Great stay, very nice place!

I liked all about this place. Very clean, quiet, modern, with all facilities! All I needed and expected to have, I had it at the reach of my hand. People were very nice and helped me with all questions I could have. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

There was nothing that disliked. All was just great!

Hotel confortável e central, com preço justo e funcionários solícitos

camas confortáveis, e chuveiro quente, e secador no banheiro, a sauna e piscina são maravilhosas, o quarto tem um tamanho ótimo com várias tomadas. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos, e lidam com os problemas de forma ágil.

Muy buena

El hotel tiene muy buena Ubicación. El personal muy amable y bastante empatico llegamos de madrugada y nos asignaron habitación antes de la hora del cheking y en todo momento nos preguntaban cómo nos encontrábamos si podían ayudar en algo, nos dieron números de agencias para hacer tours por Santa Cruz.

HABITACIONES GRANDES, AIRE ACONDICINADO FUNCIONABA BIEN.

UBICACION REGULAR, HABITACIONES CON PAREDES SUCIAS, FALTO DE MANTENIMIENTO, DESAYUNO MUY POBRE, BOTELLAS DE AGUA CARÍSIMAS, A PRECIO EUROPEO.

Decepción del lugar y caro para no tener beneficios.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda, y también estaba decorada como se pidió con flores y globos por que celebramos mi cumpleaños .

La habitación al ser amplia , solo tenia un aire el cual no enfriaba toda la habitación, segundo pedimos una tina por que estaba incluida y estaba sucia llena de cabello tierra, no se pudo utilizar. No trajeron los chocolates ...que cobraron extra en el paquete de decoración y quisieron cobrarme más plata de la habitación ya reservada. Decepción total. Ni la piscina se podía usar de noche . Solos hasta 10pm

Uma experiência excelente. Vontando à Santa Cruz, já sei onde vou me hospedar.

O café da manhã era bem completo e a responsável pela organização do café era muito simpática e também muito caprichosa. A equipe da recepção também foi muito gentil no atendimento e em me ajudar a resolver algumas demandas por telefone. O detalhe foi a barreira linguística, eu não falo espanhol, mas TODOS se esmeraram em me entender e se fazerem entendidos. Agradeço à equipe como um todo.

El personal era atento y amable, en general el lugar esta bastante bien cuidado. El área de piscina y sauna sin ser muy grandes cumplen su cometido.

No había bebidas y snacks en el frigobar.

Superb

The breakfast was very good and the coffee was essential! The king suite was very spacious and comfortable.

Although tea and coffee are available downstairs, would be good to have drink making facilities in the rooms which is common in Europe & NZ The gym facilities need maintenance I understand and there were lots of mosquitoes.

Worked well for a night!

Clean, comfortable, perfectly adequate for my one-night stay before heading on to Samaipata. Trufis leave from a block away (staff don’t seem to know about this, look for “trufis a Samaipata” on google maps). Several options for breakfast.

my favourite Hotel in Santa Cruz

very helpful and friendly staff. very clean rooms. Very practical. Airconditioning works well. good breakfast included( considering that Continental breakfast is not a known thing in Bolivia). Cine Center is close by. This is my new favourite hotel in SC at a very reasonable price.

the internet is rather slow and not always stable, but enough to work.

The hotel Staff is exeptional on service and they try their best to fix everything. They are really help full and service minded People👍 The breakfast was ok.

The first room we got was the door to the balcony broken so the wind came right trough it. And the room was quite different than the pictures... It was old and the spa bad/shower did not work on the first room. On the picture of the room the spa bad is White and looks fresh the truth is that its yellow becouse of age and does not work. We got another room becouse of the balcony door. That was good service we got uppgrased to the suite. The only problem is that the bathroom smelled moldy and u could see the mold og the walls. Even the shower curtain had mold on it... And it was a lot of insects in the room.. It was ants everywere og the floor and on the walls... The wifi was also down on the hotel from the second day of our stay.
