'Il Maretto' is immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean machine, in a unique position for its tranquility and privacy: from the terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the Stecchi beach, small but characteristic, can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The apartment, located on the first floor, consists of two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together (totally re-furnished in summer 2017 and equipped with air conditioning from the 2018 season) - two bathrooms, a kitchen (new, season 2018), a large living room with two sofas, each with a bed, a terrace and an equipped outdoor area.
With a short drive you can reach both the villages of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio - where there are plenty of opportunities for fun and entertainment - and some famous beaches on the island, such as Barabarca, Zuccale, Lido di Capoliveri and Lacona.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area. The view from the terrace was great, the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing we could not find were wine glasses 😊. Communication with Sylvia and Giusi went smoothly and they were always available.

Casa in bella posizione rilassante con vista mare, solo un po' scomodo arrivare a causa dell'ultimo tratto di strada stretto. Bello il terrazzo fuori dove si può pranzare in tutta tranquillità. Unica pecca le docce un po' piccole!! Nel complesso soddisfatti.

Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ist sehr gross und hell. Es hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse rundherum ist sehr zu geniessen und die Aussicht herrlich. In 2 Minuten ist man am Strand. Man braucht ein Auto. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Ich würde wieder dorthin gehen. Danke

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage

Wir hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt mit unserem kleinen Sohn (4 Monate) in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war blitzblank geputzt, top ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig in grandioser Lage. 3 Minuten zum Strand sind einfach unschlagbar! Und nach Capoliveri in die Stadt sind es keine 10min Fahrtzeit. Der Service und die Kommunikation der Vermieter war super. Wenn man Bettwäsche selbst mitbringt: Kopfkissen 80x40cm, Spanntuch ca. 180x200cm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

de woning ligt op een prachtige rustige plek, je loopt zo naar het water, wel heel steil maar dat is heel elba. vanuit de woning een prima uitvalbasis om mooie uitstapjes te maken. in de woning is verder alles goed aanwezig alleen zijn de douches wat klein. de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn heel fijn.

La casa é curata, fresca e luminosa. Il terrazzo esterno offre una vista spettacolare. La posizione garantisce tranquillità e pace. Unico neo il tratto di 500 mt di strada per raggiungere la proprietà che é abbastanza pendente e non perfettamente asfaltata. Ma questo è abbastanza normale all'Elba. Nel complesso, bella vacanza e siamo stati molto bene.

Wir waren vor 19 Jahren schon einmal mit unseren Kindern in dieser Wohnung und nun in diesem Jahr auch mit unseren Enkelkindern . Eine Wohnung in toller Lage , kleiner Strand und das Städtchen nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist gut renoviert worden, einfach aber gut eingerichtet . Die Vermieterinnen sind super unkompliziert sehr bemüht und stehen mit Rat und Tat jederzeit bereit. Wie kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert . Es hat uns immer Freude bereitet nach einem Ausflug zurück zu kommen. Die Küche ist einfach, aber zweckmässig ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer haben eher harte Matratzen, dafür genug Stauraum in den Wandschränken. Die Terrasse ist echt der Hit! Wir (6 Personen) hatten genügend Platz. Wir sind auch mit der Vermieterin, Giusi Vago, sehr zufrieden. Gedanken über die nächsten Ferien laufen bereits...

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr schön. Der Hausstrand ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen, der Weg ist sehr steil aber machbar. Das Haus steht in einem Bereich vieler EFHs. Der nächste Supermarkt ist allerdings nur mit dem PKW erreichbar, in Capoliveri. Wir verbrachten dort eine herrliche Septemberwoche. Danke Guisi

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Capoliveri sehr genossen. Das Appartement war für uns (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) nahezu perfekt. Es ist geräumig, bietet zwei Schlafzimmern mit Bad und einen großen Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Zum Strand Le Stecchi sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir wurden außerdem sehr gut von Silvia betreut, die immer erreichbar und flexibel genug für unsere Wünsche war. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Welcoming apartment with a lovely view of the see. Air conditioning in the bedrooms provided much needed confort from summer temperature. We enjoyed the spacious grilling area outside. The WiFi was not up to the standard of our adolescent heir, but Silvia and Giusi provided alternatives as part of their exquisite hospitality. Grazie!!!

Lovely apartment in a nice location.

Il Maretto is a well-designed and nicely furnished apartment not far from Capoliveri. There is a small beach (Stecchi) just a short walk away; other nearby beaches are Barabarca and Zuccale. The apartment is well-located to explore Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Portoferraio and other parts of the lovely island of Elba. Giusi and Silvia are very kind hosts; Giusi gave us a warm welcome explaining the use of the apartment and giving us advice on beaches, sights and restaurants in the area. Bedrooms are spacious and equipped with airconditioning. Nice and wide terrace with sea view. One recommendation: the internet is a bit on the slow side and could be improved. In short, we really recommend this apartment as a basis to explore Elba.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren jugendlichen Söhnen und unserem Hund in der Wohnung . Die Unterkunft war für uns ideal.Sauber,ruhig,Meerblick. Es gibt 2 (kleine) Badezimmer neben den Schlafzimmern. Die Schlafzimmern haben sehr gut funktioniernede Klimaanlagen, daher waren die sehr hohen Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthaltes gut zu meistern. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist geräumig,doch haben wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse/Balkon verbracht. Als Selbstversorger hätte die Küche ein wenig größer sein dürfen.Der kleine steinige Strand ist fussläufig,10 Miuten zu Fuss am nächsten Strand gibt es eine deutschsprachige Tauchsschule. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich,prompt und hilfsbereit.

L'appartamento a primo impatto risulta carino ma raggiungibile da una stradina stretta e non di facile transito. Poi purtroppo ci siamo accorti che la pulizia era completamente inesistente. In bagno abbiamo trovato capelli non nostri ovviamente e non pulito. Peggio ancora per la cucina dove sopra a piatti e taglieri c'erano più capelli. L'acqua che usciva dai lavandini era gialla. Ci siamo lamentati con la propritaria che gentilmente si è scusata e ci ha restituito più della metà delle spese di pulizia. La vista del terrazzo della casa molto suggestiva. Una presenza di gechi molto insensa dovuta ovviamente alla vegetazione locale. Nel complesso però apparte per la gentilezza della proprietaria non ci ritornerei.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb von einer kleinen Kiesbucht. Das Wasser ist dort glasklar und man schätzt diese kleine Bucht. Der Weg ist etwas steil. Nichts für Personen mit Handikap. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es hat vielleicht ein Backofen oder Toaster gefehlt. Ansonsten war alles ausreichend vorhanden und auch in gutem Zusatand. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern war auch sehr angenehm. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich! Silvia hat es sich nicht nehmen lassen, trotz unserer späten Anreise, uns persönlich zu empfangen und uns Tips und Ratschläge für die Insel und unseren Aufenthalt zu geben.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf Elba. Dias Apartment war sehr schön, toll eingerichtet und fantastisch gelegen. Zum kleinen Privatstrand sind es drei Minuten. Von der Terrasse aus hatte man einen sagenhaften Blick auf das Meer. Alles was man brauchte, um sich wohl zu fühlen, war vorhanden. Giusi und Silvia sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Es war eine tolle Zeit und das Apartment ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, Vielleicht ein kleines Manko. Die Matratzen sind etwas hart. Aber das kann den Gesamteindruck nicht schmälern.

Soggiorno luglio 2017.Accoglienza molto buona da parte di Silvia molto gentile e disponibile. La casa, al piano elevato, ha una bella terrazza con vista mare al quale si accede comodamente a piedi(5 min); la spiaggia piu' vicina non e' attrezzata ma molto carina . Il centro di Capoliveri dista 7 minuti di macchina come le spiaggie di "Barabarca" e "Zuccale". L'appartamento e' molto spazioso e ben arredato, con due camere da letto, due bagni, un salotto spazioso e una cucina funzionale. La casa di notte e' un po' calda e non ha l'aria condizionata. Se possiamo dare dei suggerimenti a Silvia: una pala silenziosa a soffitto , cambio del materasso matrimoniale, che a nostro giudizio non era proprio comodissimo e sistemazione della zanzariera . Nel complesso il nostro giudizio e' positivo. Speriamo alla prossima .grazie Davide

Ho soggiornato per una settimana con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento, in una zona estremamente tranquilla e vicinissimo alla bella spiaggetta degli Stecchi, raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e molta cura dalle proprietarie, madre e figlia molto premurose e solerti nel soddisfare ogni nostra minima richiesta. E' molto fresco e sempre ben arieggiato, con una bellissima terrazza, praticamente sempre in ombra dove potevamo far colazione e cenare.... lo consigliamo senza esitazione a chi volesse godersi il mare in completo relax!!! Ho soggiornato assieme alle mie figlie e a mio marito nell'appartamento il Maretto ad inizio luglio. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e cura nei dettagli, confortevole e molto fresca: abbiamo utilizzato solo una volta il ventilatore a piantana...in più dal terrazzo si gode una magnifica vista sul mare La zona è tranquilla, l'ideale per rilassarsi e staccare dallo stress...Abbiamo incontrato le proprietarie, sempre molto attente e sollecite nel soddisfare ogni minima richiesta. Our family of 4 had a nice stay here at the upper 1st floor apartment. Far away from the tourist madness in July and yet close to Capoliveri town, ideal for shopping and dining.The apartment is spacious 2 nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen, large enjoyable terrace protected from the scorching sun. There is a small family beach 5 minutes by foot and even better we found more secluded creeks and small beaches just 10 minutes by foot, great for a quiet morning swim. If you want to be far away from the holiday summer madness and yet still 10 minutes from a town for shopping and night life, this spot is perfect as is the whole CapoLiveri area, one of the more preserved and wild areas of Elbe. Being in a great location is the key to this place and Giusi and Silvia are very friendly and supply all the necessaries to make your stay enjoyable.

Voto massimo per questo bellissimo appartamento con vista dalla terrazza sul mare. Le Signore Giusi e Silvia non ci hanno fatto mancare niente. L'appartamento trilocale é spazioso, pulito e decorato con amore. Abbiamo passato due settimane da sogno. La piccola spiaggia a ca. 200-300m di distanza é ben curata e pulita. Assolutamente da consigliare! É la prima volta che andremo per due anni di seguito allo stesso posto.
