous subissons une véritable ENGUEULADE... Nous essayons de faire comprendre que nous sommes de paisibles touristes qui ont respecté les indications données. Nous déplaçons notre voiture et vers 0h30 du matin tout le monde va se coucher (toujours très excité). Seul le propriétaire du dessus qui est resté très calme et qui a essayé de calmer tout le monde, nous avoue que malheureusement c'est la xième fois que cette situation se produit.
Dans la journée, plusieurs tentatives pour contacter Booking.com mais en vain car aucune réponse. C'est sympa et vraiment commercial !!!!
Enfin, contact téléphonique avec l'Agence de Bordeaux qui après protestation me conseille de me plaindre au FBI si je ne suis pas content. Sympa aussi et très commercial !!!
C'est inadmissible et intolérable que de telles situations se produisent. A mon retour je contacterai la Mairie et la Chambre de Commerce de Bordeaux et j'informerai les réseaux sociaux afin que cette location ne soit plus demandée. Enfin pour moi, Booking.com c'est terminé et je le déconseillerai systématiquement.

L'appartement est bien, mais très mal gérer, nettoyage non effectué a notre arrivée prise mural arracher, pas d'internet dans l'appartement pas de télé, moisissures dans la salle d'eau (faience) pommeau de douche abîmé, bref à oublier pour une premiere

Esta muy bien ubicado en el centro y no se escucha nada de ruidos. Es un apartamento muy bonito, las camas cómodas. El garaje no es tan pequeño como dicen, algo estrecho pero esta bien. Por poner alguna pega, los vasos y utensilios de la cocina no estaban muy limpios y había poco papel de baño.

Poor communication for visible issues
Check in was great, very helpful but we then noticed there weren’t enough towels for everyone, the lights weren’t fitted or functioning in the bedroom and the blinds didn’t work properly or in the case of the living room for those sleeping on the sofa bed, non existent (even though fittings were evident). This meant that the experience was not as we’d hoped despite the great location. We tried to contact the agent who showed us round but received no reply. Slightly disappointing given the previous reviews of the experience.

Portes assez sales, prise qui se détache du mur. housses de coussin très sales...Le pouf dans l’entrée!!!! devait être blanc à l’origine ...couvert de taches. Personnel gentil mais problèmes dans l’appartement
Bonjour, la personne que nous avons rencontrée était très gentille et arrangeante.
En revanche dans l’appartement énorme problème de vmc dans le toilette et dans la salle de bain ce qui engendrait de forte odeur d’humidité/moisissure..
de plus concernant l’isolation phonique, elle est très mauvaise... nous entendions les moindres pas du voisin de l’etage du dessus.. réveil tout les jours à 6h30 à cause des enfants du dessus qui courraient.

Très très mitigés par rapport à notre séjour...
Commençons par les + :
* Bien situé, dans le centre historique de Bordeaux, à côté de la Garonne
* A proximité immédiate des transports en communs (lignes de Tram B & C)
* Nombreux commerces aux alentours
* Très bel immeuble historique
* Kitchenette avec tout le nécessaire pour se faire à déjeuner
* 2 belles chambres spacieuses
Ensuite, les moins :
* Problèmes de lumières dans le hall et le living : aucun luminaire ne s'allume. Nous en avons informé l'hébergeur qui n'a rien fait pour résoudre le problème
* De nombreuses prises électriques sont desserties des murs et représentent un risque d'accident électrique + nombreuses prises inutilisables car raccordées à des interrupteurs
* Décoration très spartiate et pas vraiment de très bon goût (ex : cadre en caisses à vin et bouchons de liège "homemade")
* Aucun stores, rideaux ou tentures dans tout l'appartement, à l'exception de la chambre avec la grande penderie noire! Pour toute personne qui aime un minimum d'intimité ou souhaite dormir dans le noir, cela représente un très gros problème !
* Pas de rideau de douche dans la baignoire-douche !! --> impossible de prendre une douche correcte sans risquer d'inonder toute la salle de bains !
* Très peu de linges de maison disponibles (draps, serviettes, etc.)
* Appartement très bruyant !!! On entend tout ce que fait la voisine d'au-dessus et les bruits de course-poursuite de ses enfants ! + absence totale d'insonorisation des planchers --> craquements incessants et très bruyants des vieux planchers de l'appartement du dessus. Nous n'avons pas eu un seul moment de répit pendant toute la durée de notre séjour ; la voisine se couche tard et se lève très tôt. Si vous comptez profiter de votre séjour pour vous reposer au calme, évitez de louer ce logement !
En conclusion :
* Bel appartement mais qui manque cruellement d'entretien et de travaux de rénovation pour le rendre vraiment confortable. Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, 2 tout au plus.

remise des clefs tardive, pas de rideaux au fenetres dans les chambres ni dans la salle de sejour, manque de vaisselle (1 verre a pied pour 6, une petite poele seulement pour 6),
ampoules grillees (contacter a plusieurs reprises le bureau de location personne n'est venu !) la prestation n'a pas été a la hauteur de nos esperances !
