The location was central and within walking distance to all amenities. The hosts provided lots of food and drinks, and were always willing to provide any assistance when required.

Excellent location, very clean and perfect for our dog which enjoy the garden and play with the owner's dog

The host, Steve, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful in providing information about the surrounding area.
Nothing, the apartment had everything you could need and was very clean and comfortable.

the host is delightful and the location fantastic
everything was ‘there’ but a tad jury-rigged.

Although breakfast was DIY we were provided with tasty items. We were a little challenged by the cooking of the eggs provided. Microwave and fry pan without flipper/flapper were adequate but could be easily improved.
The room was spotless and all linen and towels equally spotless and replaced when necessary.
Our hosts were exceptional, both welcoming and helpful.
Nothing . It was a great place to stay

Meg and Steve were fantastic and friendly hosts. The space was comfortable and the breakfast really good. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it felt like visiting friends
The weather meant we couldn’t practically sit and eat outside which made the breakfast a bit more challenging. There was limited acoustic insulation between the accommodation and the main house which made one be thoughtful

Within walking distance from the town. No need to use a car to eat out
Friendly and welcoming staff
Cosy and quiet
Secured lock up for a vehicle
Could not complain about anything
Shame we had such bad weather but it did not ruin our vacation

The place was clean and set up nicely. The small touches were noticed and appreciated.
There didn't seem to be a place to wash dishes or fill up the kettle.

> Lovely hosts!
> Dog friendly
> Well kept property with nice garden, really enjoyed the outdoor area
> E-bikes that can be borrowed (no extra cost) - we used them every day!
> Bath tub, loved it!
> Location was amazing - super close to the forest walks/rides, and the main town strip
> The food (juices, yoghurts, bread, milk etc) in the fridge was unexpected, and really lovely!
> Comfortable bed & blankets
> Everything was really amazing!
> The only slight difficulty was the heating/cooling - cant be controlled by the guests, and it seemed to be on warming. It was pretty cool outdoors but I'm a 'cold' sleeper, so we did actually have the front door open all night to let the cold air in
> We got lucky that no one else was there when we were - it may have been noisey if other guests were in the other bit of the house
> It says Kitchenette but its actually a fridge and microwave - dont plan on doing any cooking!

Property listing is misleading. No garden view - you look out to a bare garden and the patio has a few potted plants. Hardly a garden. Soundproofing is non-existant as there is a interconnecting door to the house kitchen allowing cooking smells and low-level noise to be heard. Kitchenette is non-existant - a frig with microwave on top and a small side table for jug & toaster does not constitute a kitchenette. No sink. Basic breakfast and food items in a wardrobe which also contains owner's clothes. You have to wash dishes in a plastic basin in the bathroom. Patio needed sweeping with leaf litter and dust. Initially no ironing board despite listing stating 'ironing facilities'. The owner supplied an ironing board the following morning. Cooling / heating cannot be controlled by guests - the owner controls the switch and sets the timing. Too bad if you want to turn it on during the night or if they are out during the day.

The bed was one of the most comfortable i've ever slept in! Great location right next to the city center. Definitely worth the money!

Cosy clean and close to Forrest and town
Quiet just country noises peaceful
Just right for parents , one child and a dog
And of course lovely management and even your dog greated us
Only that since it was a 40 degree day the air conditioner struggled but didn’t we all
Also teenage daughter would have loved a full length mirror
