Sejur minunat

Locația este superbă, mâncarea delicioasă. Te poți plimba cu bicicleta prin împrejurimi. Copii se pot juca în voie prin locație. SPA -ul excepțional. Sigur voi reveni în aceasta locație minunată.

Pernele mici și tari pentru confortul meu.

Lipsa de atentie din partea personalului; miros urat in camera de la canalizare; Sala de relaxare se pregatea doar dupa oa 19.00; parcare cu plata si preturi nesimtite...

Extraordinary stay

Everything! Didn’t knew the location was kids friendly! We had a very pleasent surprise since we were traveling with our one and a half tear luttle daugther! So everything was as expected!

I didn’t liked the message at the end of the rules note handed over at reception! It was written with capital letters that you cannot bring drinks outside the compund inside the rooms!! ( what????) And also that the Tap water is not really drinkable (whattt???) it’s a 4stars compound and water is not drinkable? So you encourage me to buy it from your restaurant at restaurant pricea? That’s a clear NO for me! Other than that no other issues!

Pro: nice playground for kids; cons: so many! We had greater expectations from the location.

We came for the playground and our 9 year old enjoyed it a lot. He made some friends and he was very happy about the place. However, me and my partner were a little bit disappointed regarding the restaurant, the hotel and their services. The place looks really good outside and it's a nice place for families. I think this place was designed for kids & families and it's an invitation to relax. I would definitely recommend them to improve their services so that the prices would be fair. - breakfast OK - we liked it

- the services are way too expensive for what they really offer. The food isn't so great and tasty. Our kid didn't like it and we didn't like it either. We had our lunch in Brașov and the breakfast & dinner at the restaurant. - 1st meal there - M., our boy, didn't like the pasta with tomato sauce and parmesan (from the kids' menu); his father found hair in the food; the Romanian doughnut (from the kids' menu) couldn't be eaten because it wasn't fresh - it was like a stone. Pancakes - meh. They didn't have strawberry lemonade and they served us an alternative of it (forest fruits, I think), but the lemonade was so sour that our kid left it there (even with 1-2 spoons of honey in it). - SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM: a little too small for 2 adults and 1 kid. It wasn't a matrimonial bed, but a twin one. - we found an inconvenience with regard to one towel, which was completely torn apart. We could see that the towel was too used. - the bathroom is small and when you take a shower, half of the bathroom is flooded. - no air conditioner - SPA - too hot there in July. The spa location is very small. We spent our time mostly outside. Outside there are 3 mini-pools. You can't swim there but relax only. Anyways, all the kids there were happy because they could play together.

Great place for a relaxing getaway.

It was a very beautiful accommodation in a nice setting, with very good amenities and spa!

The staff could be a bit more friendly 😁 but we didn’t have any problems.

Relaxing stay in a great location

- one of the best and various breakfast we ever had - the location is great and they pay attention to the details - perfect for a short escape with or without the kids - the spa is very nice, indoor pools are very small, not for swimming, but the rest is very modern and nice. The kids can stay until 19:00, and they keep it open for adults until 23:00.

- they have no AC and the rooms facing the spa they get really warm - they have 3 outdoor jacuzzis, 2 of them were with clear, cold water, the only one with warm water was super dirty

Very nice place for families, lot of things to do for kids (under 10 I’d say), peaceful and quiet. They also had bicycles one could borrow with carriages for smaller children. Tasty and large breakfast. Would be happy to come back some day.

all the activities for children and the breakfast is brilliant

very small rooms; at night we felt like there wasn’t any oxygen. we were a family of two adults and two children; with the extra bed we’ve been given for my older son, we could barely go up and down the bed due to lack of space

You can relax with your family in an amazing place surrounded by nature!!

I liked every single thing about it, location, facilities, staff members and the value of it. The most important thing is what they have to offer to the families with kids ( outside playgrounds with lots of toys and games and also inside playground equipment with toys and attractive decorations for kids)!!

A great time spent with the family

A beautiful place with many activities for kids and adults. Lots of families with kids, great staff. We will come again this year. Also, amazing food and breakfast. This is a 10/10 place.

Great place to enjoy nature and relax (with or without kids)

Everything was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All facilities are high quality: restaurant, playground, room, garden. The surrounding area is great for walking and bike riding (they have bikes available for guests to use). We didn't use the Spa facilities, because we stayed for just one night. But we will definitely return.

SPA access (opened until 23:00) included in the room price as well as the breakfast with nice and various selection. Bonfire in the evening for relaxation. Two outside small polls one of them heated, free to use at any hour. Nice relaxing music in the courtyard. We were also greeted with a complementary bootle of wine in the room. nice touch. 🙂 Overall a nice experience and we will definitely come back.

Walk-in shower floor tiles do not have a proper inclination so the water to go trough the floor sewer so half the bathroom got flooded after a shower.

I did not notice in the listing of the property, but they requested an extra fee for parking. Although parking in the fields and was not in a closed yard. Was unpleasant surprise.

Our time at Wolkendorf Bio Hotel and Spa

The spa area is really nice and calm. We had a really good time there. The breakfast is amazing. Everything was so tasty. The dinner also was good.

They organize our room for Valentine day in a very romantic way. Really love the extra mile they went, the flowers, decorations, everything. The location is super, with all the snow around was perfect. Rooms are clean comfy, furniture nicely painted. The Spa was quite nice, not big but a lot of things, several saunas, heated water, cold water, salt room, relax room with nice smell and also a selection of tea. They have outside pool with heated water and you can enjoy an amazing view of the stars. I will definitely want to come again.

The beds are for one person, and they move, leaving a gap between them, even if set close.

The location is remote and quiet, with a big yard and activities for children( bikes, an outdoor playground and some bunnies). I understood there is also an indoor playroom with supervision, possibility for cinema, etc, but did not visit it. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, the room was well heated and we enjoyed their breakfast with plenty of options for children. The restaurant also serves a la carte and the food is very good.

The schedule for both restaurant and spa are not very child friendly, the restaurant opens at 13, which is late for small children and the pool is only available for children between 12-17, times when most children will nap. Maybe an earlier opening time would be appreciated by families with kids.
