I had a pleasent stay at this motel and I would recommend it.

Great accomodation and value for money. The location is also very convenient.

All good but the security door could be better as it looks like it is easy to access from outside.

Clean and adequate.

Older room for 3 was clean and comfortable with frig, cutlery, crockery, kettle. toaster and microwave provided. Car parking was in front of room which was up about 6 steps. We picked up our room key outside reception area which was unmanned and on leaving we returned key to box outside reception which was again unmanned. Folder in our room had helpful maps of the area, but talking to a person is always better.

We spoke to staff that were cleaning when we were leaving but found it strange to not have the reception area manned.

The host Sophie was the highlight. She was amazing and does an amazing job! I’ll be back there for sure.

Property was simple , basic and no fuss. Definitely not fancy or up to date but I felt amazing and very comfortable.

Very neat tidy clean comfortable motel room. Very good value for the price. Some previous reviews were not that great so my expectations were not high. The motel wildly exceeded my expectations

It will do you for 1 night, if you really need to stay.

Staff seemed to be pleasant. Easy checkout, drop key in a box and go. Although it was a small room, I didn't really need anything bigger.

Lack of sound insulation between rooms. Lack of heating in the bathroom. Noisy heater in the main room. Simple, dated accommodation. Represents poor value for money when compared to other motels I'm staying in on this trip.

Quiet, clean and comfortable motel. Would stay there again.

Wouldn't recomend staying during winter, a/c and hot water systems needs urgent updating

Bed was comfortable, parking close to room. The staff were friendly.

Not a good place to stay during winter. A/c was very, very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. It was cold during our stay, so turning a/c off to allow us to sleep meant it was very cold in the room also making it difficult to sleep. The (instant??) hot water would go from very hot to cold during your shower. There is no heater in the bathroom, so it is cold having a shower or going to the toilet. I'm not impressed by the notice saying there will be a $20 charge if the supplied cups and dishes are not washed !! Finally, weak and slow wifi that dropped out frequently.

We enjoyed our stay and had recommended it to another couple who stayed there too.

As we were only staying one night it was quite adequate. Everything was clean and tidy and well presented. The bed was warm and comfortable. There was no plug for the hand basin so hard to do the dishes well but I know that plugs go missing often and as we haven't travelled for a while did not think to put in our own. We were especially pleased as there was no where to stay at a price we could afford where we actually needed to be and the Gloucester motel was a very good price and met our needs well.

We are now at the elderly stage and the steps from the car to the upper level where the units are were not the best as they were uneven and a bit slippery because of the rain. However there was a rail and this was helpful

Excellent value for money.

Excellent facilities for the price. Liked having a microwave for warming up a meal. Shame the restaurant is closed permanently but can understand why. The room was very clean and ready for me at said time.

Ideal for travellers who are on a budget and arent worried about luxury.

Property was spotless, staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was also comfortable and warm. Would happily stay again at this price.

Room was a bit tatty and dated, however given how cheap the price is i cant really complain.

Amazing rest!

Don’t know why it got such bad stars, we actually have a very nice stay here, room is spacious and clean, have all you need in there, nice set up and view, park right in front of your room, friendly stuff, with the price this is absolutely amazing!

We only stayed one night as a fill on between longer stays and could not recommend to others.

Basic level accommodation.

It was basic level accommodation. This motel is trying to re-build after the Covid period. The restaurant is closed, there is now permanent reception staff, the telephone and email addresses are wrong, etc etc
