We really enjoyed our stay here. Gorgeous views of the Columbia River! Loved watching the kite surfers!!! The electric recliners facing the river were so wonderful to sit in at night.
We never used the basement or the deck. Washer & dryer worked great.
We had a door lock issue. The Office Staff & Maintenence Man were very prompt in resolving our issue and were very friendly!
Our only complaints are the tall steps at the front door, the toilets are too low for older/disabled people and the MB shower door opening was too small (have to be really skinny to get in). One of our guests could not get her walker into either bathroom. Beautiful place with tiny bathroom amenities and no grab bars. Not very handicap accessible.

Such a beautiful home with an amazing view. The bedrooms were large and the home was clean. I'm already planning my next adventure.

House was very nice and the view was gorgeous. Location was also great.

Stunning view of the Columbia River, quaint town and great hiking trails.

Location and view were great. Well-stocked kitchen.
Carpet stains everywhere in main living area.
Bunk bedroom sliding closet door off track.

Wow,Stunning view! Easy check in, lovely home. Perfect for families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Our unit was very clean. Kudos to their housekeeping team. A nice quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels etc. Appliances were all great except the barbecue. We called the arrived office and they brought more propane, but this didn’t address the issue. So we’d suggest a new barbecue with grilling season coming up. But we really enjoyed our stay and especially our time on the deck. A nice bunch at the Arrived office too.

Had a great brief stay for a fishing trip. Perfect choice. Roomy. Comfortable. Great location! Incredible Views of the Columbia!!

Not a bad place only complaint the bbq needs to be upgraded it barely worked and was all rusted out

Nice location, plenty of space. Kitchenware stock moderate. A lot of things missing to actually cook. Skillet pan handles were loose. Grill only two of four burners work and base was filled with water. It needs help.Dishwasher needs deep clean and bunk beds are awful to sleep in for adults. Basement had no heat at all. But it was only a few days so it worked out fine. Owner needs to be aware of the toll renting is taking on house. It needs more attention.

Amazing stay close to hikes and wildflowers! Loved that we could hike the Mosier Plateau trail and walk to Mo Co for beers. Short drive to Hood River. Beautiful views for relaxing! Highway traffic is loud but with windows closed not noticeable. Perhaps bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
My biggest note would be the WiFi is not good - I planned to work from home and was not able to.

We had a wonderful stay

We met our son for the weekend. Roomy, clean house…exceptional view of the river and gorge and the occasional bald eagle! Would love to use it again!

Beautiful place, nice view

The house was clean and had a ton of room. Amazing views from the living room and kitchen. Quick into small downtown Mosier and fast to Hood River. It was a great house and we’d stay here again.

Very quiet and peaceful, with wonderful views of the Columbia River! Management was extremely easy to communicate with! Overall great experience

This is not a five star property. In my opinion five star properties don’t have tired laminate countertops, cheap fiberglass shower stalls, stained and “icky” shag carpet, etc. There were other problems like a broken toilet, broken garbage disposal and broken kitchen spigot. There were missing window covers in the master bath that made it unusable for all intents and purposes. Finally the property advertised a grill, which we planned to use, but it was rusted and dirty and full of rusted water. Very disappointing care of the property
The location is okay. Although the advertisement shows views of the river, they don’t show that there is a freeway and train tracks between the house and the river. The noise was subtle but ever present.
This is, when faults are corrected, probably a four star accommodation in my opinion.

This home has a beautiful expansive view with many windows which is the draw for this rental. The home is nice for a group of people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. There are an additional bed and bathroom downstairs. The home has basics for cooking, etc. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant number of inconveniences related to a home that needs some TLC and repairs.

The view of the Columbia River was amazing. Would definitely again.

This was a great place for friends and family to gather. There was plenty of room for the adults and kids. Carpet could use to be replaced (many stains in the living room) but it’s minor compared to the views you get from the living room and balcony! Incredible! Everyone was comfortable in their beds (aside from squeaky frames). The kitchen had all the basics you’ll need to cook meals. Overall we truly enjoyed this place!

We had an awesome family gathering in Oregon. The views from the property were amazing! T he house was very spacious for our group. There was some confusion at the beginning as we believe info was texted to my husband’s cell phone which he doesn’t check. I kept looking at my email to no advantage. We were able to talk to someone with VRBO who connected with the owner and all went well! Great experience!!

We didn't really get to spend a lot of time at the house due to a golf tourney we played in all weekend so we really just slept there. Got up early and left.
Your house is very nice!
Thank you

Great view. Great place. As usual we had a fantastic stay. This is our third time here. We enjoy it every time.

Fantastic property with tons of space and gorgeous views! Only 10 minutes to Hood River water activities. The management is amazing and super friendly. We left a personal item at the house, and they were able to find it and shipped to us along with a little gift - such a nice touch! Would absolutely stay again.

House was great and there was ample room for our boat in the driveway. Weather was nice but windy on several days-caught no fish but had a great time. View from the house was spectacular, especially sunsets!
4.6
I stayed here for my birthday weekend with friends. I loved that it was dog friendly and the property was beautiful. The house was nice and large and we enjoyed the patio and views. The kitchen was nice and spacious.
4.6
Lots of space for four adults and two teenagers in a great location!

First off, the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures made it seem like this beautiful place, it’s not. The grass is all dead, the outside is covered in webs and then when you get inside the walls are cracking and there was dog fur from the people before us. The air conditioner was broken, so it never got below 80 degree’s in the house. When I called management, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me I can either stay or leave but I won’t be getting a refund. The whole experience was just crappy. It was suppose to be a nice family trip, and instead I had to get a hotel and then go home early. I don’t recommend this place at all.
4.6
Unfortunately we had to give the home a three star review because of cleanliness. We did receive a cleaning refund by management. Mouse and droppings were spotted the three nights we were in the home making it difficult to enjoy kitchen area. There were traps in the home prior to our arrival meaning this was already an issue Downstairs is dark and very dingy. The bathrooms were very clean. The view was wonderful. Management stated they would resolve pest and cleaning issue.
4.6
The view from this house is unbeatable. Looking straight up the Columbia River, watching the windsurfers and sunsets. However, within the first 5 minutes we came upon a live mouse in the dining room and shortly after at least 2 in the couch. Contacted Arrived and they said they would send maintenance out the next day, no one came and had no other correspondence. After further looking we found "droppings" in nearly every drawer in the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The house is in need of a deep clean and maybe some updating and TLC. It has a great layout and views for days, if you dont mind sharing it with others.
4.6
Great location. We love Mosier and stay here often. Fantastic view of the gorge. Minutes from Hood River. Comfortable beds. Clean. Nice.
4.6
The house is warm and welcoming and quite spacious. The kitchen is appropiately outfitted and large. The deck is spacious and the spectacular views are stunning. We spent the majority of our time there! The carpets need cleaning and the yards were a bit overgrown and untidy but the overall accommodations were great. We would definitely stay again.
4.6
Great location and view of the Columbia River Gorge. For those not familiar with the Gorge area, most prime properties are near both I-84 and train tracks, so earplugs should be considered. Comfortable, well equipped property only minutes from Hood River and other Gorge sites and hikes.
4.6
Large, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. The view of the Columbia River from the deck is wonderful. House was very clean and tidy. The only drawbacks: The house needs some TLC, the carpets are pet-stained and the internet was very slow which also effected the streaming on the TV. We can't wait to return once those two things are fixed.
4.6
Right out of the gate it was eighty degrees in the house. The air conditioning unit in the house is very old and can barely keep up with the house itself. My suggestion is if you're going to rent a property to people make sure that they have a air conditioning. After some technical issues we got the house cooled off and it was OK from then on.
4.6
The house was great, very spacious. Has an amazing view. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The only issue is the Internet is not very strong. I had planned on being able to work a bit during our stay and was unable to maintain an Internet connection. Not a huge deal, we would definitely stay there again.
4.6
The house is situated on a cul de sac up a hill in a quiet neighborhood. House is comfortable for the 6 of us. Wonderful living room with a great view of the Columbia River. Great hiking very close by. Nice coffee shop just down the hill. Cute town.
4.6
The view from the house is incredible and there is a lot of space. But those are really the best things about the house. Otherwise it’s kind of outdated, there are not many tools in the kitchen, the ceiling light covers in the kitchen are falling down, the yard outside is full of rotting leaves, and overall it just feels like the house isn’t really that cared for. So, it's just average.
4.6
Spacious house in a nice area. Great trail nearby.
4.6
Great place, better view
