The MMV resort is perfect for skiing.
The beginner slope is on your door step.
A nice Spa area in the resort.
The flat is ideal for self catering.
In the 6 people (2 bedrooms) flat there is sufficient space yet only one toilet but there are toilets throughout the resort.
A ski and boots locker is available at the ski in- ski out door.
Staff go out of their way to help.
The bubble from the bottom of the ski in - ski out takes you to easy slopes to reach all other Tignes areas and eventually even Val d’Isere ( beginners must take the Olimpique bubble down to Val d’Isere at the end). Pic Nic areas at the top of some slopes and breathtaking views at the top. Exceptionally good snow for April. Skiing facilities and support everywhere. Ski passes done online and on a day by day basis.
The MMV swimming pool is always full of children- an adult only time (7pm 8pm? ) may solve this issue.
The reception has kids activities every night and there isn’t an adult area to use at the same time.
While the flat has everything to self cater in comfort, toiletries and toilet paper are not provided.
As mentioned one toilet for 6 people may be an issue but toilets are available at every floor.

Comodidad, muy bonito, habitaciones cómodas, muy bien la calefacción y acceso directo a guardaesquis y pista de esquí.
Estaba sucio , sobre todo la cocina.
4.0
facilities and proximity to the slopes
the restaurant - poor value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the arrival. The appartment is nice, clean and well equipped. Refrigerator was clean :-)
In the evenin, the appartment becomes too dark. Lights are missing (or not strong enough). Light is missing in the kitchen area (only a small light above the ventilation hood)
4.0
The rooms/apartments are spacious avd well equipped. We stayed in a 6 person one and it was comfy and big.
It is ski-in/ski out.
The pool is pleasant and the spa (paid extra) was lovely
There is not much in the area: it is a cluster of accommodation but not much else in terms of facilities.
No atmosphere or après ski. You are best off catching the gondola down to Breviers.
There is no bar in the hotel and the restaurant was soulless.

We loved the ski- in and ski out.
One more toilet would have been good!
It was still a fabulous apartment though.
4.5
great location, rooms are comfortable and well designed, view from the window was simply stunning, all needed equipment was in the kitchen
everything was great, be mindful when booking that this resort (Tignes 1800) is placed rather far from main lively streets and restaurants (Tignes 2100), and it is reachable by car only
5.0
Very nice hotel. Real ski in ski out. Hotel also has a great ski hire shop onsite
4.5
Really nice space for 4 people, great balcony and view. extremely easy for ski rental, access to the télécabine just next to the hotel. Spa was unexpectedly very nice just have to make a reservation. Shuttle to tignes 2100 every 15-30 minutes during the day, more difficult access later at night.
Beds not super comfortable but after skiing all day it doesn’t matter. didn’t provide some necessities that we had to buy (hand soap, coffee pods, dishwasher tablet, extra toilet paper) . 10am check out us a bit early, and there is not much to do in Tignes 1800 village. 2 restaurants, no boulangerie. but it is more quiet and secluded than the other villages which can be nice.

good location
ski to the door
uncomfortable pillows

amazing view, very accessible to the ski and shops.
clean hotel, helpful stuff.
kitchen is equipped with pans, forks, everything you need to cook.
failed to provide all information about the missing toiletries ( toothpaste, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, flip flops for the spa and dressing gowns, as we had to go to the spa barefoot in our towels) and spa facilities provided (spa booking required and paid after 16pm)
12pm to 16pm reception is closed as well as most restaurants ( you can not find food between these hours in all restaurants)
the price advertised for the daily ticket of ski lift was £38 but when we ended up paying £56
the lifts were VERY SLOW! 10 mins wait to go up to your room!
jacuzzi is sometimes cold
3.0
The room was very nice and comfortable.
The staff were very nice and helped if needed.
The view from the room was amazing.
The spa is free under 3 conditions (and it was not told in advance): (1) you must book it 1 day in advance. (2) you can only stay there for 45 min. (3) it is free only until 16:00, but every day you ski you return after 16:00.
So basically if you ski the spa isn't free.
The spa includes 2 good saunas and a cold/body temperature jacuzzi. That's it..... :(
There is only 1 toilet in the apartment of 8 people.
The location of the hotel, and tignes 1800 in general, is hard to ski back to at the end of the day (only by bus).
4.5
The rooms were really spacious even at maximum capacity and were really well stocked with kitchen equipment. Its also right on the piste for ski in/out (although you have to come back from 2100 before the lifts close).
It’s also really close of the grocery store and bars/restaurant.
The lifts were a bit annoying as they’d often take ages to arrive and were quite slow.

location was perfect close to ski lift and close restaurants
all was good

Great ski in ski out location
Free ski piste outside the hotel so great for beginners and sledging in the evenings as the magic carpet lift was open till 2030.
Entertainment staff were very friendly.
4.0
conveniently next to a slope with magic carpet that opens until 9pm, clean and spatial room.
the parking are very limited with limited ceiling height if you have a taller car. Reception is not always open at a convenient time.
