Overall, a great experience.

The environment was sensational, very peaceful and relaxing, breakfast was delicious, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Nothing not to like, would have liked to stay longer and explore the area but were on a tight schedule.

gorgeous house, amazing hosts, several private areas to relax with a glass of wine, very comfy beds. the grounds around the house are well tended and lots of interesting spots. very peaceful. delicious breakfast.

Accommodation was comfortable and clean and peaceful for a beautiful nights sleep. Definitely caters to couples.

Felt the hosts a tad harsh with their covid policy, especially given it’s no longer a requirement to produce negative results to travel in Australia or a requirement of booking.com. A negative result was provided days out however expected a secondary test to be provided within 24 hrs of arrival. On top of travelling long distance and sporting commitments, the cost of the test in coffs after hours a little pricey. Not to mention the refusal to reimburse us a little rude. Would also suggest to read your clientele, we were exhausted and just needed to rest coming and going, we weren’t up for the meet and greet.

Superb

Quiet peaceful and very private location thanks to our hosts Lee and Andrew and their maremma Lucca. Cosy room comfortable bed with ensuite and usual amenities made our stay worthwhile. Breakfast prepared by our hosts was beautiful.

well rested and well taken care of

it was private and very quite. the pools were awesome. feeding the Koi and walking in the nature by the lily ponds gives a sense of mindfulness. arge sound of rain on the tin roof and waking up to birds chirping, it was sad that we had to leave when the stay was over. I would go here again

Fantastic little B&B with lovely hosts.

The place is lovely with a lot of decorative touches and great grounds to walk around and see a bit of nature - Koi Fish, Kookaburras, dragonflies etc... a nice pool not that we used it. Breakfast was divine - great little touches and was one of the best starts to the day of our trip.

we packed a week’s worth of rest and fun in a two nights’ stay.

it’s beautiful. lush gardens, a banking stream. koi to feed. everywhere you look there is a whimsical statue or art pice. there are lovely bench seats, in shaded bowers to sit and drink in the beauty. the pool and bbq facilities are lovely.

the steps are a little tricky, but it’s a small criticism.

Beautiful B&B

Great service, Lee and Andrew were great hosts, enjoyed the daily breakfast with local/home grown produce. We stayed in the pool suite which is located away from the main rooms and even though it rained most of our stay we had a wonderful time, the gardens are beautiful, the whole B&B just has this relaxed homely feel!

A great place to unwind and relax.

We loved the atmosphere, the position, more than we expected, close location to the CBD, Lee & Andrew very welcoming, lovely breakfast, well presented and happy to explain the breakfast ingredients.

We were looking for a relaxing weekend and we got it thanks to Lee and Andrew, the perfect hosts.

The property was secluded, private and peaceful, the hosts were wonderful especially Luca their beautiful Maremma , friendly and so well behaved. The room was very nice, breaky was wonderful and the complete experience was first class, next time we are going to Coffs it will be our go to for accommodation.

Beautiful setting and very well looked after by Lee and Andrew, perfect location to explore from.

Breakfast was outstanding. Personalised each morning in a beautiful setting and absolutely delicious.

The gardens were still drying out after weeks of unusually heavy rain so understandably we couldn’t maximise the oppportunity to fully explore and enjoy the grounds.

Amazing grounds. Beautiful scenery, gardens and pool. Room was cosy, hosts were amazing. Breakfasts were great

No room to put bags or clothes (wardrobe was full with fridge). It rained a lot so a table to play card or sit at would have been nice too
