I would never consider staying here again

Hotel was clean and tidy. Pool and bar facilities were good. Good location

Our rooms were located in one of the external blocks. I can only describe this as like being in an institution. The walls wafer thin, you could hear noise from all the adjoining rooms, this made sleeping nigh on impossible.

Good,but too busy,not child friendly enough

The location is amazing,staff are lovely,helpful,friendly,everywhere is clean

I was with my 9 year old and most of the games air hockey etc games weren’t working in games room,all stage games etc for children were in Spanish,so she couldn’t join in,I appreciate its high season but we didn’t get a bed by pool,just weren’t enough,toilets by pool were dirty everyday,I love this hotel usually but felt inadequate for children,

Great time in Benidorm

Great location close to the beach, pubs, bars, nightlife. Superb breakfast, very nice food, lovely staff, perfect pool for kids and good entertiment during the day and in the evening. Good price for drinks at the bar and restaurant. Generally everything is perfect. Would come back again.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived.

Budget price hotel that excels all expectations.

Food was very good. Plenty of selection. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Pool area is lovely with the bonus of inside pool. Shower is powerful and ample hot water.

Pillows could be better. The foyer area could be lovely with some nice comfortable seating. We were on 3rd floor overlooking pool. Noise from kitchen fans/generators were very very noisy which kept us awake so we reported and staff amazing moved us to 10th floor immediately

good food a great Christmas Gala Dinner, location is great, we have stayed there on several occasions

the bathroom shower head was too high up and non adjustable, my wife had trouble reaching it

The key cards if near any mobile phone will wipe the memory. Harsh lesson to learn (twice).

The pool facilities were amazing and the cocktails in the bar were also unbelievable

We were left with no towels in our hotel room for 2 days with 3 people staying in the room being unable to shower after being at the pool and the beach, after asking reception to sort this for us on the first day of having no towels the man at reception said he would get some to our room and we did not receive them
