Établissement exceptionnel !

Tout est parfait le moindre détail à fait l'objet de beaucoup d'attention .

On a juste eu du mal à trouver l'entrée bien qu'il y ait des panneaux noir sur fond jaune que nous avons découvert plus tard .

Er is eigenlijk niets aan te merken. Twee hele kleine bemerkingen: de jacuzy was nog niet gevuld en de buren hadden wel kleine kinderen😉

Relaxing

Such a nice tucked away property in a charming little town. The gentlemen who greeted us and checked us in was so nice and informative. Great place to stay if you would like to visit other towns like déia and sillier.

Lovely place

The location is gorgeous. The staff is so polite and helpful and nice! The room and hotel in general are impeccably clean and very pretty. The room was also very spacious. Breakfast was nice. I loved the fact that breakfast started at 9 and lasted until 11, finally a place that didn't make us wake up early on holiday! Would recommend this hotel.

Really not a fan of the lack of privacy in the shower / toilet. The shower I can maybe understand but the toilet really needs some proper walls. The mattress was really hard and I'm not sure the fridge was working, it was cooler in the room if we left the AC on :) but none of this spoiled our stay, just details

Very welcoming and helpful staff, pleasant common space, tastefully decorated, truly outstanding breakfast

Be aware that parking is tricky in Bunyola. The hotel has a nearby parking lot which is not as convenient as one would like but nonetheless will be very helpful for those who are staying in a busy period

beautiful clean, modern, comfortable hotel where every need is catered for-the fresh oranges off the tree in the garden

great location for hiking, quiet, restful, lovely little town and a host that could not have been more lovely (Inès)

slightly cold at night but that was maybe because island had unseasonably cold weather ( storm Juliette)

A gem of a place.

A beautiful hotel in the lovely Bunyola. Ines and Juan were both wonderful hosts as were all the other staff we spoke to. Nothing was too much for them and they went out of their way to help whenever we had requests. Thank you for a lovely stay albeit for only one night!

Out of 8 trips to Mallorca, this was the best from a hotel and location perspective, we will be back

We had the warmest possible welcome when we arrived and were extremely happy with our room especially the views to the mountains and Palma. The roof top terrace was an added bonus. Breakfast was good with a good selection of buffet food and the addition of various freshly made egg options. The pool was a little smaller than expected, but was very clean and the pool area was always quiet and peaceful with this amazing mountain views all around. The best thing about this excellent hotel is the staff. All were so friendly and helpful and clearly very motivated in making everyone's stay as good as it could be. We ate in the hotel on 3 occasions and were very happy with the food - there was also some excellent local wine on offer to complement it.

Maybe a bigger pool, but I'm being very picky!

Beautiful cozy hotel, relaxing atmosphere!

Lovely staff that are always happy to talk and suggest you places. Relaxing atmosphere in the garden and by the pool and loved that you could enjoy the sound of nature. Exceptional breakfast and fresh juices.

Beautiful, calm and very charming.

Hotel's size, location, quiet environment, decoration, comfort, respectful and friendly personnel, good breakfast and availability of a cook at dinner time as well as availability of drinks if you decide to have a cosy evening.

Steep ramp to get to hotel's reception which makes very uncomfortable to move heavy pieces of luggage as well as no close parking. You need to get down a little hill to park in a public sandy area or try to fit your car in the hotel's parking which is impossible if you have a big car due to a narrow entrance on top of being 10 minutes walking distance.

the staff is very nice and the breakfast is good.

The structure of the room is very strange - the size of the bathroom is bigger than the bedroom, in addition it is very disturbing that there is not enough privacy in the bathroom. Another thing, the photos give the impression that we are talking about a property with a wide and large garden, but in reality it is a small yard. One last thing, there is a difficult problem of accessibility, the closest parking lot to the hotel is 300 meters away, and going up the access road to the hotel with the luggage is difficult.

Perfect place for a chilled holiday

Beautiful property, lovely comfortable rooms, felt quiet, amazing pool and plenty of loungers. Exceptional staff. Easy to walk into town and plenty of amenities nearby.

Nice but a big bathroom/wc issue

Well, we liked the location very much as it is really close to the center and to the train station. The garden with the pool were decorated beautifully. The hotel and the rooms are also very chick. The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely friendly.

This hotel has one problem and unfortunately it is not a small one. The toilet is basically inside your room. So the bathroom including wc are separated by a curtain from the bedroom. There is no air conditioning in the bathroom/wc part of the room so if you want to ventilate - it has to be trough the window next to the bed. They tried to separate the toilet using glass walls but they basically made it like a cabin with an open roof. So without ventilation it is a horrible solution. For me a NO GO for a premium hotel …

The location is amazing. The hotel has a great vibe. The staff was super helpful and the breakfasts were really delicious. Would definitely come again.

Friendly and attentive service

The welcome and service are excellent. The hotel is very well maintained and the breakfast is very good. We also received very good advice on where to have dinner.

The acoustic insulation of the rooms. Our room was very close to the entrance so we could hear the conversations of the various people passing by.

The welkome feeling; it is absolutely a high service location, where they want you to have the most perfect feeling of vacation

The access of the premises is via a somewhat steep footpath, only to reach on foot. For heavy luggage, you need to be trained a bit.😊
