About this apartment rental
The main room has its own bathroom with shower and bath, while the secondary room has a bathroom with shower.
It has 2 double beds (135 cms each). Each room has its own wardrobe, hangers, two bedside tables with lamp, a chair along with a large dresser.
In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, washing machine, refrigerator, table, iron with table etc.
Guests can access the large garden (community area), where they have a large terrace, outdoor table with chairs, barbecue and pool with saline chlorination where the use and enjoyment of the pool as well as the barbecue, will always be low Tenant supervision and total responsibility.
In case of negligence or misuse of the facilities, access to them will be denied.
They also have a parking space inside the property, as well as next to the house, there is a closed street where you can park more cars.
The house is barely 5 minutes from the center of Pontevedra, and has a shopping center 100 meters away, in addition to two supermarkets nearby. It is a very safe and quiet area.
The location of the house is 2 minutes from the access to national roads and highways, which overlook the main beaches of the Rías Baixas (Sanxenxo, Marín, O Grove) or other cities with cultural or gastronomic interests (Santiago, A Coruña , Vigo, etc.)
I live on the top floor, so I will be happy to help you if necessary, or there is a problem with the home.
The house is delivered completely clean and collected, so I ask that you leave it with a minimum of cleanliness and order.
