This villa on two levels, is composed of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, 2 fitted kitchens, one upstairs and the other downstairs overlooking the terrace with the swimming pool.
The house is located in the district of Riells among the pine trees, 8 minutes from the magnificent beach of Montgo and 3 minutes from the protected natural area of Torroella de Montgri. It is ideal for family vacations. The Torroella Forest Park will allow you to discover natural areas of protected forests with sea views. If you fancy swimming, Cala Montgo beach will offer you a dazzling space where you can indulge in various activities such as swimming. , diving etc ... These sites are within walking distance. Tapas bars and restaurants are open every day for you to have a pleasant and friendly time with friends. For the more athletic, L'Escala is full of many activities, mountain biking, sailing, diving, hiking.

Stayed at this property recently. A bit disappointing overall.
Given small paper bag of items as a 'welcome' such as 2 tiny toilet tolls, finger sized washing up liquid, and 1 small dish towel for 2 kitchens. Clearly, you're supposed to bring these things with you. Never found this in any other property and not a good start.
On arrival, several locks didn't work and the shower was blocked. Manager was attentive at fixing locks, but really should have sorted out long before. Unfortunately, once the shower was unblocked, it stank of rotten drains and the downstairs shower room was unusable.
There was building works being done in the house next door, also owned by the owner of the property.
They said they were not aware if ongoing building works when we'd booked (2 months before). We negotiated a small refund as compensation for the noise and disruption, and they put up a screen between the property and next door just at the end of our stay. We were not told about the building works and would not have booked it if we'd known.
The house is generally ok - the downstairs kitchen is much better equipped and was ok to cook at, and we ate outside. The upstairs lounge only seats 4, which is a bit weird considering the number of beds. The pool isn't huge but it was big enough and nice to cool off in.
The area is nice and near to beaches and town, with good walking and cycling nearby.

All was 100% ok like the first time when we went William is one of 1000 for a landlord and for help he is the men for this for sure here it was the 2nd time we went to this place it was a walk in the park for us

Semaine parfaite
Nous venons de passer une semaine parfaite à L'Escala, la chance d'avoir un temps d'été fin avril.
Merci à William pour tout ses bons conseils (gastronomiques et culturels) et son accueil génial.
La maison correspond en tout point au descriptif très spacieuse avec emplacement pour la voiture.
Pour les visites hors L'Escala nous pouvons conseiller Cadaquès, Palafrugell et ses plages (Tamariù, Llafranc et Calella) et bien sur le magnifique village de Pals.

Dieses Mietobjekt ist wirklich sehr schön. Ruhig gelegen in einer Nebenstraße. Sehr sauber. Alles da was man braucht vom Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen....alles da. Und dann dieser wunderschöne Pool.Ich kann dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Hinfahren! Urlaub genießen!

Wirklich toller Urlaub m in einer kleinen sauberen Villa, sehr gut gelegen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Mr William vun der Agentur ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tips gegeben.
Un très agréable séjour dans villa très propre, bien située et pas lpin des différentes plages, du centre d'Escala et à une bonne demie heute de marche de la pittoresque vielle ville.
Mr William de l'agence nous a donné de très bon conseil, afin qu'on a tout de suite pu profiter de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine ds cette maison bien équipée et agréable. La climatisation est presente aux 2 niveaux de la maison, même si nous n'en avons eu que peu besoin cette année. La piscine est bien entretenue et nous en avons bien profité.

Villa idéale pour vacances en famille
Très bien située ( voiture indispensable néanmoins pour visiter les environs qui sont magnifiques), grande et très fonctionnelle.
Propreté à l'arrivée ( maison et piscine) impeccable.
Très bon accueil.
Literie en bon état ( chambre du haut)
Cuisine du bas idéale pour l'été ( on ne s'est pas servi du haut juste chambre, salle de bain et WC).
Le manque de verdure du jardin est vite oublié car absence de guêpes pendant les repas et piscine restant très propre.
Le pare-soleil permet de manger midi et soir à l'ombre.
Points d'amélioration ( conseils) à envisager:
Changer le manche d'aspirateur qui est cassé,
Changer les transats plastiques par 1 ou 2 neufs dont le dossier se relèvent ou fauteuils de jardin un peu plus confortables)
La clim du bas qui est en panne (mais en cours de réparation)
Produit anti-fourmis indispensable sinon invasion.
Un étendoir à linge qui ne s'envole pas
Changer le parasol qui est cassé.
Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines à explorer L'Escala.

Bien situé
L’accueil par William était parfait aussi bien à l’arrivée qu’au départ.
Points positifs: emplacement à moins de 15 min à pieds de la plage , la piscine et la maison Sont très propre.
L’accueil fait par le gérant très apprécié.
Deux cuisines de disponibles.
Équipement complet et même deux frigos!
Règles de la covid très bien respectées.
Points négatifs : le climatiseur du salon qui est en panne (mais il fait assez frais dans ce salon pour y survivre et les autres climatiseurs fonctionnent très bien)
Les fourmis ( due à l’emplacement), il faut penser à bien nettoyer l’extérieur comme l’intérieur pour ne pas se retrouver envahi, mais si nous y sommes arrivés , donc vous aussi :)
Pas de toilette au Rez de chaussée ( les deux toilettes sont au premier)
L’endroit est assez calme ( quelques travaux en cours Dans le voisinage mais peu bruyant en général).

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
Alles was man braucht ist gut und schnell erreichbar.
Im Haus ist es hübsch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.
Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden geblieben, vor allem die Kinder wegen dem Pool. Der haus ist gut eingerichtet und ordentlich in einer ruhiger Lage. Der Besitzer ist Verantwortungsvoll,ein guter Mensch.

Aufenthalt Mai/Juni 2019
Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut, in ca.15 -20 Minuten zu Fuß ( mit Kind) ist man an der Promenade.
Wir sind meistens mit dem Auto an die wunderschöne Bucht Montgo gefahren (wenige Autominuten) . Landschaftlich eine sehr schöne Gegend.
Negativ war leider das im Keller Bereich des Hauses, welcher auch Hauptzugang zum Pool ist , in dem großen Schlafraum sich Schimmel an den Wänden befand.
Dieser Geruch war leider in der ganzen unteren Etage. Eine neue Küche sollte dort auch noch eingebaut werden, somit war dieser Bereich dann doch noch eher eine Baustelle.... dieses war sehr schade.
Herr William Germain war sehr nett, hat uns alles gut erklärt und gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er direkt zur Stelle ( Wasserschaden) dieses wurde direkt behoben.
Aber Schimmel und eine Baustelle möchte man im Urlaub ja wirklich nicht im Haus.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l escala. William nous a très bien reçu, était disponible pour l heure d arrivée et de départ. La maison correspond à la description. Il y a même des travaux en cours qui vont être très appréciables avec la création d une cuisine en rez de chaussée qui donnera sur la terrasse. Piscine de belle taille. Trois belles chambres. Villa agréable dans un quartier calme
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa de l'Escala .En cette période
d'arrière saison , le quartier était très calme . La maison par elle-même est bien
équipée . Un bémol en ce qui concerne l'électricité qui disjoncte , en particulier si
l'on utilise le grille-pain ou le four .
Le fait que la cuisine se situe à l'étage , peut être un inconvénient pour déjeuner
dans le jardin , mais c'est tout de même gérable.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par William , celui-ci s'est montré très disponible
en cas de problème et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour en famille.

TRES BON SEJOUR
Avons apprécié cette location - belle villa bien située - quartier calme - agréable piscine bien entretenue et surtout l'accueil de William Germain très professionnel fournissant beaucoup d'indications pratiques pour le séjour - un peu déçus toutefois par les chambres en R.D.C. un peu sombres et une cuisine située en premier étage avec petit frigo alors qu'un grand avec compartiment congélateur (plus approprié au climat et aux vacances) est situé en bas (un peu moins pratique pour la répartition des courses) sinon il ne manque rien pour passer une très agréable semaine - on y reviendra sans problème si nos pas nous reconduisent à l'escala - (période concernée deuxième semaine de septembre)

Schöne Villa, noch besser als erwartet!
Wir waren zu 6 im September in dieser Villa. Alles war sauber und groß genung für uns. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt.
Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und hat sich auch nicht über Lautstärke beschwert. Zum Strand und Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter und Restaurants gibt es auch zu genüge.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war immer erreichbar.
Ich kann diese Villa für einen schönen Sommerurlaub nur weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique villa proche de tout , bien située et avec toutes les commodités. La climatisation est vraiment appréciable. La villa et la piscine sont propre et entretenue . La vue du balcon de la cuisine donne sur le joli village. Juste un peu embêtant quand on veux manger dehors car la cuisine est à l'étage mais ce n'est pas bien grave ;) Merci à William pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme.

Le Propriétaire très sympathique et patient, la villa très agréable mais quelque oublie niveau ménage. les àlontours de l'escala sont magnifique à voir nous avons louer des vélos pour se déplacer à l'escala c'est super sympas .
