We had a lovely stay and recommend it!

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos! One of the rooms really had a lovely view including of the sea. We parked right outside of the house and the city centre was only a 5min drive, perfect for us! A nice and somewhat diverse breakfast was also included. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom light is sensor-driven and sometimes in the morning the light didn't turn on, as it was "bright" already... but minor.

Nice place in Ponta Delgada

Check in went smoothly. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Breakfast was not wow, it is open just for two hours. Also the location is not very close to the center.

We expected something better

Good location, big room, nice views, clean facilities.

The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. The bathroom light was automatic so when you went to the toilet in the middle of the night you couldn’t take it off and the bathroom door has cristal so the light goes through it… so you wake up everybody. You can hear the planes from 6.30 am till the last flight in the night.

Will definitely recommend to relatives and friends.

This property is not far away from the airport and also close to the city centre. The room was very clean with good breakfast and the owner of this property was very friendly, helpful and asked us regarding things that could be done better for the future.

Great location and accommodation!

Great location - very close to the airport, mall, supermarket, and the Gruta do Carvao cave too. The room was what I expected, beds were comfy enough and a fan was provided. Breakfast was simple but a nice bonus (bread, coffee, juice, cheese). Codes to the accommodation were provided and we were able to check-in by ourselves. Be aware that this place is close to the airport so you may hear some noise but all in all, very economical and great place to stay in Ponta Delgada.

Great place for value. Clean and very helpful staff

The staff are super nice and helpful. They are not always there but a simple WhatsApp and they will help you with any issue and with good tips for the island. Also in a very quiet neighborhood.

A bit far from the center (30 minutes walk). But there is a bus stop near by.

Very good location and environment. Rooms are quiet, breakfast is good. Rooms are well equiped. Very good accomodation for this price. Host is frendly and helpful.

Lack of decoration in the room, walls could be repainted.

Wonderful, friendly, clean and affordable accommodation

Wonderful place to stay and so cheap compared to other places around the area. Accommodation was beautifully clean and fresh with leaflets left out and lots of information available in the shared spaces. Room was very clean with minimal noise from other guests and neighbourhood. Good location close to the airport and not far to walk into the main town, about 25-30 minutes. Henrique was delightful and helpful but stays out the way unless you need him. Breakfast was a good continental selection with extras on offer if you wanted to order them.

No hot water the first night but Henrique was so apologetic and gave all the guests some money back as an apology. The shower wasn't attached to the wall as the hanger looked broken but very minor grumble given the cost and quality of everything else.

Superb

Villa in a small residence area close to the airport. You may behave like at home, everything is pretty self service, breakfest is sufficient (despite a little bit value for money one). And if you meet Henrique he is very warm guy.

It is not real dislike however be aware of the airport nearby so planes may wake you up earlier in the morning then you may wish:-).

The stay is a 30 minute walk from both airport and city center. Included continental breakfast with additional paid options. Room is very spacious, staff is very friendly (they don't distract from the stay).

Great apartment, very nice, clean and comfortable rooms, we really got a wonderful ocean view. Everything was the same like in the pictures Decent breakfast, if You are okay with eating the same every morning, without high expectations, its great. There is a fridge in the kitchen, can be used by anyone.

10/10 stay in Ponta Delgada

Everything was so perfect! The host was really friendly and helpful. He recommend us the best places to visit and give us a tourist map which was very nice. The room was very big and clean with private bathroom and the view on the ocean. Everything looked like on the photos. Everyday we had a breakfast downstairs with basic products. All of the time we had and access to the kitchen to prepare some food. The neighborhood was perfect - very quiet, a lot of free parking spaces, close to the airport and to the shopping mall with everything you need inside (supermarket, laundry, pharmacy, restaurant, fast foods etc.). We could enter the house even in the night after the flight just with the code which was very comfortable. The owner gives you privacy and takes care about your comfort. We recommend this place a lot!

It is like renting a room in a common house.

The host was very friendly. The bed was comfy

A little bit outdated. Shared fridge. Breakfast was in the kitchen and there were different hours for each room. No vegetables/fruits for breakfast , just bread and cheese and jam. Location is not good. Far from restaurants, shops.` You need to move by car. You need to sleep with open window due to humidity ( no aircon) and it is loud from the street.

It is like staying in a friend’s house.

Great value! Big rooms, free parking without any problems, close to the airport. The breakfast is free - it is not a big hotel breakfast, but basic bread, cheese, jam and butter and we considered it more as a base that we further “evolved” with our own stuff. Basically nothing is a problem, the manager is open to anything and really kind!

High humidity - but that is everywhere on Azores

A great stay in a peaceful neighborhood near the airport

The host is exceptionally helpful and understanding. He gave me good recommendations and addressed my requests regarding the accommodation without charging extra. I love planes and quite planes so this place is in a perfect location - I could enjoy a peaceful neighborhood and a wonderful view of the airport.

The room had a balcony that I couldn't enter. The breakfast could be fuller and more diverse if staying for longer.

Everything was just great. Our host Henrique was very nice and helped us a lot, especially when we could leave our bag at guest house even our stay was already over, he was always responding very quickly. He also gave us very valuable hints for our trips! Our room was very quiet, nice, clean, beds were comfortable, no problem with hot water at the shower and what a nice view on the ocean! Breakfast was also tasty. By following the Covid rules we feel protected and safe. Guest house is situated only few minutes by car from the city centre, we were walking that way about 30min and it was nice walk. To go (by walk) to the airport, it takes about 15-20min. Thanks a lot Henrique for your help during our stay!

Great personal, great price quality with some room for improvement

Ideal accomodation when you have a rented car

Nice and clean house in a calm area of Ponta Delgada. Quite big and comfortable room. Free and always available parking place in front of the house.

Breakfast was a bit boring after two days. Some varity in it would be necessary

Amazing host

Accomodation was really nice, good location - amazing starting point for exploring the island. However, the best thing I would say was super enthusiastic host, ready to help and giving great recomendations. I would definitely choose again.

Incredibly clean and comfortable, Mr. Henrique truly made us feel at home. He was super thoughtful and nice as he explained the best inner tips to visit around the island. The house possesses a lot of light and space and we were very impressed by the quality of the rooms, toilet and kitchen. It’s the best option to stay in Ponta Delgada with amazing value for its cost.
