Not recommended. Worst night in our two weeks trip to Turkey

The only plus I can admit is friendly staff. But seriously, please do some renovation.

I don’t know why it has so high rate in the booking. First room we got had issue with the bathroom door - it couldn’t be locked. The second room they gave us was right in front of the pool - so you should stay with closed curtains all the time. The air conditioner blows directly to the bed, so at night you’re either frozen or cannot breathe because of the heat. Bathroom is in awful condition - it should’ve been repaired long time ago… the room itself is small (smaller than on the pictures).

It is a very nice and cozy place with wonderful local cuisine. Breakfast was very delicious with local ingredients. Everything was prepared in the hotel’s kitchen. The owner kindly introduced us typical dishes. Our room was very spacious and well maintained. We had a small nice terrace too. The reception was in a new contemporary tiny pavilion with great style, fool of wood. There are many pieces of beautiful old furniture around the hotel. And a lot of green. Lovely two dogs keep you company. The staff was very helpful all the time. Just a few minutes walk to the city center. We’re absolutely coming back after the gullet trip. And I saw a beautiful wooden door with flower vases inside.

Séjour exceptionnel à Bodrum

Le personnel s'est montré très disponible et serviable. L'hôtel est bien situé, propre, agréable.et calme. Les chambres sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment exceptionnel ; le buffet offre un choix et une qualité de mets rarement rencontrés.

Super bravo et bonne continuation

Tout était super 👍 à Costa city l endroit, la propreté le personnel était au top. Un calme entouré de jardins. Parfait pour se ressourcer ☺️. Y avait aussi des animaux notamment l adorable CITY qui nous a tenu compagnie tout le long de notre séjour sans oublier les autres chats et le grand chien qui se reposait vers la réception.

Le wifi était médiocre.

Todo o hotel é bonito. A área comum onde está a piscina é ainda mais bonita pessoalmente do que nas fotos. O quarto, o balcão e o jardim que está acoplado ao quarto é muito bonito, cheio de flores, árvores, bananeira. A dona é um amor, super flexível. Me recebeu muito bem do início ao fim, senti em casa. Ainda que eu tenha saído antes do café iniciar para o aeroporto, ela fez questão de preparar algo de café pra mim. E deixou que minha mala ficasse no hotel ainda que eu não estivesse hospedada porque fui a suas ma ilha grega por uma noite. Ela também me deu além do quarto com balcão que foi o que reservei, ela separou o com vista do jardim para mim.

Talvez pudesse ter uma manta/lençol para cobrir disponível no quarto. E apesar de ter uma geladeira na área externa ótima com boas cerejas locais, poderia ter algumas no frigobar do quarto para melhor conveniência.

Lovely place

Perfect location close to sea and lots of shops and restaurants. Nice sitting outside the room. Lovely swimming pool, which I couldn't use due to the weather. Friendly staff, just sometimes I had to use a translator with some of them 😁 good value for this money

Room smaller than I expected, just one wardrobe, not enough space in the bathroom for our stuff. Mattress was a little bit harder than I liked, but everyone likes different hardness.

Nice view and very come and relaxing with the good size pool, location close to city center and shopping stores. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, the staff were so nice and kind. I really recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. To start, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite room without even having to request it. The staff demonstrated exceptional dedication, politeness, and helpfulness throughout my time there. The room itself was consistently clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients used. It was evident that the hotel took pride in providing a satisfying dining experience for its guests. One of the standout moments of my stay was when I had a late flight. The hotel graciously allowed me to spend most of the day by the pool, which made my departure day even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Very good location and staff, breakfast was good, lovely cats and dogs was there, the pool is very good

Location - 10 mins from the coastline, good reception guys, we really like them.

Internet was very bad, our room was quite far from the reception and the pool area, we had to seat at pool area to have a good internet connection, but it was not a problem for us as it was a vacation and we did not use internet so much

Excellent!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! We had an amazing time in Bodrum and this hotel was a 10/10. Super nice and cozy pool area with lounge music. Staff 10/10 specially Alp Aslan (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) such a professional and polite guy that was super helpful. Also the other guy in reception I think his name is Sinan..?! He helped us with beach recommendations and tu buy take away food with his phone. Location perfect 5 min walk to the boulevard and beach.

The bathroom and shower was a bit moldy and dirty. It would be great the have fresh and polished shower.

The place is typically like the photos, staff were incredibly amazing especially the manager who is the owner at the same time. The mom’s owner cooks nice dishes / deserts with love, we weren’t surprised at all as it really met our expectations ❤️ Until next time Costa you made us feel home.

Amazing experience and highly recommended

This hotel is a little gem near the center of bodrum with a pool that is refreshing. The rooms are super clean and the staff is outstanding and nice! They can help you with everything including recommendations and taxi if you need! One thing where i was amazed is that i forgot my watch in the room and got it back while they kept it safe. I am thankful for the experience, the staff and the entire experience and i would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The place is cosy and nice setting for beach holidays. Relaxing and quiet, with a beautiful pool and excellent location.

Hotel very well located near the beach and 5 minutes from the marina The staff is friendly, the room is simple but very clean. Point to improve: there was only one outlet in the room, presence of insects (spiders) leaking water in the bathroom

Very enjoyable stay

The room was basic but comfortable which suited us just fine. Air con and mini fridge were great to have! The staff always said hello. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The pool area is gorgeous! Location is great too - 5 minutes walk to the sea front, nice restaurants nearby, Turkish bath just down the street. We would happily stay again.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast!

The traditional Turkish breakfast was amazing!!! The breakfast has the food highlight of our trip! Comfortable bed. All the staff were so friendly! There is a filtered water fountain in the breakfast area which was good to re-fill my water bottles….I always like this when travelling so that I don’t need to buy plastic water bottles.

The room we were in didn’t have the best soundproofing so I could hear all the noises in the corridor and generator outside.
