Villa Vista is a beautifully refurbished Front Line Villa situated just above Port Sitges Aiguadolc .
The peaceful garden with its extensive terracing has some of the best sea views in Sitges. It backs directly onto the open expanses and natural beauty of Garaff National Park , whilst to the side the villa also has views directly over the town, reminding you that you are not far away from all the hustle and bustle of Sitges town centre !!
Whilst the house is stylish the garden is the place to be with both living areas, kitchen and master bedroom backing on to it .
Stunning during the day and beautifully lit at night with 50 LED's , you may not want to go out !
The private infinity pool has a swim jet and a separate jacuzzi. The Outdoor Dining Pergola with table for 12 is the perfect place to dine whiling away the sunny afternoons or balmy evenings. There is also a beautiful covered Chill out area with seating where you can enjoy the spectacular , panoramic sea views .
Inside the house has newly laid Grey oak flooring throughout and all bedrooms are Air Conditioned. All the furnishings are new modern and stylish.
The balance of Peace, tranquillity, natural beauty and amazing sea views , all so close to Sitges town is an intoxicating mix!

We were a party of 8 adults celebrating our birthday and wedding anniversary. The house was exactly as described, although the views were a little different due to foliage that we were told could not be trimmed. The views were still amazing! Also the driveway is very steep. Nik and Simon were very timely with communication and gave great recommendations. One of them was for a chef, Amanda, who prepared an awesome meal for us at the house. What treat! I would highly recommend this home and would gladly rent it again if I was in the area

Modern property with lovely decor and beautiful garden. The view is stunning and a short drive into Barcelona so lots to do,
Communication with Simon & checkin from Nick was excellent - very efficient and lots of help with the area and recommendations on where to go for beaches, restaurants etc.
We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room.
We had Amanda cook for us one night which was also excellent and she accommodated dietary requirements very well which was important
House is spacious with some lovely features in the garden which is very well maintained. Kitchen very well equipped.
Only minor point would be it got very hot in the living room due to lack of aircon which meant we used our bedrooms a lot more where there was very good aircon.
All in all a very enjoyable week in Sitges!

We stayed at Simons place for 10 days, with our whole family. We had 2 grandchildren. The house is large and very convenient. The outside space is so beautyful like out of a picture book. Thank you again for sharing your house.

This place is amazing, and the property management is very well done.
It's quite private, it's got amazing ocean views, a wonderful private pool, and the house itself is very nice.
Pretty much everything is perfect except a few minor things:
- The amenities list a hot tub, it's actually an attached Jacuzzi for the private pool, but is the same temperature as the pool (is not heated).
- An ice maker would be an excellent addition, as well as a water filtration system so that the guests don't have to rely on bottled water.
- This isn't an issue, but I'd make sure you have a rental car if you want to stay here. Taxis work fine to get into town but you will want to get groceries and such.
Sitges itself is a wonderful town.
Overall I'd highly recommend staying here, and would book again!

We have just got back from a weeks stay in this villa and all I can say is WOW. Everything from the moment we booked it, to the day we got back was amazing. There were twelve of us being four adults and eight kids and you never felt cramped. Simon and Nik are ultra professional but also made us feel like the villa was ours. The views are breathtaking and the pool is just what you need when the weather was like it was for us. I couldn’t recommend it enough and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

With own transport, a great location on the edge of town with superb views and a relaxing vibe. Air con not working in lounge but sure this will get fixed because the support team were great and did their very best to help with things in their control.

Perfect property for family. We were 10 from 3 generations. Outdoor area has amazing view, and fresh winds in the sun. House owner has a fetish for lights, so expect beautiful lights in the garden at night.

We are a mixed family group aged between 16 to 84.
We were all there to have a relaxing time so spent most of our time around the pool. The owner Simon, couldn't have been more helpful answering our questions before & during our stay. Nik, the property manager was also on call when we needed him, plus Matt who was there to sort out any problems. A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful property. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Villa for my 70th birthday, with 4 grand children
aged 1 - 6. They spend all day in the pool.
And with the stunning view for the adults to enjoy..always something to enjoy.
Everything supplied and Simon was on hand (via text) with the answers.

Photos cannot describe the incredible views, or beauty of the grounds. We were a group of 8, and the floor plan lended perfectly for privacy and comfort with many areas to convene as a group or find solace with a book. The kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking and serving, simple and convenient. The best part is the backyard amenities and attention the owner put into creating a peaceful luxury resort style oasis. We spent the majority of time outside in the pool/sun or reading under the shade of a massive pine tree. Meals “al fresco” were positively dreamy with a long table admiring the views from misty mornings to starry nights. The owner, house manager, housekeeper and caretaker went on and above to ensure we were well taken care of, from booking to turning in the keys. The house has wonderful energy and felt well loved by the owner. We own and manage properties, and feel we are competent to give Simon and his beautiful home 5 plus stars!

Our family of 4 spent a week at this property. The home has a lovely outdoor space, amazing views and plenty of space for kids and adults to entertain themselves. The host was extremely flexible and accommodating and communication was prompt and helpful. The host also provides a great list of local recommendations for entertainment, food and drink which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

We had a very nice stay in the house. It is as shown on the pictures. The garden and the view are amazing, and when you are there it feels like the house is all alone on the top of a hill! We were 6 adults and 5 children and there was room for everyone. Sitges is a very nice town and the location is well located to go to Barcelona or Montserrat. We had good contact with Simon and the house was nicely decorated for Christmas! I did not bother us, but its good to know there is a train line and a road down the hill near the sea that can be noisy from time to time.

Our family of four stayed here for five weeks and had a very relaxing time. The garden area and views are fab. We loved watching the electric storms in the distance over the sea in the evening and the kids loved the pool. Simon was very thoughtful and responsive throughout, his communication was second to none.

From the moment we made the booking everything was perfect, the communication was great and Simon and Nik happily accommodated our requests to set up the villa for a large group. We've stayed in numerous properties across Catalonia over the last few years and this was easily the best - the views and location are brilliant. The outdoor space is what makes the property the perfect place to chill out with sun from morning til evening.

An amazing 30th Birthday in Sitges
The villa is fantastic, with amazing views of the sea and ample space for 10-12 people to relax and chill-out at the villa. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. As the driveway is very narrow, we decided to use cabify or the local taxi number to get around which was relatively straightforward apart from after a night out in Sitges. The bbq was also a super good addition. Overall, it was amazing value for a super villa and one that I would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you Simon and Nik!

The Best Villa I have ever stayed in - Magnificent Views
This property is the best Villa I have ever stayed in. We wanted a Villa close to Barcelona to attend the F1 GP and found this on Vrbo. We were allowed to pay a deposit to hold the property and pay the full amount a a couple of weeks before the time. We were provided a comprehensive list of everything that we needed to know about the property. We found the rooms in the property to be spacious and very clean/tidy. The bathrooms where also nice and the master bedroom had exceptional views of the sea. The views are breathtaking and the garden area is very spacious. We loved everything about the property and would definitely come back again. We felt sad leaving. I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Simon, Nick and another lady and her partner who checked us in.

Fantastic Propery
We spent a little over a week on the property and had an amazing time. The backyard and the views were truly spectacular. We enjoyed the barbecue. The kitchen was very well stocked, including paella pans! Rooms were nicely appointed and everything was very clean upon arrival. Simon even arranged for a clean up mid-stay which was very appreciated.
Simon, Mat and Iris were extremely professional and warm and the communication was fast and efficient at all times.
We would definitely come back to this property if we have a chance.

Stunning villa with amazing views
My family and I stayed at the villa recently and had the most wonderful holiday. The villa is gorgeous, spacious, immaculate and very well equipped. I would recommend having a car as the villa is a short drive from Sitges but extremely well located to visit Barcelona and the surrounding area.
The views from the garden overlooking the sea are breath-taking.
The whole experience of booking with Simon was a pleasure, both Simon and Nik the house manager were always available to help and answer questions.
Simon recommended Amanda a chef who came to house and cooked up an amazing feast for us.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a very special stay.

Check-in was perfect, arrived in the morning and as it was free we already could spend the whole day in the house. The dishwasher broke the first day and the fixing process was a bit legnthy.. other than that the villa fullfills every promise it makes! The view is amazing, either side of the plot offers astonishing views!

We have really enjoyed staying in Simon’s 5 star Villa. The house is built in a nice neighborhood built in the top of a hill next to Sitges. Such privileged location allows you to have breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea, full privacy (when you are in the backyard you feel like being surrounded by nothing but nature) but at the same time it is nice to know you are next to civilization.
While you need a car to move around, we found it really easy to get everywhere and had no problems to get parking space. The Aiguadolc port is just 5 minute drive away. There are lots of nice restaurants for an al fresco dinner looking at the boats and you can have a great 20 minutes walk by the sea from the port to the old town where you will find many other terraces and restaurants. Sitges gastronomic offer is really good. You can trust Nik, the property manager for good recommendations.
Beaches are also 5-10 minutes away by car. The best for us was the Sausalito beach. It has a great Chiringuito where you can have lunch or a snack, sunbed rentals, toilets etc.
Going back to the house, it has everything you need for a perfect stay. It is a very comfortable house with large spaces for everyone. We were a group of twelve people and could all enjoy having dinner in the terrace at the same time (no need to make turns). The house interior is well decorated and very well equipped (two smart TV, coffee machines of all types (nespresso, dolce gusto, Italian…), a toaster which made incredibly good toasts, an oven, a very spacious fridge and a separate freezer, etc etc). We only missed air conditioning in the living area (there are A/C splits in the bedrooms) but only during the heat wave. The rest of the days we were ok as the location of the house allows having fresh breeze coming from the sea and the mountains. It is also important to mention that the water pressure in the shower is outstanding! This doesn’t always happen… On the downside, due to the drainage system you may sometimes get bad smell in the bathrooms, but it is not constant and goes away letting the water run.
The outdoor area is perfect. Very comfy sunbeds. The infinity pool and the jacuzzi are also great. It has a more shallow area where the little ones can play and it is very well maintained. The maintenance guy came every two or three days to keep it perfect.
Finally, we received an outstanding attention from Simon and Nik!
Overall, we’d highly recommend the Villa!

Wonderful yard and views
The house is very nice and with room for everyone, I agree with other reviews that the 2 areas make it very convenient for separation between age groups. The backyard and the views are absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I would say is not described in the listing is the driveway to access the house, which is unbelievably steep and hard to maneuver if you bring the car up.

Amazing views and great location
Wenlovednour stay at the home. It has amazing views of the sea. We stayed in December so did not have the typical experience of a summer renter. The large artificial grass lawn was great for the kids in our group. The proximity to both Sitges (8 minutes) and Barcelona (30 minutes) enabled us to see and experience a wide range of activities. House is in a very good condition. The owner and property management team were amazingly communicative and we hit the ground running. They accommodated our request for an extra heater and a stove top espresso pot. Would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful villa with stunning outdoor space
This property is absolutely stunning. My colleagues and I stayed at Simon's property during a recent business trip and couldn't have been more impressed! After working all day, there was nothing more that we enjoyed doing than getting back to the villa and relaxing in the outdoor space by the pool, watching the sunset over the beautiful sea views. Incredible family holiday
We stayed at Villa Vista as a group of 10. 6 adults and 4 children. The villa was perhaps even better than the photographs on the website. The view from the Villa is simply stunning and we never tired of it. We had a fabulous holiday and our children loved the garden and swimming pool. Nik, Mat and Simon were all incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We found the Villa to be beautifully presented and as a large group we were comfortable at all times. The Master bedroom is fantastic, waking up each morning to the wonderful seaview is so special. Sitges is a lovely dynamic seaside town with a refreshing mix of old Spanish charm and glistening modernity. The beaches are amazing and quality food abounds in the town. A real gem of villa. Worth every penny. Would book again in the future.

First dinner in the villa was made possible coz of Simon and Nik’s recommendation of Lucy to do the last min catering for the group ! Made the first night very relaxing and fun . Niks recommendation of things to do , places to go to were spot on too ! Girona ... one of the famous spot n the famous tv series Game of Thrones was a great suggestion! The location of the villa is fantastic !

Ideal family villa with beautiful views.
The villa is ideal for families looking for a relaxing, peaceful trip away.
Each room was spacious and comfy with working air con.
The living space was adequate during the day with outside being particularly beautiful and impressive.
I'd highly recommend the use of a car during the trip, especially with littles ones, as the villa is up a hill and the walk to town, despite only being 24mins, includes mostly main roads with few paths.
The port is lovely for food and town quaint, but remember the quiet Siesta hours!
It can get a lot hot in the living areas, especially if you're trying to keep mosquitos out in the evening, but we were able to use the fans from the Gym to help with that.
Simon the villa owner was exceptionally helpful. From the run up to the stay, during and after the trip. He provides quick responses and can answer any questions with a friendly demeanour.
Nik the villa manager was also very friendly and helpful during our stay.
Will definitely recommend the villa to friends.

Great place for a relaxing holiday
We had an enjoyable week with 3 generations - separated in each wing for sleeping. We highly appreciated the aircondition in the bedrooms and the pool was a real hit amongst the children.
The host was really kind and helpful all the way. I would definately recommend this place at any time.
The only negative, was the steep access to the house. Probably not suitable for disabled.

Perfect location with beautiful views!
We arrived at the property at midday and although we thought we might have to drop our cases and return later, while the villa was being prepared, the villa was in fact ready and we were able to occupy it immediately. The driveway up to the front of the villa is extremely steep but we were able to park our cars on the road in front of the villa. The only problem I can see here is that it probably wouldn’t be accessible to anyone with mobility problems.
The property was everything we hoped it would be - clean, modern and with everything we needed. The two main bedrooms have fabulous views and the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, while at different levels, meant we could be together and communicate easily, but still have our own space.
The grounds of the villa are particularly lovely. Again, lots of different areas to sit, eat, sunbathe in etc, all with the most fantastic views of the sea! Who wouldn’t feel happy looking at that view everyday?!
The journey to Sitges town centre, from the villa, took approx 15 mins. The town has a nice feel to it - very Spanish! We also visited the marina, which is closer to the villa, where we ate at one of the many lovely restaurants.
We drove to Barcelona - very easy to get to and took about 35 mins. So in terms of location the villa is perfectly placed!
Nik, the manager, provided all the information we needed throughout the holiday. Simon, the owner, also kept in touch throughout the booking process/holiday which felt very reassuring!
We had a great holiday and would not hesitate to recommend the villa as the perfect place to enjoy your holiday in Spain!

Perfect!
Everything from the magnificent Mediterranean views, immaculate villa, sparkling pool and comfy seating areas was - perfect!!! We were a family of 11 (ages 9-70+) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and everyone agreed that Villa Vista was oh so special! After long hot days in Barcelona , Sitges, or the beach, it was wonderful to "chill-out" together either in the pool or sipping cool drinks nearby. Also, plenty of space for the times when one needs a little quiet time alone.

Wonderful week in Villa Vista in July 2018
We are a family of 10 people who enjoyed life in this great villa for seven days. The house was spacious and contained everything we needed. The owner and his team made great effort to make our stay enjoyable.
The villa is located on a high hill on the outskirts of Sitges. The main advantage of the location is a stunning view and a great extent of privacy. The garden is gorgeous and we enjoyed staying at the villa so much that we only went into town a couple of times. We noticed that we had several hours of additional sunshine in comparison to the houses located below “our” villa. It did not fall into the shadows during sunset, so basically we had sunlight from early morning until late evening. Although the house is only a couple minutes’ drive from Sitges center, we firmly recommend that you rent a car. The steep hills do not afford walking for everyone, in particular when it is hot outside.
We would definitely consider staying in this villa again and give the villa, the surrounding area, and the host our highest recommendation.
