About this house rental
Welcome to the Villas at Foxglove. Located in the Blackcomb Benchlands and just steps from the ski runs, this 3 bedrooms plus loft property is the perfect year-round retreat. Catch the shuttle to the lifts in the morning and take advantage of the ski-in trail at the end of the day. Lost Lake Park, Fairmont Chateau golf course and Whistler Village are all just a short stroll away. This townhome offers ample living space for all, including a large open plan living area, a cozy fireplace to relax by after a day on the mountain, a covered patio with BBQ for outdoor entertaining, and air conditioning in the bedrooms for those hot summer months.
Enter on the ground level into a roomy entranceway. Continue up the set of stairs to the open concept main living space with a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room, and living area all centered on a beautiful gas fireplace. Just off the dining area is a covered balcony with a gas BBQ. There are two bedrooms on this level. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV, located off the kitchen area with shared ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the main floor with two twins that can be converted into a king-size bed upon advanced request and a TV.
The upper level welcomes you into a lofted space with a queen sofa bed, overlooking the living and dining area. Situated off the lofted area are the laundry closet and master bedroom with king bed, TV, and private balcony with ensuite shared bathroom.

LOCATION
Foxglove is centered in the Blackcomb Benchlands along the village transit route. Depending on snow conditions, guests can ski-in to the unit through the meandering trails from Blackcomb Mountain with a short walk/ski to the base of the mountains in the morning. The village shuttle runs approximately every 15-20 minutes yearly with a stop just outside the unit along Painted Cliff Road. Guests can take this shuttle to the base of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain and the main village center. Foxglove is also within a 15-20 minute walking distance to the village. Close proximity to the Fairmont Chateau Golf Course and Lost Lake makes this townhome perfect for any Whistler adventure.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

Very good spot for a group of 8. We had both skiers and non-scares in our group and this property proved to be a great place for them to stay while the rest of us were on the hill.

House is spacious and nice. Well equipped. Only downsides were a cupboard door in the kitchen was broken, the downstairs bathroom had no floor heating and the lights were not dimmable making it impossible to get cozy dinner lighting. Other than that it’s a nice standard house in a great location.

This is our second visit to Whistler. Loved this condo location. Shuttle drop off was just steps away. So easy to get to the village.

Only issue was a broken air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. This would not have been any concern except for a heat wave that hit during our stay. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay in Whistler

Beautiful location & condo with nearby hiking to amazing views, lakes, waterfalls, gondola etc. Great restaurants and shopping in the village. Also enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen which had all the utensils and appliances needed. We bought some food in a market nearby. Played games around the living space and slept well in the comfortable beds.

We were really impressed with this Whistler property. It's a great size for 2 families of 4. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Place was very clean. About a 20 min walk to the village. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, quiet and spacious for multiple families. If you are traveling with little kids and under, I’d bring a childproofing kit for corners. The glass coffee table was awful and probably seems like a weird thing to focus on, but with the base being concrete blocks, there was no way to move and we had to keep the little kids from wiping out constantly. The layout is great and roomy and the kitchen convenient, but the property could do marvels with spending even $50 on kitchen accessories like spatulas and liquid measuring cups. It felt set-up for easy reheat but didn’t quite have the breadth of tools to make it easy for full cooking.

Awesome place for a group near Blackcomb
We loved staying here! The place was awesome and perfect for our group of 6. Great well-equipped kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, plenty of space, and a convenient area for storing ski gear. Communication with the host was prompt and he even agreed to a late checkout even though we asked only the night before. The only slight issue we had was that the ski shuttle was not running and we weren’t given a heads up about that, even though the listing advertised that the place is convenient to the free shuttle. It ended up OK because we had a friend who could drive us to the mountain each day but would have been nice to know ahead of time since this was one of the reasons we booked the place. Overall we enjoyed this place and would come back again!!

Lovely space but 1/3 mile walk to/from slopes
The space was great and the physical property matched everything in the listing. The only part that was not ideal was the walk-in/walk-out for skiing. Like others noted, I would not call this a ski-in or ski-out. If there was fresh powder, some of it would be ski-able (not snowboard, mix of uphill and downhill) but you do cross a main road. The best way to get to the mountain was to walk out of the unit and take a right and walk down the path, cut over to trail and follow it left, walk down trail and follow sign post for the slopes (or the lift if you need rentals). Follow the trail more (trail has a little hill) until you hit the road, cross the road and enter the trail to the left of the Aspens. Follow this trail to the slope. Put on your skis and go! About 400-500m walk in total. Parking was easy. There is a reserved spot as well as visitor parking, which is first come first serve. Our group had 3 cars just fine. Check in was long, seems like lots of units have 4pm check in and getting there at 4:30, it was very busy. The space is beautiful and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities.

Cozy & comfortable for the long weekend
Our time at Foxglove 16 was excellent. The property was very clean; it was really comfortable for relaxing, and the kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to cook. Would definitely book again.

Great Spot
A lovely home for a vacation getaway. Spacious with modern amenities. Easy to get to. Ski almost to the door from Blackcomb (quick walk from the hill or base).

Not ski in ski out as advertised
The unit is fine and as seen in photos although the unit was advertised as ski-in / ski-out. When we checked-in, the person at the desk let us know it was not as advertised. We would have booked a much nicer place for the money spent if we knew this.
Check-in is in the village, which is theoretically convenient although you need to park in a garage and walk a long time to get to the desk. Hence, not convenient.
All-in, this was a poor value and a bait ans switch unit. Not recommended.

Wonderful Spacious and clean
We really enjoyed the condo! All the amenities that we needed were there. The shuttle service really makes it. It is not as close to the mountain as you think it would be. But the shuttle makes it easy. Everybody enjoyed the space. It was roomy and clean.

The home is beautiful and well situated in Whistler village. The layout was perfect for relaxing, having good conversations, and also getting a bit of quiet time. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and would look for this property the next time we are in Whistler!

Beautiful townhouse except for all the stairs.
Beautiful townhouse. Very comfortable in living spaces and bedroom. Crazy large glass coffee table that was very tippy!
Parking stall was very tight and made it a challenge to unload and load. Expect lots of stairs which may or may not be an issue.
We had small children with lots of things too unpack so was very inconvenient in this regard.
The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials but no pantry items other than salt and pepper.
Nice deck with bbq. It was cold so we didn’t use but it’s a nice setup.
Would be a great place for couples sharing but not suitable for small kids in my opinion.

All we could ask for
We were looking for a 3 bedroom with easy access (walk/shuttle etc.) to the village and lifts for our family of 5 adults. But, we also wanted a condo that had a ski chalet vibe. This hit all the marks. Would definitely stay again and were sad to leave!

Amazing Stay!
Perfect location and setup for a group looking to go to Whistler Blackcomb. Less than a 15 minute walk to the slopes or there’s a shuttle stop 2 minutes away. Well stocked kitchen for cooking for 8. If we return to Whistler we will definitely be looking forward to renting this property again! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great location, extremely clean, a home away from home. We were there for skeleton training and everything we needed was in house for cooking full proper meals. Condo was spacious, clean and inviting. Thanks for a wonderful stay, would love to book again for our next training session.
