Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.

Sehr schönes, neues Appartement. Ausreichend groß und komfortabel.

Der Balkon ist nicht überdacht und war nicht gereinigt (Spinnweben und altes Laub).

A must when in Augsburg

Amazing hotel with amazing concept since it's part of the deaconesses' home. It's so calm and pieceful, you immediately relax and smile when you get through the gate into the big garden. I could also sleep with open window. Even though you're in the center, you hear barely anything. Single room had great design, breakfast tasted great and had big selection. You even get free water as much as you need. And luggage storage after checkout was free. Couldn't have been better. Would love to come back and stay longer.

I can't find any flaw.

One of favourite hotels in Augsburg. Rooms are decent size and very clean. Very peaceful and quiet at night.

Superb

Location was nice. The hotel offers yoga mats and clothing irons should you need them. Be sure to ask the friendly staff. There are some facilities which I would have liked to check out, such as a fireplace communal room, but I couldn't fit into my schedule.

There were some cobwebs around the curtains. Otherwise I didn't notice anything else that would negatively impact my impression of cleanliness. The shower was such that some water escapes through the bottom where the door is.

closeness to city Center

a bit complicated to check in and drop the luggage before parking the car. reception closes at 7 pm so have to govt another office nearbY. the rooms feel a bit clinical- very clean but the bare necessities- no kettle, frig etc

Room was comfortable and nice. Staff was super helpful and kind.

I didn’t like that the king bed would separate. We are crazy sleepers and they would move. Super hard to find the entrance for parking and getting your stuff to the front door.

A functional room on the 6th floor of a concret block. No on site parking, need to carry luggage to/from a nearby pu

The best that can be said is that it was clean

It was soulless and didn’t meet expectations; if there was green space or a restaurant no one pointed it out to us. The restaurant had been a selling point after a long journey and it was a long walk to the town centre which offered next to nothing by way of restaurants.

Wouldn't visit again . Hotel was nice enough but too much of a city feel for me

Hotel was a nice enough hotel but we wouldn't visit Augsburg again as we wanted an old town feel but got a city feel instead

Breakfast was poor. Items were not replenished unless we asked. Then it took 10/15 minutes to cook scrambled egg. On occasions there was very little meat/cheese . We asked for a Croissant and were told that there weren't any. Pillows were very soft

Nice hotel in a quiet area, check-in experience outside of business hours could be smoother

The regular single room was clean and quite spacious, the bathroom was new, modern and very clean, the staff were nice, the neighborhood was quiet. The hotel is about 7 minutes away by foot from Augsburg central station (Hbf), and is relatively close to the historical city center.

The hotel doesn't have 24 h reception desk and as I had to check-in after 20 o'clock, I had to pick the card from "die service gmbh des diako" located nearby. The problem was to find an entrance to that "diako" building in the dark (there was a map provided together with a hotel room card, it would be nice if it was attached to the description). I had to do a few rounds around the building, all the entrances I could find were closed. In the end, I rang via an intercom system at one of diako entrances and after a few minutes of wait a night watchman appeared who refused to even open the door until I explained to him that I needed a card for the hotel room.

Five beds, one sofa, two sinks, two rooms at great price

We opted not to eat in the hotel (had eaten hotel breakfast over one week) so we went to Dichtl Chocoatier and ate a delicious eggs Benedict on avocado toast in their café. The main reason for not eating in the breakfast buffet is that we had slept in and also it wasn’t included in the room price.

Don’t know. Didn’t see what was offered.

Room very clean. Good continental breakfast. Location was very close to main railway station and had very good access to public transport. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Lack of Air Con and Tea and coffee facility's in room we did know about these in advance. This would have made a very good stay into a excellent stay

Felt like I was sleeping in my dorm room again.

Clean- nice park.

I heard a lot of noise from the hallway. The construction noise woke me up. Breakfast wasn’t included. It was very expensive, I only stayed there because my co-worker did. I could have stayed at better places for cheaper.
