The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed for a long stay. It has a large balcony, with plenty of seating/dining accommodation, overlooking a park, and the living room furniture is very comfortable. The building is well-kept; it has a very nice pool across the street, and underground parking (small vehicles only!) It was nice to be within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was responsive to inquiries, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Merci Beaucoup, Patrick!

The Apartment was excellent very clean had everything I needed and felt very comfortable.
Infact the photos on the sight didn't do it justice as its so nice.. really felt like home from home. Lovely rooms plenty of space and very large terrace. I watched the sunset so many times.
In a lovely area with good surroundings. The communal pool was nice clean and quiet too which I loved, I used it quiet a few times.
Very close to the beach and the many restaurants in Sabinillas or Porta La Duquesta.
Has good transport links too with a local bus service.
I Will definitely be returning A perfect apartment for what I needed.

Manilva is almost the last unspoilt area along the Costa del Sol. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Sabinillas. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Mercado was 300 yards away. Didn't use the pool but area looked ok if a bit small. All in all we had a great stay. I would recommend to stay here.

We had a lovely stay in Patrick's apartment in July 2018. As others have said, the pictures are as it is and it was very clean and practical. There is also air-con which was much needed as it was exceptionally hot and balcony blinds that were put to good use. It was nice to stay somewhere, where there was decent crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware. The bed was firm but comfortable. The balcony was lovely and large, with good balcony furniture. It was lovely sitting there and listening to the birds and people watching as it seems most people take their dogs there before and after work, and they also clean up the dog poop. There is a small children's area to the back of the park. The swimming pool looked OK, although we didn't use it as it got quite busy and isn't that large. There are beach chairs you can use for the beach. If you are hiring a car, only hire a smallish one as the car park is quite tight, not the actual space but the bit you drive down to get to it. Though you soon get use to it. It is a spacious apartment and has been well looked after.
We only had one day out of 10 with a dog barking in one of the apartments and did not hear any building work.
Location - a short walk to the beach and town, although slightly uphill on the way back. There is a supermarket the other side of the park and also one in the town. Lidl's is a 2 minute drive or perhaps a 10 minute walk away. Sabinillas is a lovely "working town", not so many tourists, so if you like to get away from all the touristy things this would be the place for you. It is a very friendly place. It is well located for Gibralter, Marbella, Estepona, Ronda and we did Cadiz but that was quite a long drive. The beach is lovely, you would be hard stretched to find a nicer coast line. Unfortunately the water was icy cold and not many people ventured in it, which in 35+ of heat you really wanted to. They also had a plague of jellyfish which I think is quite a common occurrence.
I would definitely recommend this apartment for the location and the comfort provided.

Stayed here mid June for a week with wife and 3 kids. Very clean 3rd floor place with all the equipment as announced and very functional. Nice large balcony as well. Not far walk from the beach and restaurants in the resort town of Sabinillas which is ideal for a relaxing family vacation. Supermarket 1 block away with all that you need. Only negative thing was that the walls are very thin so that one hears all the neighbours. However, Sandra was very helpful when workers started renovating on the ground floor at 09:00 am each morning ....and the dogs in the apartment above barked whenever their owner left early. Would definitely recommend this place if the dog barking problem can be taken care of. Also be careful of renting a small car if you wish to use the parking as the access is very tight. Overall though, great value for what we received.

The apartment is in Sabinillas and it is near to beach, shops and restaurants in this charming village.
Nice apartment, well equiped. TV:s in all four rooms. Two bathrooms. Wi-fi working very well. Large balcony with sun in the afternoon and the evening.
Good service from the owner.
