Hotel Agradable pero detalles por mejorar.

Ubicacion excelente, Personal muy amable, Habitacion confortable.

Limpieza muy pobre (no limpiaban la terraza ni la piscina de la habitacion, ni guardaban los articulos como planchador, almohadas extras...), juego de toallas erroneas e incompletas, no reponian el set de café. Una noche los huespedes de la habitacion contigua abrieron nuestra habitacion con su tarjeta, configuracion erronea de tarjetas (lo solucionaron muy rapido pero nos dió un susto!).

La ubicación es buena. La alberca está bien. El cuarto tiene buen tamaño.

El hotel es muy viejo y solo tiene remodeladas algunas partes. Esperaba más por el precio que pagamos

Barcelona was lovely very clean and friendly. The rambles seemed much safer now than before

Very good location at the top of the rambles and cafe nearby for breakfast a coffee and croissant. Nice cafes nearby for tapas and food and the food market is absolutely fabulous, a must to see.

Room had awful outlook to the back of the hotel, it seemed odd when if its not full why put people in the worst rooms? I do find that using Booking.com we tend to always get the worst rooms outlook wise?????????????

Prachtig hotel waar je in de watten wordt gelegd.

De vriendelijkheidheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel.

Eten in het restaurant was niet echt lekker. De barman heeft ook 2x verkeerde wijn gegeven.

Überteuerter Aufenthalt in einem heruntergekommenen Hotel mit permanenten technischen und menschlichen Versagen

Nur die Lage, man ist direkt im Zentrum

Der Service, die Technik und der heruntergekommene Gesamteindruck. Es wirkt, als würde immer nur das nötigste gemacht werden, um die Sterne zu halten. Der private Pool unseres Zimmer war so dreckig , dass es einen ekelt hineinzugehen, die Putzfrau kam trotz von innen verriegelter Tür ins Zimmer, die Klobrillen haben Flecken, die sich schon ins Material hineingefressen haben... wo soll ich aufhören.. Die Terminbuchung von Massagen funktioniert gar nicht und Mitarbeiter in dem Bereich vergreifen sich sogar im Ton gegenüber Gästen. Wir sind eigentlich sehr pflegeleicht und anpassungsfähig, aber am Ende hat es uns dann auch gereicht. Nach der ersten Nacht mit kaputter WC-Tür ( ein Horror im übrigen, eine Glastür die genau gar nichts abdimmt..) der zweiten Nacht mit kaputten Fernseher und der dritten Nacht mit der unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin und dem sogenannten Delay bei unseren Massagen stand die Meinung fest: dies ist kein 4 Sternehotel und absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wir wurden beim auschecken nicht mal gefragt, ob es uns gefallen hat, sondern beinhart abgerechnet.. Von dem Entgegenkommen bei den Kosten ganz zu schweigen, die ein eigentlich sehr freundlicher, anderer Mitarbeiter mit Schnauzerbart zugesichert hatte.. es gäbe noch mehr zu erwähnen aber ich denke das reicht, um die Bewertung zu rechtfertigen.

الموقع ممتاز على بعد خطوات من المحلات والساحه وبجانب الفندق سوبرماركت الغرفه مساحتها جيده مقارنه بغرف اوروبا

يحتاج تجديد الفندق قديم شوي الاصنصيرات قليله الموظفين بشوشين لكن لغتهم الانجليزيه ليست جيده بما يكفي

מקום מצויין, תמורה טובה מאד למחיר.

מיקום מעולה - ממש במרכז, מרחק הליכה למרבית המקומות המעניינים, תחבורה ציבורית בסמוך למלון. ארוחת בוקר מעולה, עשירה מאד בכל טוב. חדר מרווח, קיבלנו שידרוג ללא תוספת יחס אדיב מאד מהצוות.

Relaxing, comfortable hotel right in the heart of exciting and beautiful Barcelona.

Great location to explore all areas of Barcelona. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed/pillows exceptionally comfortable, we all said best sleep in a hotel room ever!. Although in a busy area of Ramblas and the balcony was road side the doors were good quality and noise was not an issue. Dressing gowns/slippers and towels high quality. House keeping excellent. Good space for cloths. We were given an upgrade on arrival. Excellent wet room and powerful very hot shower. Excellent value for money.

Perfect location for Stunning Barca

Perfect location! Lovely bar and seating area. The one morning we paid for breakfast 24 euro and so much choice.

Room was comfortable however no air con. We booked the hotel for Barcelona marathon and liked the idea of a spa hotel! However you have to pay 15 euro per person for use of the spa and it is a tiny pool!

Gutes Zimmer, gute lärmdichte Fenster, Klimaanlage, Sauber, top gelegen zu den Ramblas und zum Barrio Gotico. Gute Anbindung zum Flughafen mit direktem Bus oder Metro.

Remek helyen, teljes tisztaság.

Remek elhelyezkedés, 50méterre van a közlekedési csomóponttól, a sétálóutcától 1 percnyire. Reggeli nagyon bőséges, választékos, kiváló minőségű, folyamatosan frissített. Nagyon csendes szobák a központi elhelyezkedés ellenére. A wellnesst nem használtuk, pedig emiatt foglaltunk ide, de végül Barcelona beszippantott bennünket. A szobában jól be lehet fűteni, minden nap takarítanak, tisztaság mindenhol.

Felső emeleti saját medencés szobát foglaltam, azonban a medence vize hideg volt (adventkor voltunk). Érdekes, mert a keringető, a vegyszerezés és a világítás aktívan működött, de a víz hőmérséklete max. 25-28 fokos lehetett. Kár, hogy ezt nem lehet állítani, pedig próbáltuk, hidegben így felesleges áramfogyasztás az üzemeltetése. De a terasz egyébként hangulatos nagyon. A vacsora a hotel éttermében pocsék, nagyon kicsi a választék van és meg sem közelíti a reggeli minőségét. Felesleges pénzkidobás ott vacsorázni. A közelben viszont remek éttermek vannak.

Excelente y centrico hotel para conocer el corazon de Barcelona

La piscina en temporada de verano, con sol la mayor parte del día (no durante la mañana), y barra de bebidas es estupenda. La ubicación excelente cerca de todo el casco céntrico de la ciudad y de los Airbus que te llevan y traen del aeropuerto.

A bit dissapointed

Perfect location Staff were nice

Changed room as first one had a mouldy shower. Second room had no sound insulation from the corridor so was noisy More like a 3 star than a 4 star. Frosted glass door so lacking a little privacy

Very disappointing

Very central, great location

They didnt have my booking on the system correct Said they would send me a booking link to make payment which I had to chase up 3 times. Then they phoned me on my mobile throughout the day chasing payment and phoned me at 9:30pm in the room again asking me to pay even though they hadnt sent me the link. I booked a double twin room with 2 beds but they only provided one. Very bad stay

Old hotel needs full renovation

Location. It was right in the middle of Barcelona and plaza Catalunya, so you can just walk to stores and restaurants. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and bar looks great too!

Old and smelly! Do not book standard or even premium rooms. We book a premium room expecting a nice room, but they gave us a super old room that smelled so bad! Check the other reviews here and in google. We had to pay extra to be upgraded. I don’t know why they are still selling those old rooms. They should renovate it first and then offer them. I would have scored this very low, but I didn’t coz of the staff and the better room we got. It’s unfortunate that they made renovations, but it was obvious that they cut a lot of corners, so some of the renovations are already in bad condition.
