I loved everything about the place, lovely, pretty chalet.
The noise from the motorbikes at the petrol station. They seemed really loud when u want some peace and quiet while sitting outside, but the chalet isn't responsible for that.
4.5
Nice quiet park, and just a mile from Seaton, no shops near but there was a garage next door with groceries, which was useful until you could get to the shops! In the chalet, the bed and sofas were extremely comfortable, and the decor was charming. We had unexpectedly cold weather, but there were radiators in the bedrooms, and a portable heater for the lounge.
The window in the lounge was so large, it would have been good to have net curtains, as you couldn't go from any room to another without being possibly overlooked.

Location was good nice & quiet but didn't take long to get where we needed to.
Hosts were excellent & left a lot of information regarding the area

Electricity was expensive we needed heating on all the time.
The double bed was rather soft and my sister and I ended up sharing the twin room which has very comfy beds and better for our backs.

Having my meals outside on the front porch, people were welcoming and friendly, and host were fantastic.
Needs a fan for those hotter days, it's really hot inside in the afternoon.

Comfortable chalet, clean and everything you needed was there.
The bedside cabinet in the twin room is too high so when you get in and out of bed you can hit your head.

The chalet was lovely very clean and very well equipped. The owner made us feel very welcome.
The location for us was a bit far out of town and going for a drink of an evening meant a trek up a big hill to get back. Need a car as public transport is non existent.
4.5
The chalet is very nicely decorated, cosy, and well-equipped. An extra bonus is the deck, which we were delighted to find was west-facing, and perfect for drinks and dining outside in the sunshine in the afternoon and evening. The location is really convenient for exploring Seaton, Beer, Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Sidmouth. The Esso garage next door is really well stocked with anything you might need. Shelley was a helpful host and communicated via text to check if there was anything we might need during our stay. Such a relaxing week and we are looking forward to returning soon!
Nothing to not like, a suggestion might be Wi-Fi, but 4G phone reception is good in the chalet in any case.

Beautiful decor, working heaters and radiators (which is not always the case unfortunately), hot water (again not always available), great price and attentive host.
The place is quiet, we all had great night sleep.
Great location for trips around East Devon and Dorset.

A lovely property which is more spacious than it looks in the pictures

The location , well kept grounds and the well maintained chalet.
4.5
Charming chalet with delightfully co-ordinated decor, and every facility you could possibly require, including an egg poacher and we normally take our own. Easy location to go out from, and an excellent shop stocking all essentials at the petrol station nearby,
Bed was a little soft for us and somewhat squeaky

We booked chalet 32 at relatively short notice, for a good price, and though reviews were good, it more than lived up to expectations. From the caring owners who kept us informed, to the we'll kept chalet with shabby chic timings, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen area...even sharp cooking knives! A well stocked petrol station for those odd bits you need, on the corner. Easy parking and easy access to all the local destinations. A great little holiday. Thanks!
Nothing, it was just what we needed for this trip

Excellent location. Great views and walks nearby. Ideal for Exeter and Lyme Regis. The service station by the chalets do really nice pasties and pies at bargain prices.
Being really picky the batteries needed changing in the tv remote

The chalet is cosy, tidy and super clean. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday, away from the noise of the city, and close to the beauties of the Jurassic Coast (wonderful walks in East Devon) Kitchen facilities are perfect for self-catering. Nothing is missed! The host is really nice and helpful.. we check in and out easily. Definitely recommended.
The chalet gets cold as soon as you turn off the heater. But it depends on the season, and you can just keep the heater on. When the sun is out, it warms up quickly.

Wonderful stay here. The chalet is clean, fresh and well equipped. Easy access to local beaches.

The noise of youngsters with their cars in the night - must be a hang at zone for them.
4.5
Great place, very clean and lovingly decorated. Very good communication from host. Quiet with easy parking and within 30min walk to Seaton. Chalet was available for check in earlier in the day than expected.
Double bed mattress not that comfortable.
Beware you need £1 coins for electricity.

Quiet & felt safe. Well cleaned before we moved in
All OK
