This villa has a wonderful stone terrace, a kitchen with all necessary appliances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the bedrooms are equipped with quality box spring beds; the studio bedroom also has a bathroom with a bath. Three bedrooms have balconies and / or patio access with unique sea views.
"Tradition meets Modernity": The villa is a luxury 4 star villa, built in traditional style. Here you will meet the beauty of Dalmatia with everything that goes with it. Each bedroom is furnished with a large double bed. In total there are 8 sleeps. The living area of the villa is 218 square meters. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with open kitchen and a dining table for up to 8 people. In addition, there is a small toilet with washing machine and drying function on the ground floor. From the living room or the kitchen you can easily reach the covered terrace, which is also equipped with an impressive dining table. In the 1. Floor there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a wonderful sun terrace. On the 2nd floor / attic is the 4th Bedroom with bathroom and private balcony.
Outside you will find a private, heated pool, a covered terrace with barbecue, private herb garden, as well as loungers and parasols. Enjoy a breathtaking 180 degree view of the city of Makarska, the islands of Hvar and Brac, and Split. In the back of the villa is the Biokovo Mountains, which rises up to 1762m height.
Hvar is 49 km from Villa Romeo. Split Airport is 63 km away.
