Добре е,но може и повече.

Рядко наемам ,така че погледа на нещата е от моята камбанария.Любезно и гостиприемно отношение ,хареса ми гледката от стаята, не гледаш някоя друга сграда,ами има природа,чисто и подредено беше ,големината на банята е добра,донякъде ми допадна и че се пада в жилищен квартал където си живеят хората от града,а не е туристическо място,има и лостове на 30 метра ,ако обичате да тренирате навън.Самата енергия и в стаята и в района си е приятна така да кажа.Не ви ли е страх от ходене за 20 минути може да сте навсякъде или старият град или до слънчев бряг или някой от плажовете в Несебър.Доволен съм като цяло комплексно от нещата,но не значи че няма какво да се подобри.Ако го наемете от рано и на добра цена според мен напълно си струва ,аз го наех в последният момент и то през август и затова може би за цената очаквах повече, а то просто си е такъв пазара.

Това е единствената стая без балкон ,има врата към балкона ,но той се ползва от съседната стая,това се знае де ,но не ми допада ,че има процепи и не е плътно залепено фолиото на стъклото на тази врата в краищата и , отделнон се виждат и сиуетите като има някой там,съответно и те сигурно могат да видят ,особено вечер ,ако е светнато ,ако не поне да се направи по дълъг курниза ,че завесата да я покрива и тази врата ,аз бях сам ,но ако съм с някое гадже бих го мислил още повече това,дали някой няма надникне нещо и така,просто си те човърка подсъзнателно.Климатика е точно над леглото и е доста стар и шумен ,аз лично го пусках колкото да завърти малко ,че не мога си почивам на него ,а вечер на отворен прозорец спях ,че да не ми бучи ,ТВ програмите не са много и си играх с настройките на телевизора ,че беше много бледа картината,не знам предишните гости как са гледали така нещо,банята много бавно изсъхваше и не е лошо един моп да има вътре, понякога и от канала се долавя силна миризма,но и аз я оставях отворена с отворен прозорец ,че да изсъхне по бързо и може би е ставало някакво течение и заради това да се е появявала ,интернета ми се губеше доста често като бях отляво на леглото и беше все на една чертичка като сила ,а от съседната стая сигнала ми излизаше най силен ,може би трябва и тази стая да е към него,би било хубаво и един простир се опъне пред прозореца ,примерно за климатика и парапета на балкона да се върже ,защото доста бавно съхнат дрехите когато са ти вътре.Общо взето нямам голяма база за сравнение, като цени и качвство ,освен личното си усещане за нещата, така че и може да съм прекалено взисккателен и перфекционист,но това са ми наблюденията и съветите които мога да дам ,мястото хич не е лошо ,не ме разбирайте погрешно ,но може и да се подобри, особено тези малките детайли правят разликата и според мен трябва да се казват за да се надгражда мястото,всичко хубаво и успех ,нямам нищо против да се върна някой ден пак ,живи и здрави.

Definitely recommended! A very good option to stay in Nessebar, even for more than just a few days

Excellent! A very good place for an affordable price! The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony, cleaned every day, the owners are very committed and helpful (I tell you: the owner has a very nice surprise for you at the beginning of your stay!). You will be able to use a common kitchen with a microwave, dishes and cutleries. The nearest beach is just some 5-10 minutes away on foot. The center of Nessebar can be reached within some 25 minutes on foot. The area is very pleasant, silent and romantic. We will definitely come back here!

Spacious guest room near South Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Guest House Maria. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The most hospitable host we had on our 3-week trip! Nesebar old town is a 25 minute walk away and is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen. Very good value for money as well.

The curtains are very thin so the sunlight can bother early in the morning, but we had our sleeping masks from the plane. I was a bit cold the one night and would have wanted a thicker blanket. Would definitely stay again!

Memorable trip with the help of the amazing host of guest house Maria.

The rooms were big and clean. Everyday when we were outside they cleaned our rooms. The location is very good. The beach is nearby, the best restaurant-"White Rose" is 10 minutes away and there are many supermarket with good prices. The landlord was extremey kind and responsive. He gave us direction how to get there and even took our baggage from the bus stop.

We had a little problem with the shower cable, which was fixed in less than 15 minutes, except that everything was amazing. We were in six rooms and there was not other problems. The old town was 20 minutes away which could be a litlle problem for some people but we did not mind it.

Upon planning my trip to Bulgaria via booking.com, I had read reviews of so many hotels, guest houses, apartment complexes, and villas in the Nessebar area and even further (Byala, Ravda, Sunny Beach etc.). But this guest house truly had the best reviews and the best price range for us! The guest house was super fast when responding to customers, and always in a polite manner. Always. We had the pleasure to get to know the owner himself, as he picked us up from the Burgas Airport in the middle of the night! Any special requests were easy to arrange - for example our lovely cleaning lady Albena let us choose when we needed cleaning (we like our privacy as Finnish people hehe). Our room was very tidy and nice, appliances worked as promised, and the bed was so big and comfy (opinions may vary on this - it's a subjective opinion after all) This guest house really was our second home away from home! The location was also nice - not far from stores, attractions, beaches etc, but quiet and peaceful. We only travelled the area by foot or public transport for further locations. We liked to do our own thing and come and go as we pleased, so this place worked wonderfully (i.e., high-maintenance and all-inclusive tourists: stay away lol) Thank you again Guest House Maria!!!. We miss you already, and hope to see you soon again.

The only thing, as stated in other reviews as well, is that your guest house would really benefit from something to dry the bathroom floor after a shower. We used smaller towels often. I added a picture here, because I have no idea what it's called in English or Bulgarian ;)

Well located, clean, worth the money paid.

The host was very welcoming. Ivan is a nice and erudite person, who informed us about the places of attraction and the places that need to be visited.

When the neighbors turned on the balcony light at night - the whole room where we slept lit up. Something needs to be better thought out.

Superb

Great location within a walking distance to Old town Nessebar - 20 min, South beach Nessebsr - 10 min, Sunny beach - 18 min, shopping area and restaurants less than 10 min. The house is great, equipped with all you need for a short stay.

Superb

The property is really convenient situated at about 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to Old Nessebar. The area where was situated was really quiet , yet as 2 minutes walk there were supermarkets and restaurants. The maid came daily to take the garbage and clean the room; the room was clean and a had kitchenette with everything you need to have breakfast or other meals, if wanted, in the room. The host was nice and ready to help; gave us information when needed. The parking was in front of the building, really accessible. A good value for the price overall.

Small bathroom, without shower cabin, as in most locations in Bulgaria. It would be useful to have a rubber mop to dry the floor more quickly, and a foot towel. Also a hairdryer would be nice to have.

I liked, that every day the stuff cleaned rooms and bathroom

I liked that it was clean, but we had no acces to balcony. There was balcony and we weren't allowed to go there. How can they offer room at the sea side with no balcony or yard, where can we dry our towels, swimming suits etc. This is very uncomfortable situation. Not happy about it at all
