Ótimo café da manhã. Quarto muito confortável com uma linda vista. Localização excelente, bem no meio do Vale dos Vinhedos. Equipe solícita e educada. Só não dei uma nota 10, pois o quarto tinha vários pontos de mofo: cortinas, lustres, azulejos. Em um dia de chuva intensa, vários pontos no corredor apresentaram goteiras. Mas acredito que são problemas de fácil solução e, caso volte, faço questão de me hospedar nesse mesmo Hotel.

I want to come back now!

This hotel is in the middle of the vineyard valley in Bento Gonçalves. The view is perfect, localization is perfect, and the accomodation was nice! We were well received on the check-in, and we got two tasting of wine or grape juice (both were perfect too!). The breakfast was so good, that me and my wife today, now at home is missing the awesome hotel breakfast. The dinner was pretty good too! The landscape is amazing, and the hotel grounds has some peacocks (it's prettier than on the photos).

I should have spent money to get more days in this hotel. Such great experience that I didn't wanted to go back to home soon. The surroundings has so many things to do that 2 days isn't enough to have all the experience. That's the only thing that sadden me.

It is an excellent facility with great staff in a beautiful setting.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff are very attentive and a great choice of different foods and drinks.

Location, the hotel is in the Valley of the Vineyards

The hotel is pretty old. The hotel needs renovation in the rooms, everything is very old, the air conditioning does not work, the bathroom is old, mildew smelling bedding, etc. The price is not compatible with what the hotel offers.

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Moinhos

Good location in Moinhos, close to shops and pubs/restaurants. Deluxe suite was a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and staff friendly.

Rooftop bar was not staffed, pool area could use a refurb, same goes for “fitness room”.

Very pleasant. Excellent location.

Very good breakfast. Complete infra-structure. Room and bathroom were very big and comfortable.

Peacocks and cats making noises at night. Outdated room decorations. Shower with low water pressure.

Very good

Breakfast was ok, nothing very special but good. The room was big, even with family with 4. There are two good restaurants at the property (entre vinhos). Very good option.

Superb

This is a wonderful hotel for children. Our children loved it even more than the beach. They looked forward to feeding the animals and the fazendinha every morning. They loved the breakfast and the grounds and had a great time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent - close to many wineries and you can walk down to dinner at a great pizza restaurant. The grounds are beautiful for taking walks. We highly recommend!

We only wish the walls in the rooms were a bit thicker so you could not hear outside noise in the hallways.

Normal breakfast for South Brazil. Rooms were very spacious.

To get to our room, we had to walk down a long stairs. There was no elevator to this floor. Pool was only inside. No outside pool. Restaurant had no terrace outside. So even though the weather was great, we could not have breakfast outside. In general restaurant was no nice admosphere. More like a train station. In general: For the price we paid, you can normally expect a lot more. The hotel should be modernized. If I had a hotel in that great location, I would modernize it, get a restaurant with nice ambiente and terrace, an outside pool, etc...
