Great views & great location to discover le Finistère. The apartment is very well equipped for own cooking and receiving guests for dinner. A little drawback is the adjacent road that can become very busy on weekends, particularly in high season and during festivities in Douarnenez.

GR à proximité qui permet d'accéder au port facilement. Le temps et les algues vertes ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de la plage du Ris. Ce sera pour une prochaine fois ! 🤗

Très belle vue sur la mer. Appartement très bien agencé, agréable, (luminosité, confort, rangements, bien équipé). Terrasse donnant sur la plage du Ris. Accès direct depuis la Route - Parking devant la porte. Commerces en Centre Ville accessible par navette. Très belles promenades sur les sentiers côtiers menant aux plages et ports. Une expérience magnifique de Douarnenez et de la Bretagne.

Eine wunderschöne, geschmackvolle Wohnung mit einem unglaublichen Blick. In der Küche hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Check-in war völlig unkompliziert, sehr nette warmherzige Vermieter. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Cidre im Kühlschrank. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und werden irgendwann wieder hinfahren.

Wunderschöne Aussicht zum Meer. Leider war unser Ferienhaus direkt an einer lauten und vielbefahrenen Straße. Auch nichts schön war, dass unser Strand wegen Keime und Bakterien gesperrt wurde.

Das kleine Apartment bietet Urlaubserholung pur. Der Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer ist einzigartig, die See rauscht im Hintergrund. Wunderbar! Die Wohnung war tadellos und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es sind alle Utensilien da, die man benötigt (aber keine „alten“ Lebensmittel oä der Vor-Urlauber). Der Supermarkt bzw. Bäcker sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war großartig - herzlich und unkompliziert! Bei unserer Ankunft gab es Kaffee/Tee und Kekse sowie Wasser und Cidre! Was für eine Begrüßung!! Danke! Wir hoffen, dass wir noch einmal in diese kleine Ruheoase kommen werden!

Location propre bien équipée rien ne manque, donc possibilité de cuisiner les produits locaux que vous trouverez lors de vos ballades. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée avec la personne qui s’occupe de la location, beaucoup de bons renseignements pour les visites. Dans l’ensemble nous avons été satisfait malgré le temps mais ça fait aussi le charme de la Bretagne. La vue est magnifique sur la plage et les marées montantes et descendantes sont vraiment à voir du balcon. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cette expérience.

Appartement confortable et frais malgré la chaleur extérieure durant les 15 jours. La literie est super, la salle de bain et cuisine petites mais ultra fonctionnelles où rien ne manque. Vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Famille de propriétaires très sympathique. Très facile pour rayonner de Brest à Pont Aven en passant par Quimper et les monts d'Arrée pour notre part.

Mooi en compleet appartement. Prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Parkeren voor de deur was ook gemakkelijk. Weinig hinder onder vonden van de drukte voor het huis. Jammer dat er op het balkon maar twee kleine stoeltjes staan waar het niet makkelijk op zitten is.Dit maakt het niet aantrekkelijk om lekker om op het balkon te genieten van een drankje en een hapje. Maar dat is dan ook het enige dat ons tegen is gevallen. Nogmaals, wij hebben genoten. Met vriendelijke groet, Wil en Pim

Tout commence par l’accueil chaleureux de Cathou, puis suit la bouteille de cidre et d'eau fraîche dans le frigo, le nécessaire pour se concocter un petit café ou thé avec les petits sablés: C'est pas un beau geste de bienvenue ça ? et assez rare...Encore Merci. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre, lumineux et très bien équipé pour des gens qui aiment bien cuisiner. Nous avons passé 15 jours avec de jolis couchers de soleil. Nous sommes bons marcheurs et la demi heure de sentier par le bord de mer pour rejoindre le centre ville, était un réel plaisir. Que du bonheur.

AGREABLE SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable à DOUARNENEZ. Le logement est bien situé par rapport à la ville (20 mn à pied) et à la plage (terrasse surplombant la plage). Le seul bémol est le bruit de la route, la chambre étant située en bordure de celle-ci et les passages de voitures, motos et camions sont assez fréquents. Le logement en lui-même est tout à fait satisfaisant avec des équipements propres et nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'accueil est chaleureux avec la possibilité de s'adresser à Cathou (logement en-dessous) si nécessaire. Globalement nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

Wir waren vom 1. Sept - 16. Sept hier. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir haben die herrliche Aussicht von der Wohnung aufs Meer genossen. Leider zeigte sich das Wetter in der 1. Woche nicht von der besten Seite, wofür der Vermieter nichts kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine/Tumbler. Die Bushaltestelle für den Ortsbus befindet sich 15 m von der Haustür entfernt. Man kann bequem im Ort oder im Intermarche einkaufen. Wir haben auch etliche Fussmärsche in den Ort gemacht bei schlechtem Wetter, 35 Min zu Fuss, guter Wanderweg, nur am Anfang der Strasse nach. Auch ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, Süd- und Nordbretagne.

Eine wunderbares Feriendomizil für zwei Personen: Nach einer sehr netten Einweisung durch Cathou sehr schöne Tage im gut und sinnvoll ausgestatteten Appartement, das tatsächlich hoch über dem Strand liegt. Von hier aus hat man schon beim Frühstück Kontakt mit einer sensationellen Landschaft, ist in zwei (!) Minuten zu dem sehr großen Sandstrand heruntergestiegen. Sogar die Wassertemperaturen sind signifikant höher als im nördlichen Finistere. Insgesamt eine sensationelle Unterkunft und zugleich auch ein feiner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die schöne Umgebung, etwa in das Städtchen Douarnenez.

L'appartement de location est suffisamment spacieux pour 2 personnes. La vue sur la baie et le grand balcon permettent de profiter de cet environnement. Les WC sont séparés. La cuisine et la salle de bain ont été refaits il y a peu. L'équipement de l'appartement est bon. La plage de sable fin (surveillée en été) est située à proximité immédiate du logement. L'appartement est situé aux abords immédiats d'une route assez fréquentée, notamment par les pendulaires. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit et que vous appréciez la grâce matinée, n'oubliez pas vos boules "Quies" car les vitrages et la porte d'entrée sont très anciens. A noter que pour apprécier encore plus ce logement de vacances, il faudrait effectuer quelques travaux de peinture dans le hall d'entrée et changer la literie complète (actuellement lits séparés, courts et matelas usagés). Au vu du bruit sur la route, changer de vitrages côté Est et changer également la porte d'entrée. L'ajout d'un micro-ondes serait un plus. Malgré ces quelques remarques, nous avons passé une agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Wonderful view through the big window and on the spacious but very private terrace, direct access to the sea. the beach is not very crowded and while the low tide you can walk along the coast and find beautiful places with rocks and caves. Inside the appartment you find everything you need including deckchairs and a fast internet connection. The parking space is directly in front of the door. Martine et Gérard are very friendly and helpful. We will come back for shure, one of the best apartments we have been so far! Klaus & Christine

Simply Breathtaking...

Quite simply the apparment exceeded all our expectations. The view when you walk in take your breath away, the pictures simply do not do it justice! Although it is a little bit away from the main town, it is actually a very nice walk into the town, there is a regualr shuttle bus service that runs from just by the appartment (it also stops at two supermarkets). I would reccomend this place to anyone who just wants to relax, take in the view and enjoy the beach and sea! Simply top notch!!!

"The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped...but it is the spectacular view of the water, the tides, the sky, that change color and mood by the hour, that is without equal. I loved my week near Douarnenez, the town itself is wonderfully "authentique" with its own beauty, the majestic Pointe du Raz a short drive away. I would gladly plan another visit for myself, and would recommend it to anyone seeking a beautiful home base from which to explore the region, or to simply rest on the balcony and absorb the beauty of the ever changing landscape."
