Ambiente tranquilo

Al momento de hacer el check-in el joven de los ojos claro bajo de estatura nos indicó que la personas que estaba cuidando los niños no podía estar cerca de la habitación de los papás supuestamente por que no había disponibilidad cuando el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío ya que era día de semana el nos indicó no se puede y punto le informó de la ventana que no estaba asegurada estaba rota nos indicó que no se podía arreglar, muy decepcionada por qué la persona que tenía que cuidar los niños no pudo hacerlo por qué estábamos muy retirado

Me encantó, volveré pronto… tienen un personal muy capacitado y saben trabajar con el cliente

El trato del personal, son muy atentos siempre están pendientes de que se le ofrece al huésped.

El término con las bebidas, que los whisky es solamente para socios o huésped de membresia y que solamente hay un restaurante a la carta por Día.

Modernizar la cerradura de las habitaciones

La piscina

Que la puerta de la habitación se daño 2 veces en diferentes días y se perdió mucho tiempo para solucionarlo, se fue para no pasar estrés y se perdió tiempo y disgusto en abrir una puerta, deberían de cambiar la tecnología de la cerradura electrónica por una más moderna, el hotel es bueno, pero son esos detalles que dañan una buena puntuación, además la habitación que me entregaron al principio estaba llena de mosquitos y pedimos cambio de habitación.

Cute for a short stay.

It was big and clean

Cleaning staff stole money, some workers gave attitude if you didn’t tip every single time. Unprofessional. The other workers were sweet, the entertainment team made our trip.

Not the best but could be worst . Not a five start resort for sure

front Desk personal was very helpful and polite

they don’t provide what they advertise . from 5 restaurants they only keep open 2 or 3 per day . they only perform one show in 2 days .

To be honest it’s a good hotel is very quiet it’s relaxing but if you want to have fun I will recommend you to go to another hotel. It’s not a lot of things to do Inside the hotel. The good thing is that you can walk to the beach from the hotel the service room menu it’s not good because I order a sandwich it looks like a sandwich for five years old . If you want to rest I will recommend you. The restaurant food it’s good. The staff is very friendly For the price it was great. For me this hotel is like Applebee’s

I had a very relaxing and peaceful stay!

The breakfast and the service was awesome 🤩 great selection, the overall staff and service was amazing definitely would recommend!

The only disappointment was the view from the room and know balcony and the room was an a joining room not much privacy!

The location is great, the resort not very much. If I ever go back I wouldn’t stay there again.

The location is great. Beautiful beach The staff is very friendly. They really try to animate the environment. The hot shower was good. You’ll love the people

The food wasn’t typical nor tasty. The drinks and cocktails were watered down The building needs more attention. It’s old and poorly cared for. The gym opens at 8:30/9am - very late, resort gyms usually opens at 5:00am My Uber drive, who I called to come pick me up at the resort, was mistreated by the taxi driver from the resort. I have the right to chose who will drive me around the city. The DJ at the resort club only played local and unknown music, every single day during my 7 days stay. It was very boring.

decent enough 4 days, can't complain too much for the money.

Breakfast was the poorest meal of the day as far as hot food goes. Lunch & dinner improved considerably. The Mexican restaurant was good as well. Wifi throughout the hotel inside & out was poor. Kept dropping all the time. Nice facilities though although they were closing the day we left & moving to another location. Considering some staff were losing their jobs, they stayed professional & tried to keep us happy. Location was good, nice beach. We asked for a quiet room & got a noisy one to begin with close to the kitchen & nightclub so asked to move. They moved us to a much better room, no complaints there with the service.

Wifi was poor. Entertainment crew tried hard but options limited. Music very dated. Breakfast not great.
