The building very nice and it’s surrounding. The gardens are very nice. Quiet and comfortable.
Hot water ran out almost immediately. The toilet didn’t have water - it was fixed
The AC also malfunctioned- it was fixed.

El desayuno muy rico, muy casero, y el lugar es sumamente tranquilo. Lindo para descansar.

Amazing old hotel that was once a governor's residence I believe. The staff were very nice. Very quiet. Beautiful grounds
The beds were a little hard. They could use some bedside lamps and setup coffee in the rooms

Nothing. This hotel has no merits. I did not like this hotel at all. I highly discourage anyone from booking this hotel. Staff lacks customer service training. Please do not book here.
This hotel must be removed fron the App.
It has being the most unpleasant hotel I have ever used. No hot water, very dark, filthy and durty all throughout. They charged my bank account twice. Very noicy. This hotel must be removed from the App.

We really enjoyed the garden area, as we had our small dog with us. Our room was ideal, as we also had an outdoor sitting area where the dog could be.
The hotel is beautiful, historic, secure, and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and we felt pampered.
The hotel is very close to the principal Jardin, so there are restaurants nearby. We would have liked to have a coffee bar at the hotel, but it turned out not to be a problem.

Very beautiful and safe location, it is near the main plaza, cathedral and great restaurants. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and taken care of.

Wonderful hotel in a breathtakingly beautiful colonial building. Lovely terrace with hammock and seating area, cozy inner courtyard, big room with beautiful decor, two balconies and huge bathroom. Quiet and peaceful. Very secure. Amazing price quality ratio. Small pool.

No privacy to use the bathroom , the person in the second bed, has to walk trough the bathroom to get to it and no wall dividing the bathroom .and the TV never work.

The beds and linens are lovely, very comfortable.
The rooms are historic and so beautiful. The furniture is heavy and gorgous.
The office ladies, (we met 2) are incredibly kind and helpful.
No coffee available, which might have been fine if there were individual coffee makers in the room. It felt deserted with no restaurant of even snack coffee bar, and there is nothing nearby enough to get the first coffee of the day and bring it to your room.
The shower has a glass enclosure that was totally caked with soap scum. That was gross. They need to get in there and do a proper cleaning. The grounds are sad and Ill kept, it needs a gardener. Housekeeping left ONE roll of toilet paper on the roll. Not enough. Are they concerned that people will take them? The car in and out was tedious and they don’t leave the gate open to come and go during the daytime so the lovely and accommodating staff have to open the gate every time.

Nice property, nice people
Well..the TV didn't work. The water ran out a couple of times. The hotel has some maintenance issues. But it was clean and the employees were very nice.

There was no breakfast nor restaurant or bar. NOTHING AT ALL.
The place was empty (7 rooms only), but after I checked in they moved me to another room because the clerk said "it was for another guest" and had given it to me by mistake, which I think was untrue.
There was no hot water in the shower.

Used to be a mansion for the governor. It’s modernized for a hotel but has nostalgic beauty. Quiet, and close to downtown Colima.

Great location, great rooms. Very nice courtyard. Rooms are incredibly spacious with 15 foot ceilings. Huge bathroom.
Very little hot water in the shower. Poor lighting in bedroom & bathroom.
2.5 / 5.0
Great location, short walk to the town center and the mercado.
Maintenance wasn't great, broken latch on window that was at street level, non working bedside lamp, dirty un-swimmable pool.
