Food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner so delicious. Staff were fab. Views were amazing
Would have been nice to have had a sea view instead of railway line. Hairdryer overheated in the middle of drying my hair

Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel was exactly what we'd hoped for, and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent (we tried most options!). We also ate dinner in the restaurant most nights which again, was of a high standard. There was no actual car park for the hotel but we had no issues at all, choosing to park either in front of the hotel (quite narrow lane) or just down on the beach front, all free of charge. We'd definitely like to return another time.
Nothing springs to mind really.

Nice garden area, amply parking, friendly helpful staff, lovely views from front of the hotel across the bay. Powerful shower. Quiet relaxing walks along the coast. Nice breakfast.
Room was warm at night despite opening the window,

The staff were all really good. Every single one of them was friendly and attentive. Like they genuinely cared that you were being looked after. They all seemed to get on well with each other too which was nice.
The food was good. The shower was excellent. The fact that I could open a window in my room was good because I like fresh air. The view and position on the seafront is fabulous.
Very minor inconvenience was the car park which was 50 yards along the back lane. I was on my motorbike so I had to carry my bags in my leathers and I was in a lather! (1st world problems!) But more seriously for my bike, the car park is gravel and so not as stable for putting the bike onto the stand. But as I say - a minor inconvenience.
My room out the back looked onto the train track but only a couple of trains went past so it was no problem.

Everything was great, so good I am considering visiting again soon.
Not much really, the hotel cannot control the residents and their bathroom habits.

Our lovely room, with the sea view. The size of the room and bathroom were great too.
Restaurant was lovely and the food very very good . Staff were excellent and helpful.
It was a shame that we were not comfortable at our dining table in the evening (right by the door, where staff were coming in and out with the food.) We were moved to a different table at the back of the restaurant but that was not quite right either and sitting looking through the open back door, that was not particularly neat and tidy outside, was not conducive to a relaxing experience. We had booked with you in advance of our stay too. We were aware that non residents to the hotel were dining that evening and they seemed to have priority. The food was very good though.

The Room had the most amazing view it had a 180 degree of the Bay of Criccieth it was truly stunning the Bed was really comfortable and the Shower was a fab power shower!! The room was very clean and tidy and had great tea and coffee making facilities and there was two chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Loved the complimentary fruit bowl and water on arrival. The whole Hotel was decorated beautifully too and looked very chic. We booked dinner in the Restaurant and the food was really good too. The Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much bother and really catered for your needs. The owner Frances was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. We would definitely go back.
The Parking was a bit of a squeeze outside the Hotel
