Whether it’s a romantic getaway, fun with friends, golf, or cozy family fun, we have The Sweetest Spot for you! Delightfully decorated,cozy and spacious. Bring your honey and/or your family to enjoy this beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Holiday Hills Resort. Enjoy the well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the roomy, lovely master bedroom, king size bed, and large bathroom with a huge spa shower with multiple full body sprays (room for two!) Granite counters as well. Bedroom two is lovely with it’s own private bath and queen size bed. The dining room and family room are stunning with a fireplace (electric) that offers a cozy ambiance. 55 inch HD TV in the family room, great TV’s in each bedroom as well. Cable and WiFi included. The sofa has a queen fold out bed with a foam mattress that is comfy. There is a great, private outside patio, accessible from the family room and the Master Bedroom which looks at the woods! Nice chairs and a table to enjoy the view with a relaxing coffee, or cool drink! Catch a peek of the sunset! We are a ground floor unit so that means there are stairs. 2 sets of 7 stairs with a large landing in between.
The location is 5 minutes from Branson Landing and Old Town Branson on Hwy 76. Quick access to Hwy 65 to head off to the other great Branson attractions. Also the property is about 5 minutes from Hollister for antique shopping and some great little restaurants as well.
There is a nice grocery store just across the road, a Dollar General and a yummy pizza place (they deliver!). Holiday Hills has an on-site restaurant as well.
Holiday Hills is an awesome gated resort community with nice outdoor pools (NOTE effective 2021 - INDOOR POOL NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO VRBO GUESTS), a game room, golf, tennis courts, work out room, theater rooms, and an on site restaurant.

Really enjoyed the stay. It was was convenient to get to everything but far enough out to avoid the traffic. Theresa was easy to get in touch with as we went to the wrong gate (my fault) when we got there mostly because it was dark. We will for sure stay here again next trip.

This condo was great for us three! My husband and I and daughter stayed! We had plenty of room! The only thing that I wish they would have let us know the condo is downstairs and the master shower wouldn’t drain while we stayed but other than that no complaints. We would return! We stayed 7 days for a softball tournament and it was nice to have a washer and dryer! The owner was accessible at anytime we had a question!!

We stayed in this property for about a week. We enjoyed our stay. The property is about ten to fifteen minutes from Branson. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, which is always a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo had everything we could have needed. We were staying for more than a few days, so we brought our own toiletries and household supplies, but everything was well stocked. It was very clean and comfortable. The patio was also a nice spot to drink coffee and bird watch. The host responded quickly when I had a question prior to arrival. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again if returning to the area.

The Condo was very warm and welcoming with top of the line furnishings, and was extremely clean and well kept. The gated property made us feel safe and the resort is well maintained. The host made our stay a joy from booking to check out!

This was our second time staying at this exact same condo. Both times we have been very pleased with the whole experience. The condo is very nice and clean as well as nice amenities. Close to the Landing in Branson for convenience yet not right in the middle of all the traffic. I'm sure we will be back again one day. Thank you for a great experience.

We had such a great time here! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. One thing to note it is downstairs, so heads up if that’s an issue. My oldest daughter broke her leg so we had to carry her up and down the stairs. It worked out but I was surprised by it. But, we had everything we needed and we’re really happy with it!

From the minute we walked in the door we knew we were going to enjoy our stay! The condo was clean, nice and cool and beautifully decorated. There was calming music playing, which was a nice touch! What an amazing place for a getaway! Theresa has thought of everything you need and lots of little extras! The condo was spotless and the perfect place to relax and unwind yet convenient to everything. Enjoyed the wooded view from the patio. Will definitely return when I can. This condo/property is so very nice. The condo is just as described and the pictures are current. The owner has taken the time to label every light switch and provide detailed instructions for operation of TV's etc. The owner also sent detailed driving instructions and a map of the gated community (very helpful!). We have rented several condos over the years through VRBO. This one is one of our favorites by far. All the little details in this condo did not go unnoticed (examples: The quality of the paper products provided - paper towels, napkins, tissues, toilet paper. Makeup remover pads, two sided makeup mirror, hair dryer). Very satisfied and would rent again without hesitation!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean, and very comfortable. Only negatives are with the master shower. Not enough water pressure for the shower head to function as intended. Shower drain almost completely clogged. Everything else was as expected and top notch.

Perfect stay, we arrived on Super Bowl Sunday not to long before the game started. We noticed an issue and contacted Theresa who immediately sent her maintenance team over. They reviewed the issue and worked out a resolution. The rest of our stay was perfect, great accomodations. Snacks themed for Valentine's day were left and enjoyed. Theresa and her team were great to work with and the condo was spotless and well appointed. We will be back.

Property was clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Pull out bed even comfortable for grown adult. Felt very cozy and relaxing. Love having a grocery store a block away. Comfortable beds and fuzzy warm blankets. We had a blast in Branson and enjoyed family time in the condo too. It comfortably slept six and we never felt crowded. Even had board games for the family. Would definitely stay here again.
