The villa offers a tranquil setting with lovely outside spaces, spacious rooms, and a good-sized pool. It's surrounded by beautiful gardens and provides a characterful and pleasant stay.

Beautifully presented house on a lovely plot.
We had a few teething issues when we arrived, these were rectified within a few days.
I would recommend this villa and would use it again.
10.0 / 10.0
The Villa lived up to expectations, large and roomy, modern furnishings and kitchen, well equipped. Pool excellent, though no shallow area for small children to play apart from the corner steps. We bought a paddling pool for this. 8 comfy sun loungers, and plenty of shade areas.
Good parking for 4 cars.
Only criticism is that the directions to find the Villa weren't clear, we all struggled to find it. You have to go through a security barrier (called a security gate in the instructions) about 100 yards before getting to the villa.
The villa only has 1 travel cot and 1 high chair, 2 of each would be better.

Lovely property with great pool and gardens. Very nice and functional interior for our party of six adults and two teens.

Very nice villa in a quiet location, lovely outside spaces.
6.0 / 10.0
We really enjoyed the outside area and swimming pool of the house, air conditioning in all rooms and the location.
The house has just been renovated but is not fully in order, pictures online are better than the actual house.
We had a great stay but it is not as luxurious as expected and relatively expensive.
8.0 / 10.0
A group of 10 of us very much enjoyed our stay. The interior of the villa has been recently renovated; there is ample space, lots of bathrooms and a good size kitchen which has plenty of equipment.
Nice outdoor area; good sized pool, large varied garden and nice outdoor dining area. It’s surrounded by woodland so is not overlooked, which makes for atmospheric evenings with plenty of wildlife to hear and see.
A few minor gripes; the location is good but the road leading to the property is almost always blocked with traffic, the outside area of the property is beginning to show its age a bit - it’s on the ‘rustic’ end of the spectrum, and it was far from spotlessly clean; not dirty by any means, but I think their cleaners could do a much better job. The stone staircase is also rather narrow, steep -and without a handrail, which made for a few worrying moments with young children.
It’s not a ‘luxury’ villa per se, but is nonetheless very pleasant and characterful.
All in - a very enjoyable stay that was enjoyed by all. Would recommend.

If you're looking for a luxurious escape in the South of France, Villa Vallon is the perfect destination. Located in the charming town of Grimaud, this beautiful villa offers a tranquil setting for your holiday, surrounded by breathtaking views of the French countryside.
As you approach Villa Vallon, you'll be immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa is situated on a hillside, with terraced gardens leading down to a sparkling pool. The villa itself is a stunning example of traditional Provençal architecture, with its terracotta roof tiles and honey-coloured stone walls.
Inside the villa, the interior design is elegant and understated, with high-quality furnishings and tasteful décor. The living area is spacious and light-filled, with comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around a large fireplace. French doors open out onto a shaded terrace, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals or a glass of wine in the evening.
The villa has luxurious bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with a king-size bed, a large dressing room, and a private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The other bedrooms are equally comfortable, with high-quality linens and plush towels provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a large range cooker, a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. There's also a large dining table that seats eight people comfortably, making it the perfect spot for family meals or dinner parties with friends.
One of the standout features of Villa Vallon is its outdoor space. The villa is surrounded by terraced gardens, filled with fragrant lavender and olive trees. There are several different seating areas scattered around the property, including a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. The pool area is also a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and parasols providing the perfect spot to soak up the Mediterranean sunshine.
The town of Grimaud is just a short drive away from Villa Vallon, and it's well worth a visit. This charming medieval town is perched on a hilltop, with winding cobbled streets and stunning views over the surrounding countryside. There are several excellent restaurants and cafes in the town, as well as a weekly market selling fresh produce and local crafts.
The villa is also well located for exploring the wider area.

Amazing villa. Lots of space inside & out.
Emma met us on arrival & was so thorough & helpful with her introductory tour of the villa.
Pool was a great success with adults & children alike.
Lights around the patio & in the pool in the evening were lovely.
Patio area was fantastic. We ate outside every evening until late.
The nearest large supermarket was about 15 minutes away by car.
The villa was loved by all the family.

Great Barbecue and Pool
Four of us stayed here so there was plenty of room, and no waiting for a bathroom. Had a great time. It's a quiet neighborhood except for the occasional thwack of a golf ball. Only caution is that the entry drive is tight and on a hill, so a smaller car would have an easier time than the big one we had, That said, we got better with practice.

Attractive Provencal villa
Villa Vallon is an attractive Provençal villa in mature grounds on a series of well kept levels looking out onto the bay of St Tropez. The bedrooms are a good size and those upstairs are air conditioned. A large reception room on the first floor is spacious and has access to a long, thin balcony. Internal cooking facilities are good with plenty of utensils and there is a particularly effective outside BBQ. The pool was of a good size and well maintained. In summary, a well proportioned villa for a party of 10.
Parking for 3 cars is available adjacent to the house but the access drive is steep and a handful when exiting through the electronically operated gates whilst attempting a 180 degree turn onto the estate road.
There was no easily accessible shopping nearby. In peak season expect to spend 25 - 30 mins to drive to the nearest large supermarket. Smaller food shops at local campsites (which are a little closer) are available but with very limited ranges of goods.
Even given these limitations I would still recommend the property as a lovely, quiet family villa.

Excellent stay
We stayed at the villa for a week and a half in September and had a lovely time. The villa itself was fantastic, lovely size, nice layout, and in great condition. Our 3, 1.5 and 1 year olds were especially fond of the large terrace right in front of the kitchen and dining area, where they spent hours wondering around in circles, playing stones and scooting. The pool was also great - though a little cool for the little ones, but it was September and there had been a big storm just before we arrived. We also had another storm whilst we were there and Leason, our contact, was quick to text us and check there were no problems with the property (whereupon she had the gardeners round quick smart to tidy up the storm swept patio).
The traffic along the road between St Maxime and Grimaud / St Tropez is not very enjoyable so we were particularly pleased to have brought our bikes and the bike trailer for the kids. The bike paths are fantastic and it makes the whole area much more enjoyable. I think you can rent bikes and trailers in the area too and would thoroughly recommend that if you don't have one that you can bring and you want to explore the area. On the other hand, there is a beach down the bottom of the road, easy walking distance, which also had a lovely restaurant with excellent fish, moules and legendary frites.
All in all a great stay, thoroughly recommend the villa if you are looking to travel to this area.

An excellent two week holiday.
The villa lived up to all expectations, the photo's and descriptions where accurate,so no disappointments on arrival. We were pleasantly greeted on arrival by Leason, who gave us all the information we needed, and sorted out a minor problem with the oven. The villa was clean and very well equipped in regard of cutlery crockery and cooking utensils etc. The terrace pool
and garden where excellent and provided hours of enjoyment throughout the two weeks. The location was ok just a short walk down to the beach with Port grimaud and St maxime a longer walk in opposite directions or a short drive however traffic was very heavy at certain times of the day.
Our party consisted of 11 made up of children, parents and grandparents plus 2 family friends and all enjoyed and well accommodated
Only two points for recommendation. Although the ceiling fans proved quite effective perhaps air con should be considered for the future, and with such a large party perhaps an additional fridge could be considered. However these points did not prevent us having a wonderful holiday and we will recommend to friends and who knows we may return ourselves
Many thanks to the villa team

The perfect venue for a wonderful family holiday.
We have recently returned from a weeks break in Villa Vallon and what a break it was! The villa itself has the most amazing outside areas. There is a garden for the kids to play, a huge pool area with lounge space and separate covered dining area and a further large terrace which runs from the kitchen with another dining area, outside utilities and a fantastic bbq facility. It has fantastic views is very secluded and was everything we expected and much more. Inside, the Villa is well equipped and appointed and there is a nice snug for the kids to escape the afternoon sun with sky TV so that you will no miss an episode of peppa pig. We stayed there with our 3 young children and there is ample space for another family. Villa Vallon was also a great base for us to explore the local area. Beach clubs, vineyards, watersports, boat trips, St Maxime and St Tropez all very close. To summarize we had am amazing holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the region. We will definitely be returning next year.
