The Mt. Hood region and its more than sixty miles of forested mountains, 77 waterfalls and myriad lakes and streams are a rip-roaring mecca for outdoor adventure. The mountain is home to four ski areas and offers the country's only year-round skiing and snowboarding.

Less than two hours prior to checking in, Arrived sent me a text letting me know the AC unit was broken and they were moving us from this 5 star condo to a 2 star dump. Not a phone call explaining us the situation and asking us how they can best assist us in our travel plans, just a text telling us our vacation had just gone down the tubes and they were unwilling to help us find another property. They said we could take the dump, or take a refund. They were unwilling to help us find alternative properties. With no choice we moved into this property with no AC. Arrived showed up with two $20 fans to help circulate the hot air, and told me they were the last two fans in Hood River. I went to Home Depot the next day and spent $300 on a portable AC unit and found hundreds of fans available. Arrived promised the AC would be fixed in 5 days, but that never happened because the owner didn't want to pay for a reputable company to fix the AC unit, they wanted to go the cheap route. Well, we were there for a week, and the AC was never fixed. The company they hired dropped off a unit, spent two hours messing with it, let them selves into the condo and walked with muddy shoes through one of the rooms and out the front door without letting us know they were inside the home, and then left before fixing it. The owner of this property doesn't care about your stay, they care about money, so if you rent this unit and something goes wrong, know that it won't be fixed.....

Great location and a beautiful home. We loved walking to ice cream and the farmer's market. Hood River - we will be back!

Great location, views and comforts of home!

Great views, lots of room for everyone to spread out.

This beautiful down house had perfect views and we enjoyed the hot tub both nights. We were there. Everything was very comfortable.

We came to Hood River on a girls weekend trip and LOVED our stay! Amazing location walkable to local coffee, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed and more. The hot tub worked great and was a fun, relaxing perk. Would highly recommend!

Mother- Daughter Weekend! Gréât place to stay- lots of stairs which was no big deal for us. I would not recommend this place for little kiddos but we enjoyed our stay and would def return. Clean as a whistle- easy entry instructions, well stocked kitchen and close to the restaurants and shopping. Thx so much.

Amazing location, great house with lots of amenities and great views. We will definitely stay again.

The place was spacious and a great home base for me and some friends to enjoy the area!

The property was as-described and the views were nice. Very comfortable and check-in was easy. Despite being pet-free, there have clearly been pets there. I have strong allergies which were set off, particularly in the tv room. Renter next door smoked on the balcony a lot, which isn’t the management’s fault, as there are no smoking signs on the property. We had to carry the outdoor cushions up the stairs (so many stairs), which was unpleasant. Otherwise a great stay in a nice place and close to all we wanted to do. As others mentioned, there is no water or ice from the refrigerator. We did not use hot tub, so couldn’t comment on it.

I came with a group of eight friends for a girls weekend and we really enjoyed our stay! The space was well laid out with really great furnishings, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of space to hang out in the living areas for everyone to hang out comfortably. We really enjoyed hanging in the hot tub at the house as well. The location is super close to downtown Hood River and it was really easy to get down to Oak Street for restaurants and shopping. Overall, we had a great time and I would highly recommend a trip to this great rental!
A couple things to note:
- It is a very vertical home with lots of stairs. The kitchen is located on the third floor. Not the end of the world but good to keep in mind for accessibility! It’s also an uphill walk back up from Oak Street.
- The wifi listed on the welcome documents was not available. But we were able to find the network name and password on the modem.
- Don’t get your hopes up that the ice maker will be functional. There is a sign stating it won’t work, so bring ice with you for your stay.
- The unit it managed by a large property manager and while they were responsive, they didn’t have a lot of info on the ins and outs of the home itself.

This was a wonderful place to stay with all that was needed. You do have to be good with stairs. Beautiful view.

Overall the condo is nice and updated in a great location. Here is the honest review. Clearly Arrived does not pay much attention to being clean. When arrived all the floors were dirty (socks turned black) Cheetos where under chairs and couches, sheet where not properly cleaned. The condo needs some TLC, toilet paper holders all are nearly ripped out of the wall, Water filter has not been changed in 1 year on the fridge, no ice, the home just needs some better maintenance. The hot tub was unusable didn't even try opened it up saw that the water was cloudy and the dirt at the bottom and said no way.
For what they charge per night here they should be able to afford these little things to make the stay better. Overall for the cost I would not stay here again.

Amazing view of the prime watersports site in Hood River, and downtown. Easy walk to anywhere downtown, including the Event Site. Such a cool layout and style. Well accomodated with everything we needed including beans and grinder to make coffee on morning one without leaving the condo - so good.

This was our last stop our 2 week trip in PNW. This house and the location was amazing.

The property is very attractive, though the management company has numerous signs around the property threatening you if you don't follow the rules. And though we were there during an extremely hot week, I think the issue would be the same even in more moderate (yet hot) weather. The A/C isn't strong enough to cool the top two floors of the property effectively, making the primary bedroom uninhabitable and the kitchen / living area pretty warm. There were numerous box fans in the closets, so I suspect we aren't the only ones to have this issue. I would also wonder if the reverse is true; if the heater was strong enough to keep the place warm on all levels during colder weather. Having the ice maker / water filter on the refrigerator be out wasn't very nice either, though they did leave us a bag of half used ice in the freezer.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful rental property. The views of the gorge from both the living room and the top balcony were amazing. The house fit us all well and had plenty of space. A few things were in need of repair and the property manager responded promptly and sent someone immediately to tend to them. The house does have a lot of stairs so make sure the guests are comfortable/able to maneuver throughout the levels well. We hope to return again.

This property is beautiful from the outside and inside. It was a perfect space for our bridal party to stay and each have their own comfortable bed. The patio was awesome to hang out on and enjoy the views of the Columbia river. And the house was in great location to walk downtown. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Modern and has everything you need in the house. Centrally located to the downtown area. Would definitely recommend it and will stay again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great visit with friends over Memorial Day weekend, and the locale was perfect. Close enough to walk around town for shopping/dining.

Would have been good info to know the ice machine and water filter didn’t work before we came. Also the stainless steel trash can has a very sharp spit the cut my finger pretty deep.

Beds were comfy. Things were clean. And also everything was accessible!

My husband and I decided to do a trip to Hood River for our 10 year anniversary. We went big on a house just for the two of us to have a great walkable location and view and WOW did we find it! This house is amazing. The two sleeping areas are divided by the living space making it extra comfortable for two families easily. The decor, the supplies, the vibe was all top notch. Other than the ice and water maker broken on the fridge (which wasn’t a big deal to us) I had zero issues.
Be aware if you don’t like stairs it might be a bit much for you. The views and high ceilings come at a stair climbing price but worth it! Thanks for a great stay.

Enjoyed hot tub! Beautiful area! Unfortunately annoying sound from vent when using the dryer.

Wow, what an amazing stay.
We went for an extended weekend with childhood friends for a wedding. There was a total of 8 of us and we were more than comfortable with the amount of space. Our wedding group actually took over 4 of the townhomes which made carpooling and planning very convenient for us all.
Photos of the home are not updated. Most of the rooms, especially the living room, is a lot more modern and beautiful furniture/decor than what the photos show. Also there is a coffee grinder and pour over set up so we took coffee on the top lanai daily.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped and most meals were prepared on the Viking gas stove. Just be aware the front right burner seems water damaged from a previous guest as it was constantly flicking. Water here is also top notch but it was a bummer the ice machine wasn't working. It would be great if the host included some ice makers to utilize instead of purchasing ice on a daily basis.

Hood River Condo
The condo is very cute and great location. Kitchen accessories were sub par and coffee maker was not great. The outdoor furniture was not as pictured. No cushions and clearly not ready for use which was a disappointment.

It was a very fun weekend. The only downfall was the construction at 7 AM on Friday morning when we really wanted/needed to sleep in.
The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! My only suggestion is, we wished there was more seating in the family room area. Some of us sat on the floor when we gathered together and there were only eight of us.

Overall the condo is beautiful, easily accommodates 10 people and in a great location for walking anywhere in downtown Hood River. The dryer and refrigerator water/ice were both out of service which was a little frustrating, especially the dryer since there was no way to wash and dry towels for 10 people. Also, the door locks are very frustrating to use and should be replaced with fixtures that don't require "a trick to lock."

Beautiful modern contemporary townhome with views of the river and mountains. Location was great, close to downtown amenities. Hot tub was nice. Very clean inside. Only complaint is no ice (not even ice trays) and the coffee grinder did not work.
