For enjoying a pleasant climate should visit proper Munnar which is 18 km away from this place Kunch

Mr. Mathew's exceptional hospitality made the stay enjoyable. Although the view from the room is breathtaking, Kunchithanny may not be the ideal location for those seeking a chilling climate like Munnar. To truly experience the bone-chilling cold, one must be present in Munnar rather than Kunchithanny.

While Mr. Mathew, the owner at M3 Homes is exceptional in delivering top-notch hospitality, However, it is disappointing that the nearby hotels do not meet the same level of quality. Additionally, the travel options in the area seem to be excessively expensive, giving a sense of being taken advantage of. The local travel services seem to overcharge, leaving visitors feeling exploited. I had hoped to find a place with a chilling climate where I could create wonderful and unforgettable memories with my family. I specifically set aside time from my busy schedule to make it a splendid experience. However, it didn't turn out as expected, as although the view was good from the room but the temperature in Kunchithanny was much higher than in Munnar. Moreover, the nearby hotels offered food of poor quality, and the local transportation services seemed to overcharge for short distances, making it feel like people were taking advantage of tourists.

the worst experience we have ever had.

it’s is the worst experience we had

the pics doesn’t show the actual property. the building is still under construction only, and the pics are from his home near by. the owner did not return the advance money also, and we were stranded in Munnar with a 2 month old baby. also, the property is a bit far from Munnar and no point in mentioning under Munnar location. pls do not fall for the pics, and now we understand we the owner asked for advance amount despite booking.com mentioning pay at property.

Friendly host and homestay surrounded by a spice garden

Homestay is surrounded by a spice garden with a very good view of sunset. Homestay was minimalistic but facilities were sufficient. Uncle (host) stayed nearby and was very cooperative and friendly. He gave us a tour of the spice garden and other newly built beautiful homestay on the same premise. It was a pleasant stay overall which made our Munnar trip more memorable.

It is advisable to carry some additional readymade food stuff to avoid inconvenience as there is a lack of good eatery/restaurant nearby.

Really helpful and kind property owner

The owner and his wife made us feel so welcome, inviting us into their home for tea and homemade cake. We were provided with local information about things to do locally. The property is purpose built and is one long building with four compact individual rentable spaces all with their own front door and a small outdoor patio sitting space overlooking the beautiful valley where you can watch the sunrise. Behind the property is woodland which you can access via a path. The property is located very near to a village with local shops and a couple of places to eat one of which is where breakfast is served if you take the B&B option, it’s basic but the food was really good. There’s a bus stop one minute away which takes you straight to Munnar through the tea plantations.

Not really a negative, just to be mindful that if you’re looking for eating options you might be best to grab something before returning in the evening.

Room located near to farm is very nice, excellent place to spend time. Room view is extraordinary. Wonderful place to stay and mathews sir hard work for maintaining is shown in this farm....

No hot water, all service were screwed up nothing is favour to us, such as meals were not served on time, the walk path were too slippery

Host was polite,was very helpful,he welcome us at road and guided us to Accomodation,

Host, both were a gentleman and gentlewomen polite and helping attitude. Fantastic behaviour

access to house was little bit annoying,may be some construction work going on,floor was dusty,hot water not available all rooms,view out side and from the room was not as expected
