Overall, my stay was a mix of comfort and minor inconveniences.

I recently stayed at a property booked through Booking.com and it was value for money. The area is central with lots of transportation options

While the apartment overall was satisfactory, there were a few drawbacks. The layout consists of four small rooms, but heating is provided by a single air-conditioning unit in one room, leaving the other rooms quite cold. Additionally, the bathroom space is somewhat cramped. I also experienced intermittent issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which affected the overall convenience of my stay.

I would like it if there was a dryer as well for the clothes . There is a washing machine but no dryer and no place to hang dry the clothes

Very good

Nice apartment, spacious enough with all the stuff I needed. Good current of water in the shower. Location was good for me, and quiet. Metro and buses nearby.

The bathroom was too small, and the toilet seat was broken (could not be lifted without holding it). Direct wind from the AC above the bed.

We appreciate everything. It was a very good experience, the apartment had all the equipment we needed, very clean, and enough large for two people. The location was perfect too. The neighbourhood was quiet, and also we were closed to the center of the city and near the metro and the tramway. All the informations gived by the owner was clear. I recommend this apartment.

Very clean apartment close to the Acropolis (20 minutes walk) situated in a very clean and safe area in Neos Kosmos with lots of bakeries, coffee places, bars and restaurants. Five minutes by foot to Syngrou-Fix metro station. The apartment has all the amenities and the check-in/check-out instructions were very clear.

Wonderful stay in a very central location

Beautiful and cozy apartment in a very central location. Walking distance to Acropolis and main attractions. Close to restaurants, bars, etc. Very clean and nicely decorated apartment, with all the necessary equipment and fast internet. The host was also very attentive to our needs

The cost is cheap, considering this, situation is bearable but not comfortable

The bed was comfortable, location quite good, not far away from city centre and metro, the district was quiet and safe. In general the flat was clean, especially bed-clothes.

The flat hasn't central heating system, so in February when we were there, it was uncomfortable, but maybe it's not that important in warmer days (we used an air conditioner in the bedroom and an electric heater in the kitchen). The worst part of our stay was the problem with a toilet :)) When you open it, the cover of the toilet doesn't stay straight, it falls, so you need to stop it with your back or with hands and that's really annoying and isn't hygienic.

Great location and value for money

Location - it's close to metro and tram, near quite busy Siggrou Fix but it's not noisy; apartment facilities - it's perfectly equipped (tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, iron etc)

Pardon, closet does not open fully due to the size of water bucket and it's quite uncomfortable 🤭

Reasonable apartment at very good price

The apartment, in an agreeable neighbourhood, felt secure and safe. Comfortable bedroom and well equipped kitchen. Walking distance from Metro/Tram, supermarket and coffee shops close. The price represented excellent value.

The bathroom is small and cramped. Hot water system is a bit of a mystery and generally unsatisfactory.

the property is spacious and has a nice kitchen with everything you need, decently clean, bout you hear evry conversation from neighbors and traffic etc,

the bathroom is very small especially for a a person of 1.95m and full of mold, the toilet seat is broken

Great little apartment for its prime location and price

Very easy check-in process. Clean apartment. Central location. Well equipped with everything needed.

As others pointed out the bathroom is tiny. Toilet seat was broken and generally staying for more than 2 days is not recommended except if you do not mind/care.

The location was great a 10 minute walk into town and 25 mins walk to the acropolis. The bed was comfortable all the amenities were great for cooking and washing. The bathroom was small but clean. The instructions were clear.

Took a while to figure out where the hot water switch was, this could be clearly labelled on the wall for ease. Other than that all good!

Perfect for 1 or 2 persons for stay in Athens

Nice appartment, well equipped (washing machine, frigo...), quality/price, location about 25 mins by foot from Akropolis, metro about 10 minutes, contact with appartment owner.

central location, 5 min walk to main strip with restaurants and cafes. 15 min walk to acropolis. easy self check in process.

one word: cockroaches! as big as my thumb just running around. First night we arrived at the apartment around midnight and first time using the toilet a massive cockroach jumped out of the toilet roll! another one was running around the kitchen and was able to kill it with a shoe. the biggest one was still hiding somewhere and couldn’t imagine how many more there must have been! disgusting. more there were.

It's really great, we appreciated a lot

We appreciated a lot the instructions to get the key, it's quite fun, but clear and helpful. The host replied us quickly and answered all of our questions. The location and area is great, not so far the main places to visit, but not so close to avoid the noise of the central. The apartment is very well-equipped, we enjoy to cook, clean-up, and everything. Highly recommend for a couple or friends to stay, with the budget in Athens, it's quite a good option, comparing to hotel.

Super satisfied.

Short distance to supermarket and coffee shop. The restaurant next to the supermarket has supper delicious spinach pie and pizza. The neighborhood is very nice. The tailor on the same street helped fix my case handle for free, although I could not communicate in Greek, it warmed my heart. I would highly recommend this place to stay. A lot of details in the apt are super smart, such as the garbage can under the kitchen sink is automatically opened when you open the cabinet door, laugh. Love it. Central enough location and easy to get to from the airport The owner was very helpful and responded to messages very promptly

A bit of a noisy area / neighbourhood and the neighbourhood was pretty dirty (but all of Athens is noisy and filthy to be fair)
