About this house rental
SunnySands is a detached family house in a quiet location with a secure, south facing garden and off road parking. The living space is ample with a well equipped kitchen leading to a dining room at the front of the house which catches the morning sun. The dining room has a table and chairs that seat up to 10 people. The large table is also perfect for young guests to enjoy arts and crafts and puzzle enthusiasts on those dull days. We have high chairs for small children also. The downstairs shower room is easily accessed from the utility room and has a WC and wash basin. Through the hall is a bunk bedroom with triple bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top). The lounge has large sofas around a flat screen Smart TV and there is a cupboard of board games and a toy chest to be enjoyed at the other end of the room.
The lounge runs in to a brand new sunroom with relaxed seating around a coffee table and table and benches for dining up to 6 people. The sunroom is south facing and perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. The large sliding patio doors lead to a newly extended patio with integrated seating plus additional furniture. The walled garden is private and secure, safe for children and pets.
Upstairs both bedrooms are double, the bedroom overlooking the sea is a super king and to the front of the property with views of Snowdonia is a king size. Both have bed side tables, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, WC and basin.
All the bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains. We supply duvets and bed linen but not towels. We have a travel cot and there is plenty of space for it in either of the double rooms or on a large landing.
To the rear of the house is a detached bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a small WC and basin adjoining the bedroom. This room is useful for additional guests such as grandparents or teenagers but it is detached from the house and therefore unsuitable for young children. There are three steps up to the room from the garden patio.
We do allow 2 well behaved dogs as we our dog lovers ourselves, but we do ask that they are not allowed upstairs and they are made to fully dry in the utility room before coming into the house. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog.

Sadly did not get off to a good start however the owners immediately went the extra mile to sort out the issues. None were serious just a bit disappointing. The owners have refunded the cost of one night which is very much appreciated. I hadn't realised that the garden room accommodated the twin beds and was only accessible by stepping outside into the rear garden. There were some problems whilst in residence however the owners are looking into these as I write. The property has been sold and so may not be available as a holiday rental. All in all a positive experience in a wonderful location

This is the ideal place for our family of 4 adults, plus our two German Shepherds. It's great as there is a dog-friendly beach, 4 minutes away and a lovely secure back garden. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately it has been sold and we are not sure whether the new owner will be renting out. We will definitely return next year.

The house is perfect for us, the utility room is great for 8 people with lots of coats and shoes, beach toys etc. The kitchen is well equipped and linked to a lovely dining area with an attractive solid table. There’s plenty of space to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice also.

From the outset Kate made us feel very welcome and the house did not disappoint! Loads of space with everything you need for a holiday by the sea and some stunning beaches only a short walk away. We would highly recommend coming here and we will be back!

Really nice house with loads of spaces, well equipped kitchen although the weather was so good we used the bbq all weekend. Wonderful position close to the village and the beach.

Beautiful clean house, very spacious. Particularly liked the sun room, for relaxing and chatting. Kitchen & dining area were well set out with every utensil you can imagine. My dog loved the garden and the beach which was a stones throw away from the property. Great communication from Kate although we didn’t need to contact her as everything was laid out as instructed. We all had a fantastic time & wished we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved the stay and the house was very spacious and amazing soundproofing for noisy kids! Right near the beach with off-road parking. We didn't use the annex as not suitable for kids our age range.
Host was very helpful and we would return.

We were a family of 7 from age 12-71, and this beautiful house was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, extremely clean, well equipped and so comfortable. The location to the beach was great and walking distance to the village. The communication with the owner was excellent. We will most definitely be coming back it felt like home by the beach. Spotlessly clean on arrival, a family home exactly as described on the website. Great holiday house and good location on the edge of town. Beach is a two minute walk away. Enclosed garden made it safe for our two dogs.

Clean, spacious property with great conservatory and garden. One or 2 tweaks needed (utility area a bit pongy) and could have done with a few extra kitchen bits but lovely stay and well worth considering to return - 5 minutes walk to sandy beach

Sunny Sands was fabulous, the right size for a party of 8 and a dog. The house was tasteful and had everything you needed but most importantly space. The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and local amenities and easily accessible from the A55. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 nights at the property. The location is great, very quiet and within easy walking distance to the beach. The house is beautifully presented and has everything we needed. Warm, clean and very easy to make yourself at home.
Wish we could have stayed longer and will most definitely be returning.

Stunning property that is decorated to a very high standard. Really comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing break. Perfect location to beach and local shops. Nearby chippy is great as is the local ice cream shop which we visited several times!
Communication with the owner Kate was really good and she dealt with a couple of minor issues we had efficiently.

Great destination for family holiday. Ten minute walk to local excellent beaches and village centre with well-stocked shop. House was comfortable and well equipped with plenty of space for everyone to chill out. Driveway parking for up to 4 cars was a bonus. A second shower would have been useful and perhaps some of the bed mattresses could do with replacing but all in all we had a great holiday here.

Filthy. Entered the property to be met by lace fly which fair enough one of those things. But to be met with stained bedding, wobbly bannister on stairs, food under the sofa, marks on the carpet, shower trap full of gunk, dripping kitchen tap. Curtain rail loose I spent a day cleaning with products and mop I bought. Owner contacted and blamed my dogs/kids not interested when I said I could send photos all contact cut. Disgusting!

The property was perfect for our family, very close to the beach and the village. Plenty of room for everyone, the children particularly enjoyed the Harry Potter bedrooms! We have family in Rhosneigr who visited for meals so the large dining table was brilliant. We would definitely book again

Our family had a really lovely holiday here. The house is bright and spacious and everyone had space to do what they wanted. The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you could need. Our granddaughter was enthralled with the little wooden train set!
The garden is fully enclosed and ideal for our two Labradors to have their own fun.
The proximity of the house is wonderful. There are paths to both nearby beaches and a pub less than 50 yards away! We were blessed with beautiful weather whilst we were there so we made good use of the gas barbecue. In addition, we were lucky enough to see a display by the wonderful Red Arrows! Would love to return in the future.

Great Location on Anglesey
The property was excellent for our needs. Great location for beach and access to Rosneigr village. Beds comfortable and plenty of seating options. Only drawback was only 1 shower which for 7 is inadequate. Separate bathroom but bath only.

Perfect family getaway.
The house was larger than we expected from the photos. We were a group of eight (5 adults, 3 children) and we all had space to spread out. Lots of storage space for food, clothes, etc. The back garden is all enclosed, so it was great to let the kids go out and play. Plus the toy chest and games cupboard provided lots of fun for the kids. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great views from the bedrooms on the upper level. We loved staying here, thank you!

This is a lovely holiday home, everything you need is there including loads of toys and games for little ones. Very spacious and very clean ! Couple of minutes walk to quiet beaches, peaceful location for relaxing short break, loved it!

Lovely house for a short break
Sunnysands is a wonderful house in a lovely location. There are 3 double bedrooms in theain house plus a twin bedroom in the garden annexe all of which are very comfortable. The house which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and shops. We are already planning our next visit to Rhosneigr and will be staying in Sunnysands again.

Perfect home from home
The house is close to the beach where you can catch the most amazing sunsets. The house is comfortable and clean with plenty space to eat together around the table. Very well equipped house. Fantastic stay!

Great base , everything we needed
Great spacious place to stay . Group of friends with a dog and there was everything we needed. Big dining room to have meals, chats and catch ups on the day while listening to music. Garden great and all few minutes from beach.

Great location near to Rhosneiger
This light and airy property with plenty of room and a big garden is so near the centre of Rhosneiger with just a short walk to a beach and town. A good choice of restaurants and cafes something to suit everyone (although best to book as they all get busy). The beach is stunning too. Anglesey is such a lovely place we had not been before but would recommend the island particularly where we stayed. Loved waking up to that sea view and we were blessed with good weather too!
