Location to the beach was excellent. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were old and very poky. The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the loo. Carpet on the floor didn't look clean. Breakfast was the most expensive in all 7 hotels I stayed in on the trip €16 pp.

The food was so bad, we told the waiter and still they charges us full amount

Golf course. Driving range. Breakfast.
I was in the adjacent building to the main old hotel. Room was good but stairway and corridors were very poor. 70s doors and décor. Obviously there are some permanent resident units in this block as they would cook fish every night! Pool area was fine, but not heated in September. Overall it is expensive but maybe worth it if you like golf (which is £100 a round extra) breakfast was good and fair at £14

They offered us a larger room - stay very helpful for our needs.

Stayed in the Residence. Lovely view of 5he first tee, enjoyed seeing golfers teeing off. Lovely pool.
Stepping out on to the balcony, the step down was not clearly marked, looked the same as the surface of the balcony. Should be the same level, or marked in white or yellow to show different level. Possibility of broken foot, or if trip then more serious injury.
Information about rubbish disposal should also be in english ? Spanish and info about breakages, who does the inventory and 50 euros seems rather a lot for a broken glass.

lovely location….. welcoming reception with a very French feel. all the facilities and only eight minutes from the beach.
The staff were very welcoming to our pet dog.

The food was just horrible as well as overpriced.
7.0
Friendly staff, easy parking and short walk to the beach.
Room was small, pillows worn and flat, bathroom floor dirty and room service for dinner was almost cold.

The staff were truly excellent. Only a one night stay as we were driving through to Spain. We had our little dog with us and the staff could not have been more helpful & understanding. Truly a dog friendly hotel and staff attention to detail was great. Thank you!

Located on the excellent Chiberta Golf Course.
Reception and restaurant staff generally friendly and helpful.
Pleasant swimming pool.
The "Club" room was very cramped. It was impossible to watch tv while lying on the bed because the tv was in the entrance hall! The bathroom was very, very small and reminded me of an Ibis Budget prefabricated unit. The quality of the towels was terrible and the extractor fan didn't work properly. The wifi was inadequate. There was no coffee maker (due to Covid they said but the Mercure in Bordeaux didn't have that problem). The air conditioner was old and noisy. I asked to see the Manager who appeared on our third day there. He was generally unsympathetic but ended up giving me a small discount. He could hardly contest our complaints after all.
