Very nice

Location with a beautifull view. Unfortunately Trollstigen was still closed, but the area has a lot more to offer (Andalsnes skylift or trip to Molde). The cabin was cozy and clean.

The curtains in the bedroom don’t block out the sunlight (at 04:00)

Schöne Lage

Unsere Nacht verbrachten wir in einer unserer Auffassung nach neuen Lodge (Hütte), diese hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen waren vorhanden, ebenso auch Spülmittel und Tücher. Außerdem gab es ein Bad mit Dusche. Bei unserer Unterkunft war noch eine große Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein Grill dabei. Die Handtücher und Bettlaken haben wir uns für jeweils 100NOK geliehen. Die Reinigungskosten (350NOK) kann man sich sparen in dem man selbst das Zimmer (Lodge/Hütte) fegt. Der Platz liegt direkt am Fluss und an einer Straße, von beidem war nichts zu hören. In wenigen Kilometern gibt es Einkauf- und Tankmöglichkeiten.

Die Warmwasserleitung vom Boiler lag offen im Bad, da diese nicht geschützt oder beschriftet war, haben wir uns ein paar Mal fast die Hände verbrannt beim in die Nähe kommen. Dieses sollte entweder verkleidet werden oder mit einer Beschriftung versehen werden, welche auf auf die Gefahr hin weißt.

Quaint place for a layover or a long stay.

Very comfortable and quiet. The resort provided everything we needed for our stay (the linens were extra, but that was clearly communicated). The area is beautiful. We will be back.

Small cabin with limited facilities at a ridiculously high cost.

Very basic facilities at an exorbitant price. Other places we stayed at in Norway were cheaper, with better facilities and breakfast provided.

Not as good as we expected...

The surrounding of the resort is beautiful.

Tiresome ceanning self-work (or Nok350 extra charge) and extra charge for bed linens and towels (Nok80 each person) and do them all ourselves. Too busy ...no time to relax It is expensive for one night...

The place is in the middle of nowhere, it's beautiful and not that far from Andalsnes. The cabins are very comfortable. Moreover we were upgraded in a room with individual room and a bathroom. You won't be disappointed of Trollstigen resort.

Beautiful, quiet, and clean

Location was beautiful. Overlook of the river, quiet, Cabin was clean & comfortable.

Wasn't really sure what to use to wipe up the bathroom. When I asked questions through booking.com they were answered promptly.

Wonderful stay, definitely will return

The cabin was super comfy and the location fantastic. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in. The owners were easy to reach and flexible in terms of timing. We had the best time. For future visits, it is important to remember that you need to bring everything (e.g coffee filters, aluminium foil), we did forget that but this was our own fault.

Would definitely rent a hytte here again!

I received a larger cabin for free, the cabin was very beautiful with a nice rustig interior. The location is perfect, in the middle of the mountains, close to a bigger village yet not busy at the location (not many cars driving by). It has a view over the valley. The check-in and check-out were contact free and the communication with the owners was pleasant and friendly.

I don't have many cons, the stove was a little bit dirty but that was easily cleaned. Probably my favorite stay in Norway so far.

unfortunately the place was dirty - with hair and dust all around. they have self cleaning system - when you clean yourself before you leave (otherwise you have to pay 350nok for a cottage) - and I guess people have very different level of what they feel is clean

Great place to stay!

Great location just outside Åndalsnes. Wonderful view on the mountains when the sky is clear!

Wifi good but it wasn't reaching everywhere in the cabin (some spots were better). It was not clear if the water inside the kitchen was drinkable (outside there were signs where it wasn't).
