The rooms are clean nice place to stay, management extremely horrible really bad

The rooms were clean the housekeepers were all friendly and polite. They’re doing a great job

Front office staff when we checked in was BAD! Short Indian troll lady that works there is extremely rude has no people skills has a bad attitude. Which I plan on write to the press about the front office staff

Just stay at the resorts I found them actually just a few bucks more; they are way nicer near river.

The rooms were recently renovated. So everything looked really nice.

The ice machine there is only one for the whole motel, and it was broken, because some of the tenants were bringing their own 5 gallon buckets to take as much of the ice as possible. The area is very sketch and the front desk is very upfront about it. Weird questions during check in.

I appreciate the availability and the location

I liked the location. We usually stay in Laughlin but everything was booked, as we decided last minute. The younger gentleman that checked us in was amazing. He went out of his way for us and had a great attitude. The older gentleman that checked us out was super nice!!

I didn't like the small pillows on the bed, small thin bath towels, the hot hallway or the Indian girl at the desk that acted like she hated her job and we were bothering her. We asked her for a late check out, her vibe was really negative, her face wasn't happy and her voice was unhappy.

Was a good place to stay. Cheapest around. Seemed like a lots of people on extended stay there.

Big room. Ice machine work but did break down but was repaired quickly and was working next day. Ac worked good.

The pool! Trash was everywhere the first day. It was floating in the pool. It was a windy day but when ask about check manager said the guy hadn’t been there in two days. And the bbq was knocked upside down too. The needs to be resurfaced badly. Omg it hurts so bad on the steps to get into the pool.

Very Poor Cleaning

I was in room 208 on the second floor. The AC sounds like an ice machine. The floor was disgusting it made my socks brown. When I made the reservation, I requested an extra blanket and did not receive it even after asking the front desk. The phone in the room doesn't work. The headboards were dusty, and the place smelt like weed. I had stains on one of my pillows. They did bring me a new pillow. The TV only gets a few channels. When checking in, i had to ring a bell to get survice, and when interacting with the front desk, they were unfriendly and did not explain anything about the hotel. I had to guess where the room was. The stoper for the bath did not work ether. There was also a rool of toilet paper that was black and gross. While the system for the shower is unlike most hotels, instructions would be nice.Overall, this was a 2-star experience. A good point about this hotel is that they check the cameras regularly. Although the security system is literally just a lock on the room door. Most of these issues are housekeeping.
