OK-ish

They were supposed to arrange a pre wedding hair appointment for my partner and when we arrived at the venue it was closed - not ideal. Also we were not in a room with a Bospherus view sadly. Also mini bar prices were outrageous!!!!

Nice rooms Bad art

Room sizes are good

Art ie pictures are very poorly chosen and takes away from the experience At every place the art work is lacking. They should all be removed. From the rooms, bathrooms, lobby area, reception area everywhere even the spa area Art is meant to be pleasant and inspirational clearly this art is to avoid visiting the hotel ever again. Be wary and ask every single item charge Also to note turkiye wants tourists but the people in charge ie tourist police don't want tourists so if your wallet is stolen or worse expect no help whatsoever ever. Maslak is different than sultanahmet where crime is rife From grand Bazar and spice Bazar expect the unexpected Rather stay in the better areas like maslak and visit cavahir mall etc staying away from being a target You are entering a land of almost the wilderness among the million beautiful things take care when dealing with all people At the hotel they can not assist you nor have a proper link to security etc and in turkiye the cctv is clearly a secret and they don't use it to catch criminals its probably used to target tourists as the police are unconcerned about tourists even their own people So the police are lacking too but the art is distasteful.

Clean, nice big rooms, nice view of downtown Istanbul.

Desk staff can barely speak English, very slow checkin, disorganized and unprofessional. Poor location in the business district on a busy highway.

A great stay to unite business and some relax!

I particularly enjoy staying at Hilton Maslak! Rooms are amazingly spacious and with great amenities (love the table to study and work), and showers are so large! A specific mention to breakfast - really making the most out of delicious Turkish cuisine and European/Mediterranean tradition. Try the wet cake, it's cosmic!

Great Hotel, Lovely staff.

well we know that location is not central, but it serves us well due many of our business partners located around Levent Gayrettepe and Maslak. However even if you travel for touristic reasons, underground is literally 2 mins away.

i reall yhave nothing report as i didnt like. All staff were lovely.

اول شي الطاقم معظمهم اسلوبهم ما زين في التعامل وكانك حاجز على حسابهم وبس عشان تسوي شيك ان يبيلك اكثر من نص ساعه، وايصا ياخذون عليك مبلغ صمان 100 يورو لشو ما ادري وما يرجعونهن الا بعد فتره وانا للحين ما ارسلوهن لي، والهاوس كيبنج من توصل الساعه 11 يصحيك واذا م قمت يدخل بدون لا يشاورك، كذالك في توقيت الخروج اخر يوم ما عندهم مرونه ابدا حتى نص ساعه بامانه ما انص فيه وكذالك المكان بعيد عن كل شي وحتى في السياره الي ناوي يسكن للتسوق لا يسكن هني لان بعيد عن كل المولات وكذالك الاسعار مبالغ فيها م يسوى بصراحه

Best Option for Maslak

Maslak Hilton is the best option for accommodations around Maslak area. Rooms are big, clean and modern. Breakfast is also really good. Check in and out processes were also really smooth.

Отличный отель! Обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

Прекрасный отель! Номера в полной мере соответствовали описанию в Интернет. Достаточно «свежий» ремонт. В номерах есть всё необходимое. Отличный завтрак! Возможно что-то изменилось в последнее время - перед посещением читал отзывы о скудном шведском столе. Это абсолютно не соответствует действительности. В наличии большой выбор всего, что можно съесть на завтрак. Плюс звуки арфы (вживую) в качестве музыкального сопровождения. Приятный бонус от отеля - бесплатный трансфер на комфортабельном минивэне в Истинье Парк, который находится в 5 минутах езды. Надо отметить, что помимо близости к упомянутому ТЦ, местоположение отеля достаточно удобно, чтобы добраться до аэропорта (и из него). При этом до Истикляль ехать на такси минут 15-20, до Султанахмет 25-30 минут. Персонал чрезвычайно дружелюбный. На любые просьбы реагировал оперативно.

Одно обстоятельство меня разочаровало. Отель, тем более такого уровня, никак не поздравил супругу с Днём рождения. Ни открытки, ни десертика (на кухне каждого ресторана этого «добра» всегда в наличии). Всё таки отели это про гостеприимство. А тут даже обычного “Happy Birthday” не услышали(((

It was such a wonderful experience to stay here!

The breakfast was excellent! There was nothing missing, the variation of food was over our expectations. I would like to thank specially to the staff. They are all top professionals. I would like to thank specially to the manager of laundry services. I had steamer for my veil (we had our wedding in Istanbul:) ) but it was not strong enough. I was in panic and I did not know how to solve this issue before my wedding and asked for help to the reception. They were very attentive and sent the manager of laundry department to our room for guidance. He took my veil, by mentioning that their steamer is much stronger. In few minutes he brought back my veil as in perfect condition , with no wrinkles! Thank you all for this kind, friendly and very helpful attitude. It is very much appreciated.
