My family and I come to this hotel every year. Great place and surroundings, staff are wonderful too!
8.0 / 10.0
Pros
- Amazing staff, very kind and very helpful. We even lost a drone in the tree across the street and one of the staff members helped us recover it very fast
- Very nice pool with towels, but it would have been amazing to be heated as well, but it’s not
- Cleaning service was very good, they even arranged our pyjamas on the bed
- We had dinner twice at the hotel and the food was really tasty
Cons:
- Very poor lighting in the room. There is no ceiling light
- There are only hard boiled eggs at the buffet. There is one lady who is prepping omelette as per your request who is very kind and always smiling, however I have noticed there are only 2 pans. Imagine that when there are 20-30 people wanting omelette and the waiting time. The gesture seems nice, as you could have the omelette as per your taste, but I find it difficult for one person to deal with all the requests and for guests to wait for the omelette to be ready
- Reading the reviews I have noticed the breakfast was really appreciated, however I did not find it like that. Very limited choices, even more for kids - not much to choose from and being healthy, not fried
- I did not like at all the coffee. I wanted cappuccino and the only option was filtered coffee with milk which is was very weak. On the 3rd day, even that coffee machine was broken and the coffee was even worse
- There only 2 tupeu of bread already sliced and the slices were very thick
- There was no toaster at the breakfast
- Breakfast started at 8am which I consider very late for a beach destination. Our daughter wakes up at 6am, so we had to wait until 8 to take the breakfast and only afterwards go to the beach
- I did not like the area, but I could say that is my fault for not doing enough research. It is a very narrow street with very limited options, nor a Greece vibe walking at night. I recommend Nikiti for that

Excellent location, extremely clean rooms, friendly staff, tasty food at the restaurant at a good price, large and clean pool, pool bar, parking for the car. The hotel is perfect choice for your vacation in Greece. Recommend!

The staff was great, food was excellent (in the morning you could order fresh omelet to your taste, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, for lunch and dinner - large portions and great taste, nice desserts at the bar, we even had a welcome dinner and desserts on the house), very clean (every day cleaning), we rented a boat for a day trip and the departure was in front of the hotel, they have their own large parking, playground and fitness machines outside.
They don’t have their own beach, but we like changing the beaches so we travelled by car every day to different ones close by.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and the garden is big! It's very clean and we appreciated the change of the towels at 2 days! The breakfast is the same each morning, but it is really tasty. The view from the restaurant is great, you can see the sea each morning! You have enough spaces for inside parking of the car.
The furniture in our room was old and noisy and in the evening we had poor light in the room (only bedroom lights are available). Also the room is not enough ventilated (the bath does not have ventilation eighter) and on the top we couldn't let the AC on while we were out (it was really hot outside). The chip of the AC was glued to the only one room key.

The pool is really good and very clean. The staff at the pool bar were really friendly and helpful. We want to thank especially Dimitris! We spend a nice time around the pool also in the evenings with very nice music and good drinks. The breakfast was great, especially the pastries and fruits and cheese. The room balcony was spacious and very comfortable with great views. Really convenient location if you wish to rent a boat, as just in front of the hotel there is a vendor.
The WiFi was not always available and the mobile internet coverage was also not good. We come from Bulgaria where the internet connection and mobile coverage are one of the best in the world and perhaps we are a bit spoiled. The receipts we received at check out were all in greek and it was difficult to understand what is what.

We are very happy with our stay at Rema Hotel. Very helpful and positive staff. Definitely the best place for a holiday in Chalkidiki.
There's not a lot to get attached to. Great value for money.

It has a old-world charm, but with all the comfort you would need. The rooms come with a large balcony where you can relax or have a drink and they are quiet and clean. The staff was very attentive (our daughter got sick and they were very flexible with check-out as we went to the hospital). The pool area is very nice to relax and you should try the signature cocktails with fruits! There is also a playground area and you just need to cross the street to go to the beach - there is hardly any traffic on the street so you are not bothered by noise - and there are restaurants within walking distance. Great option for families!
Nothing really. Only that we could stay for one night only.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was satisfying. Parking area was good enough. Close to good restaurants and cafes. We stayed 4 different hotels in 4 different cities in Greece and Rema was the best one. We really felt happy in this place.
