It was in god location, nice vilas and staff were great.
We had power outage every 10 minutes or so on day one, second day pool pump never turned on and water started looking gross. We had sightings of snake on day two and third day it was right next to bedroom. We had to call over staff to remove it. It was bit of scary everyday since we had little kids.

Green, original traditional Balinese house
Dirty, towels, unfurnished kitchen, bathroom, poor breakfast, far from the center

What's not to like about this beautiful place? I recently had surgery so didn't venture out TOO much in Ubud and often had dinner delivered to my room... The Salmon was amazing FYI!
The room is stunning... Bed very comfortable... Bath was heaven and pool was the perfect size!
The shower was also fabulous!
The scooter they rented me had a faulty light so I returned it. I didn't pick up another scooter from them until 2 days later however they charged me for the day I didn't have/ use the scooter. It was disappointing that they did that.

Facilities from room are quite dusty, immediately gt rashes after checking in. Rooms are not soundproof, hotel staffs talked and laughed loudly after 10pm right in front of our room (which was near to the reception), we have been telling the issue to the front desk on the next day morning but they seemed not understanding.

Great value for money. I really love the tree outside the villa that have very nice smell at night.
They do not have slippers here.

not worth the stay. the staff were not very pleasant

Rooms were excellent and well laid out for a family of 4. Supplies were good. Private pool was well maintained. Housekeeping services were good and well maintained. Location was good. reception was 24 hrs. there was a spa on site which was reasoanably good
Breakfast was a set breakfast. For a 4 day stay, it almost became monotonous and difficult to like.
For an Indian visitor - the food taste was a bit different as it was prepared in a more American/continental way

amazing accommodation! Definitely worth staying for couples or groups. Free shuttle service into town too
Bar shuts at 10. The water fountain stays on all night making it very noisy.

After our second attempt of getting the room for us. The room was quite nice
Our first rooms were next to owners quarters. Rooms 301 A and 301 B . Jo Jo bungalows. They had dogs that never shut up. Barked all night . Owners didn't seem to care, disgusting to be honest. We had to move the next day.

The wifi was good and the staff was kind and helpful
the private pool was not clean we got green from it and the public pool was brown the whole time we stayed there. the breakfast had very little option and the lunch was not good. the restaurant wasn’t nice and appealing at all. We found bedbugs in our bed after sleeping there for three nights, but we got to change room right away. The location was very bad since it was down a small road with lots of cars and no sidewalk so you can’t walk anywhere.
7.0
How easy it was to check in. Front staff were very helpful when we had a problem with another venue.
We couldn't have a bath due to broken plug.
7.0
The private pool.
the acces to the town it’s a little complicated. The spa service was not available.

Good location and spacious two separate bedroom villa. Nice size pool, although it would be nice to have some sun beds or decking chairs near the pool. Good location. Staff were very nice and helpful
It wasn’t very clean. The toilet had some stains around the seat and the bedsheets didn’t smell fresh. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety

Very nice and comfortable place, nice rooms.
Snakes our villa pool and garden area

Rooms are very cosy and warm and pool was clean
staffs were very helpful and friendly!
food at the restaurant was good!
Only down was the mosquitoes and the traffic around the area can be very bad during peak hours
oh ya, a dining table would really be nice 😬

We stayed in two rooms villa with a swimming pool. It was definitely great value for money. Staff was lovely. Restaurant was good. Thanks
Unfortunately road is not good if you plan to walk at night from center as it’s dark and very busy. Better to use taxi or motorbike.

Myself and my partner are already thinking about our next trip here - we loved it! You really are sleeping with the wildlife and can hear everything outside, maybe not for everyone but we had some of the best night sleeps. Staff really helpful and it was great being able to book scooters through the hotel, to help us get around the wonderful Ubud.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Staff 10/10.
Unfortunately my stay at Suarti was disappointing. I booked for 3 nights but could barely stay for one, there was something in the roof, gecko droppings everywhere and moths covered my bathroom, when I turned on the bathtub, a smell of sewerage took over the room and I had to be moved. The staff were accomodating and moved my room as it was late. The upgraded room didn’t have the smell but still wasn’t good value for money, the burning around filled the room with smoke and it was hard to sleep.

bedroom is ok, but the room view is good. but pool depth is also not good because i am short heighted i can't go to the pool by my own.
bathroom is very smelly, toilet seat not comfortable and main thing is we went outside and without putting any sign outside for cleaning my room they opened my room and cleaned.
