Cher pour un standing très bas à l’exception de la vue mer exceptionnelle

Excellente localisation et accueil très chaleureux. Merci pour le prêt des serviettes de plages, chaises et body board !

Un matin sans ménage. Le matelas est horrible et les équipements sont globalement très vieillissants (lampe salle de bain à moitié décroché du mur, porte-fenêtre du balcon détériorée…)

I liked that it was across the street from the beach 🏖️. Good location.

Though it was good the set up of the room was a little off and the card system to open the door had some problems. Had to swipe various times to get the door open and one time it didn't even work had to make new ones.

Great location, courteous staff

Everyone was very cordial and they had every imaginable need planned out. Very communicative staff. The location is fantastic! You can see the sea from your window

Unfortunately the hotel had a rare electricity malfunction during our stay but the staff stayed in touch and kept updating us of the progress

great location. very close to the beach. It was nice to have a restaurant on the property. It was a little pricey. almost $5 dollars for a local beer? Food was good.

Wished we had fresh pastries instead of packaged. But the coffee in the lobby was incredible.

The room was large with a great ocean view in a great location. The on site restaurant is fabulous. Parking is in front of property. They provide beach chairs and towels.

Pretty good no frills place with good location.

Right across the street from the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the shower didn’t have much water pressure.

A great little beach hotel with a super view, very friendly staff, comfortable parking, helpful services (beach chairs, towels, very fairly priced waters and other drinks). We spent a wonderful 4 days here. Just what one would want in a hotel of this kind.

Glad we were only there one night.

The location is perfect.

We were given the worst room in the hotel, right next to the office and stairs to the restaurant. It was noisy, has no privacy, no view, and to top it off, it wasn’t clean.

Value and friendliness combined with a one-of-a-kind location.

Superb location. The room was great, comfortable and sufficiently supplied. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed every one.The last night we ate at the associated restaurant "Sama" and the food was delicious.

The plumbing fixture were a little iffy and could use an upgrade.

Family & Budget friendly beach motel - would stay here again!

This is a beach "motel", not fancy at all but serves the purpose for direct beach access. La Pared Beach has daily dangerous riptides and supposedly someone died 2 weeks before we got there, so it is more for waist-height frollicking but not swimming. You can walk 5minutes west on the beach to a more protective cove to swim in calmer waters, very simple to get to this. We stayed in the 2 bedroom family unit which is behind the motel, similar to a casita. 2 twins & 1 queen, plus a small front room with couch, tv, microwave, & minifrig. Great patio out front wear we hung out each night. The motel rooms do not have nearly as much square footage as the casita suite we stayed in but they all have balconies that face the beach which we were a bit envious of. We could not see the beach/nor hear the waves but we liked having the space for a family of 4. The parking is all gated, you get a remote to keep in your car to open at your leisure, felt very safe. Beach towels & folding camp-style chairs are provided for the beach complimentary, the staff is very accommodating and speak english fluently. There is a great upstairs patio at the motel area that faces the beach where breakfast is typically served, but it is in the process of being remodeled. Thus, there is no breakfast currently except apples/oranges & coffee. There are 3 coffee shops 1-2 blocks away - very simple to reach by foot. Overall, we used this location as a homebase for several excursions and loved the fact that it was in a small town which seemed more authentic than a huge resort where you only eat at the resort. The savings from booking this budget friendly hotel allowed us to extend our stay longer than if we had stayed at a high end resort plus allowed us to have plenty of room to play cards on the patio each night and enjoy our family time with more space (similar to a small condo, but "Puerto Rican style"!).

The queen bed in the family suite was very firm, did not bother me much but drove my husband crazy. At the price point we were paying I felt it was reasonable. There was a small safe that would fit wallets in the room but it did not work. We were a bit hesitant about leaving our items when we were out at the beach, but had no issues.

wonder location. Great ocean view with acceptable price. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They even gave me their hair ring when I asked for one. Highly recommended.

The hotel was great. All staff members were excellent. Room was facing the beach with a great view.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location. The beds were great.

We didn’t have wifi. Asked for help a few times and got a different response for the cause each time. It was never resolved.
