We arrived at the place with high expectations
And not only were we not disappointed
These were all above and beyond.
The location is amazing
The cleanliness and order are great
And above all Vasilis
A wonderful man with a huge heart
Helped us with everything we wanted
Happy to help with any issue
always smile
And this is one of the reasons we have already booked a place for the month of September
Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation in Karpatos, this is the most suitable place

The studio was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The owner was accomodating and helped with rides to the beach, once he realized how disappointed I was about the wrong information given in booking.com about the distance from beaches and restaurants (200 m instead of over 2000 m). He offered daily rides to the beach, in the morning and in the evening.
I traveled alone and did not want to rent a car. The description quoted "200 m from beach and restaurants". The nearest beach, which i found very small and unbelievably crowded (Little Amoopi) is at 2100 m on the regular road and about 1.2-1.3 km by cutting at some point on a very steep path among the rocks, which I did not want to take with flip-flops and beach bag (I have had orthopedic surgeries). The bigger beach, on which it is possible to find shade and some room and the other restaurants and cafes, is about 3 km away. Under the sun and with the wind, this can be quite a challenging walk, moreover it is not safe to walk back to the restaurants in the evening without good lighting. The owner said he was sorry about this mistake in the description, which he seemed to think unimportant because "everybody rents a car", but after I came back tired and a bit upset on the first day, he offered daily rides to "Big Amoopi beach" for the following 6 days of my stay. I suggest the description is corrected with realistic distances. The owner also bought a few basic staples for me at the grocery store, which I paid for, and offered fresh eggs from his chicken coop. Other than that, he only wanted a "small monetary contribution for the gasoline during my stay". It would also have been useful to know that when one arrives there are no toiletries at all, and no breakfast items for the first couple of days (and/or fruit and wine like it is customary in most other "studios" in Greece) The property is also classified as "hotel" but it is not a hotel, for instance the bed is not made. One more thing: there is no shower mat and the shower is difficult to use without spraying around.

My vacation was unique and pleasant in a wonderful location. The studios are extremely clean in Greek style with a beautiful view of the sea in a quiet location near a beautiful beach. The owner, Vasilis, is a very friendly and helpful person, always ready to help with information, he makes you feel welcome and relaxed in the true Greek spirit. Thank you Vasilis for a wonderful stay.

The views were incredible and it was really peaceful . The balcony was superb. Everywhere was spotlessly clean . The hosts were friendly and kindly presented us with a plate of freshly picked figs several times.
No kettle. No toiletries. The bed could have done with a newer , more comfortable mattress or at least a good topper.
We were careful to find a property that wasn’t too far from the beach so the photos were very deceptive as it’s quite a hike .
The information stated that there were tavernas and supermarkets and a bus stop close by.
Unfortunately due to Covid this was not the case so on the first day we thought we may have to move into Pygathia after the manager said we would have to get a taxi each day into the town to eat or shop for food.€ 30 round trip .
Fortunately the lovely man at Capannina saved the day or the week should I say. Although he was closed really he cooked for us every day . You really need a car to stay at this property.
