Delightful hotel. Very friendly staff.

Check-In staff member was incredibly friendly, competent and efficient. Reminded me of the good old days when you were greeted upon arrival and made to feel welcome. She was genuinely kind and courteous. Also spoke fluent English. Check-out was also smooth and the colleague asked how I enjoyed my stay and took the time to give me useful tips to visit Bellinzona. Excellent English. Thank you both! The hotel is very quaint, charming and comfortable. Set in a pleasant part of town at the top end of a large square. Around the square you will find plenty of places to take a coffee, aperitif and dine. I did not dine at the hotel but from what I saw it looked very good. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, located in a quiet spot at the back with a pleasant alpine view. The furnishings and floor very elegant. The bed incredibly comfortable and offered a good nights sleep. The absolute highlight was the bathroom. Tastefully tiled in stone / slate tiles. Fully equipped. The rain shower was heavenly. Tip top clean and fluffy white bath towels to top it all off. TV channel guide is available and the channels organised in a user friendly way. The only thing I could comment, is apart from the wall mural picture behind the bed, the walls are bare. The desk and side tables are also bare. Maybe a small detail could be added here and there. Otherwise this was a great experience and I can thoroughly recommend La Tureta. Many thanks!

Tolles Hotel und gut gelegen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, auch spät abends. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer punktuell modernisiert, der Charme ist aber geblieben. Das Frühstück war wie erwartet gut und ausgewogen. Parkplätze hatte es vor dem Hotel, sogar eine Elektroladestation.

Mir fällt nichts ein.

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, optisch hervorragend und appetitlich drapiert und von ausgezeichneter Qualität.

Leider waren die Spiegel- und Rühreier sowie die Waffeln und Crepes kalt, das war sehr schade.

Ett hotell att älska och återvända till.

Allt är bra med detta boende. Fjärde gången vi bor här nu och vi blir aldrig besvikna. Superbra läge med enkel access till motorvägen för våra resor mellan Holland och Abruzzo i Italien. Fantastisk personal. Väldigt bra kök, bra viner o trevligt att sitta ute på terassen. En riktigt bra frukost med massor av smarta och goda små rätter och en frukostvärdinna som älskar sitt jobb och serverar en perfekt espresso. Hundvänligt o möjligt att ha med hunden på alla måltider. Bra hundpromenader i de vackra omgivningarna. Rent, fräscht och superbra sängar. Värt att ta en tur runt den vackra lilla kyrkan o njuta av utomhuskonsten i kyrkoparken även om du inte har en hund. Ett extra plus för bra parkeringsmöjligheter och laddstolpar för elbilar. Helt enkelt ett perfekt boende. Prisnivån är därefter och kanske lite för hög. Men vi återkommer. För oss är det här hotellet värt att betala för.

Absolutely lovely place

The owner/proprietor was extremely rude and condescending to us at the breakfast table. That really marred our memories of the day but other than that it was a great stay.

Recommended! Great experience even if you pay for it

Great location, easy to reach, Nice and cosy rooms with all comfort. Pets are really welcomed. Possibility to charge the electric car. Excellent food and very nice breakfast. So overall Superb.

Could have been cheaper but value for money is still OK considering we are in Switzerland.

Excellent accommodation, exceeded all expectations.

The room was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and there was an extra sink in the living area to get ready in the morning.

Breakfast was offered but seemed a bit specialized. Good for special diets though.
