The hotel cares a lot about guest experience.

The staff were extremely helpful and dealt with problems swiftly. They were able to give good suggestions for restaurants and currency exchange and helped me with bus tickets which made the trip hassle-free. The room was also spacious and quiet. I did not hear any honking from motorbikes or other vehicles.

Great time in Nha Trang, good value and even better staff!

The staff was amazing! Helpfull wherever they could. Special tea for a cough, taxi for transfer, we arrived at 4 am the day of arrival, but still welcome. They putted a yoga matras and a fan in the central space so we could sleep a few hours before starting the day in Nha Trang area. Breakfast was more then worth it! Great location close to a few night markets.

Kind and helpful owner. She welcome at the hotel entrance when I arrived. She accompany us to the Limousine Van which we booked from the hotel. The owner asked how is our stay. Is everything alright. She is energetic and always put on smile .I have a wonderful stay.

Amazing Staff in Incredible Nha Trang!

We picked the Mojzo Inn because previous reviews mentioned the staff - and they are correct! The staff were outstanding! This place tied for our FAVORITE stay during two weeks in Vietnam. Great location, fantastic room, amazing access to everything but on a quite alley away from the bustle. We rented a scooter for the day to visit the Ba Ho waterfalls - that's fantstic!!! And we booked a snorkeling cruise recommended by the hotel and were extremely satisfied...Very good breakfast at the Mojzo, too, BTW! Our three nights in Nha Trang were always going to be amazing (make sure you make it to the beach for a sunrise, too)...but the Mojzo Inn made it beyond even that! Highly, highly recommended. And a special thanks again for access to a shower to freshen up before the night train to Saigon!

Hidden Gem in the heart of Nha Trang

I like the property as it’s a smaller boutique hotel and quiet and very comfortable. It has an excellent location to the beach , restaurants and shopping . The staff is excellent and very helpful with all your needs including booking tours and trips for you. The pricing is excellent .

I not really have any points that I did not like.

Great choice in Nha Trang

Staff was so kind and helpful, lots of recommendations for food. Room very cute and comfy. Nice TV and shower. They let us shower and borrow beach towels even after we had checked out. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Thank you very much for reacting so fast when I reached to you about booking a taxi from where my bus has dropped me off! The hotel is very comfortable, right next to a very good supermarket with western products. Wooden floors in the room - rare for Asian hotels! Nice modern interior, comfortable beds, enough space for storing stuff.

My first room’s window was facing a wall - didn’t expect that when I booked. The room was changed to a higher floor so I had a nice view - huge thanks! Maybe to avoid this misinterpretation in the future, there should be a note on Booking that there might not be any view even if you’re booking a room with window.

Friendly welcome from staff. We thought the hotel was excellent value for money. Really comfortable stay, great facilities! So clean we thought the hotel was brand new.

The wifi wasn’t great in our room on the 4th floor, but didn’t bother us that much to use our phone data.

perfect stay

Everything was perfect, really. The location is perfect, the staff was extremly nice, the breakfast really good and the room was very clean and comfy. The Hotel also offered very cheap day trips and we booked a snorkeling tour and rented a moped for a day. We were taking the night train and it was no problem to leave our luggage at the hotel as long as we wanted to. 10/10

Comfortable, well located hotel with excellent staff

Really friendly and helpful staff who gave us meal recommendations and let us leave our luggage for the day and use the shower before getting on the night train. Nice comfortable bed in a nice sized room.

There was a little noise from the water pump which was distracting at first but it didn't wake us up as I feared it might.

Great service is the highlight of the trip

All the staff is extremely helpful. I asked one of the staff to help book the train ticket for the next day and she took full ownership of the process and made sure everything was smooth ! 5 star service !

Exceptional stay.

Exceptional short stay. Djung and her co workers were extremely welcoming. A very comfortable stay. Tucked away off a Main Street but well located. Air Con, Shower, Bed, TV all great ( English Channels ).

lovely gem of the hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have lots of information on what activities to do close by and can help book snorkeling tours and busses. The room is spacious, clean, and secure. Free drinking water provided. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach is a couple blocks away

The transfer shuttle for the Dalat bus didn't pick me up after a hour of waiting even though they had called to confirm and were in contact with reception. This is no fault of the hostel as they quickly got me a Grab, but be aware of this issue for your onward bus

Very good

Well-designed room. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I had banh mi for breakfast which was really delicious.

The shower glass door in the bathroom doesn't close shut though. It'd be great if there'd be a waste basket in the living room too. Also it's sad there wasn't a parking lot for my bike. But that's ok, one of the staff helped me park it elsewhere overnight.

Best price to value ratio I’ve even encountered!

Really well-designed and attractive rooms, especially at the price. Ladies at the front are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped me with local transport (Grab) and made sure that everything went smoothly.
