Rooms, beds and sleeping arrangements:

In this spacious, bright ground floor apartment you have three bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room. In each of the three bedrooms rooms, you have beautiful double beds in massive oak. If needed, in the kitchen/living-room the sofa can be easily converted in a very comfortable single bed, in case a 7th person decides to join the group!
Each room, kitchen/livingroom included is completely independent: from each of them you can access the bathrooms, and even the street, without disturbing those who sleep in the other rooms.

The area: "The Birken Kiez"

The location: the "Birken Kiez", one of Berlin's and Mitte's best-kept secrets, is less than 15 min by bus away from the central station. From here everything is at reach: The west centre, Zoologischer Garten, can be reached with three subway station (U9). Tiergarten and its Siegesäule: 10 minutes by bike. The trendy neighbourhoods of the East, such as Prenzlauer Berg: 15 min by public transportation. And for those who come by car the good news: parking is FREE in this area. The atmosphere of this peaceful corner of central Berlin is extremely relaxed, with cosy restaurants and bars just around the corner, and, in spite of its central position, very authentic, with mostly real Berliners living here. Just around the corner, you have a true gem of the neighbourhood: the Arminius Markthalle, a historic covered market where every day you’ll be able to test a different cuisine, grab a beer, or shop fresh vegetable for your home meals.

Moving around:

The apartment is very close to public transportation. Being situated in a very central area, from here you can reach easily all major attractions of the capital. Station Birkenstr. (line U9) and Turmstr. (plenty of buses, including the fast connection to Tegel Airport, or bus 123 to the Central Station (10 minutes), are at two minutes walking distance.
