About this villa rental
Our villa is ideally situated just 5 minutes stroll from the centre of the popular Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo. Here you can find an abundance of bars and restaurants, both Spanish, English and indeed Irish to cater for all tastes. The ports of Benalmadena and Fuengirola are only a 5 minute drive away from the villa where plenty of nightlife and entertainment can be found. It's a short drive up to the sleepy village of Mijas if you prefer a more tranquil setting. We have a fully stocked kitchen featuring a washing machine, fridge and all appliances to keep you happy while on holiday! The villa also has air-conditioning. The pool area has amongst the best views in the village. The pool area also has a selection of loungers to relax and take in the rays. The outside patio is also fully furnished and dining alfresco with the Med in full view is an experience to die for. The gardens to the rear are fully stocked with orange and lemon trees which guests are free to sample.

From start to finish this has been the best villa we’ve stayed at as a single family over the years. We’ve had much bigger and “shinier” villas when going with extended family but this villa has it all for a family of 4-8. Booking process and comms with the owner were excellent, check in with Sage who manages the property locally also outstanding-he got us in early as changeover for the last group had been completed early. Location superb; wonderful views over the coastline from Benalmadena in the east to Fuengirola in the west. 10-15 minute downhill walk to Benalmadena pueblo with loads of very good restaurants and bars. Slight uphill walk home but not unpleasant. Nearest restaurant/bar is Origen 23 which does the best burgers we’ve had anywhere and really friendly. Loads of others all within the main village-lilac tree, la fuente, la Pala D’Oro an Ventiis were others and recommended . Villa is walking distance to the Aldi supermarket about 5 mins away downhill and about 15 mins back up with loads of shopping-the only time we wished we had a car! Other than that, car not necessary unless you want to go sightseeing further afield, and even then the bus stop is just at the bottom of the street. Uber service locally also excellent including transfers from airport. Villa is really well appointed and equipped and also cool despite the heat-air con does not need to be on all the time and quickly cools rooms. Large highway behind the Villa-zero noise from it. Will definitely return

As a family we all absolutely loved this villa , the whole process was made so easy and the cleanliness was 10/10
The views were amazing the location was beautiful, easy to get a bolt or Uber to the sea front and marina and fuengirola/mijas 20mins from Malaga airport
Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa

What a wonderful week we had. We really enjoyed the house, the pool and the surrounding area. Had the pool heated and that was wonderful. The house is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. It was very clean and everything looks nice. And the view is really enjoyable!

Amazing Villa in fabulous location close to Benalmádena Pueblo. The Villa is well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. The indoor communal areas are spacious and airy plus have great aircon if required. The kitchen is well equipped to a high standard. Upstairs the largest bedroom benefits from an en-suite and has sea views, 2 further bedrooms are a great size and both have balcony access, the 4th bedroom is at the back of the property and has views of the garden. Bathrooms are great with plentiful hot water and good water pressure!!! The pool deck has plenty of space for 8 adults, there is a large gas bbq plus a covered area, great for sitting in the shade if needed. The property has fab outdoor dining space and places to enjoy the view over the bay. On a clear day you can see Gibraltar and the mountains of Morocco. The property is well located with bus stops to mijas and torremolinos a couple of minutes walk from the away. It’s a 10 min walk to Aldi and a similar time in the opposite direction to town where there are a good mix of shops and restaurants/bars.
Stewart was a great host responding very quickly to any pre holiday enquiries and provided a very useful info pack ahead of our arrival. Sage was on hand locally to meet and greet and deal with any issues if they arose.
We had a great holiday and would definitely highly recommend this fabulous Villa. Our kids (all adults now) loved the freedom and flexibility the Villa offers.

Second stay here, villa very well looked after, clean and everything you need, communication easy with owner and Sage is in contact if you would need anything. Perfect position to walk to Pueblo, and bus 5 min away. We will be back.

This villa has everything you need, very clean, with lots of space. It’s in an ideal location within 10 mins walk of Benalmadena Pueblo which is a beautiful old town. The pool area is spacious with lots of seating areas and very well kept. 2 min walk from bus stop which takes you down to the coast or upto Mijas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This villa was excellent for what we were looking for .grandchild loved the pool area and heated pool as did all the adults.the villa is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfy and water pressure very good in the showers.
Only one negative was the amount of stairs from the back gate.
Short walk into the lovely villa but very hilly on way back but taxi was only 5 euro.
All in all would definitely recommend

Absolutely fantastic! Nothing to fault at all. Sage met us on arrival and explained everything, nothing went wrong in our week so need to bother him again! Everything on website is spot on except the kitchen is obviously new this season and is stunning. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

This is a return visit for us since the Pandemic
The owner has made some fabulous changes to what, in our opinion, was already fabulous
The pool heated meant we spent many relaxing our in and around the pool terrace with those spectacular views
The main quaint and beautiful Old Town is 12 minutes walk ( we timed it) perfect,
We will definitely return and we highly recommend.

Had a fabulous two weeks here, the villa was immaculately clean on our arrival complete with everything we needed for our stay. The pool water crystal clear. Views down to the sea from east to west, watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning with an early coffee. A quiet area but only a few minutes walk into the Pueblo full of places to eat and drink. Useful to have a bus stop 2 mins away. Stewart was very helpful quickly answered any questions we had and Sage was on hand during our stay if we needed him. The pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay again

We had a great holiday at the beautiful villa, the pictures don’t do it justice it was better then expected. Great location, we could walk into the old town for dinner and to explore the beautiful village.
Would definitely recommend.

The property manager Sage was great. He met us at the villa and gave us useful information about the area. The photos don't really do this villa justice. The outside area is where we spent most of our time either in or around the pool, or in the covered area. The views from the pool area are amazing. The kitchen has everything you need and there is also a gas bbq. The location was perfect for our group being a short walk away from shops and restaurants. There are bus stops close by should you want to venture further. We visited the marina and beach (121 or 112 bus).

A great villa in a fantastic location.
Our kids loved the pool (it was a struggle to get them out of it in the evenings) & being able to walk into the village in the evenings.

Local area is fantastic, you are a 15 minute walk into the Pueblo which hosts some fabulous restaurants and bars. There is a mini supermarket too which is great for Sunday when the big ones are closed.
The villa offered some great views but the neighbours house on the right was depressing. Unkept walls and a lot of satellites dishes. We called it Jodrell Bank!
The villa is spacious but it’s tired too. Had it not been for the pool area, which had noticeably been modified I feel we would of been disappointed. The information pack was very poor. Nothing on the local area (apart from restaurants) no instructions for the advertised satalite tv. There were 11 channels,7 where different regions of BBC 1.
On arrival there were no basics. We didn’t expect a welcome pack but there wasn’t anything there. No dish cloths or washing liquid, no dishwasher tablets, oil, tea, clingfilm, bin bags etc. All these basic items had to be bought from scratch. It’s a shame that you have to spend you holiday buying essentials at an additional cost. Surely these items would of been left by previous guests?
We had a day where the water ran out as the pressure was so low and I appreciate that was unavoidable but on most days we’d run out hot water. We were a family of 4 adults and two children. So getting ready to go out had to be timed so we could all have hot water for a shower. For a villa that sleeps 8 we found this frustrating.
The interior of the villa was dated, one room didn’t have a lampshade, there were marks (looked like footprints) on the walls and The curtains were badley stained in two of the rooms .Lastly the key for the door onto the balcony was broken meaning you couldn’t lock it.
The variety of seating areas outside was great and the outdoor furniture was high quality and very comfortable.
Location couldn’t of been better, you’ve got the sea view, the traditional pueblo and Benalmádena was 20 mins away in the car.
There’s a variety of lemons, limes and oranges out the back and they were perfect for a gin and tonic in the evening after a day in the glorious sun!
To Summarise you couldn’t beat the location and the spaciousness of the villa, however it is tired and lacked the basic touches that make you feel welcome and valued.

This was our third stay at the villa which speaks volumes. Clean, spacious, secure, and a beautiful pool. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.
We will likely be back.
Stewart has been great to deal with and then whilst at the property the check in /out process was stress free with Sage who was helpful each time we’ve stayed.

Very nice place to stay - lovely view. A difficult climb to front or back of villa so difficult for shopping etc with no car.

Lovely villa, great pool with all the facilities your stay would need.Pueblo is a beautiful village with some good restaurants. We also enjoyed days out to the beach a 20 minute drive away. For a villa of this standard I would have expected a welcome pack. And for those that are less able access would be a challenge.

Really enjoyed our stay here - two families of four with teenagers - villa spacious and well maintained - very fine views of the sea, the Buddhist temple and Benalmadena Pueblo - we had a car but regularly walked to Aldi and the Pueblo - not suitable for those with mobility issues but that did not bother us - would definitely stay again

Our first villa holiday, travelling as a party of 8, ages from 7 to 70+. The villa and pool were lovely and clean. Location wise it was within 1/2 mile of a supermarket, 3/4 mile from Pueblo village centre. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the street which takes you into Benalmadena or up to Mijas. Stewart the owner was very helpful, and happy to answer any queries regarding our holiday.

We have just spent 8 nights at this wonderful villa. The villa is exactly as it states in the description. Very clean and tidy, modern and spacious, the view is amazing, it has everything you need for your holiday. Customer service is highly rated too as nothing is too much trouble, correspondence is so easy and either Stewart or Sage get back to you straight away. We have stayed at other villas but it would take a lot to top this one! The pool is a good size and the sun loungers are very comfortable too. Aldi supermarket is about a ten minute walk and has everything you need and if you cannot manage to carry everything back up to the villa you can ring a taxi from the supermarket, there are supermarkets down in the village too which stock everything you need are very cheap compared to the shops in Fuengirola or Benalmadena. There is an off licence and tobacco shop as you walk down on the left hand side where you can get wines, beer and spirits at very cheap prices. The buses and trains are regular if you want to venture out and about ( if you want to be down near the marina stay on the train until it reaches Fuengirola but if you want to be nearer all the lovely restaurants then get off at Los Boliches ). The villa is in easy walking distance to the village where there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants, highly recommend Sopranos which is on the corner as you head into the village on the right hand side. The square is a lovely place to sit and have tapas and a glass of wine. Taxis into Fuengirola are around 10 - 12 euros if you want to get there quicker, 10 minute drive will get you to the main part and Los Boliches beach is the best in the area, try and get onto the part of the beach where Paco has his sunbeds and if you get on the back row he has a sprinkler system which lightly sprays a fine mist of water on you which you will need when its as hot as it was for us. Dominiques restaurant is highly recommended in Los Boliches, also Sams sports bar for a bit of tapas or lunch. We will definitely be back to this beautiful villa, thank you so much Stewart for letting us stay at your lovely spanish home, thanks to Sage too and the cleaners who do a fab job of keeping you happy while you are there. Amazing !!!

We had an excellent holiday at this superb Villa. From beginning to end it was a fantastic place to spend a week. The swimming pool is tremendous and the Villa has everything you need. The views from the Villa are amazing with the Temple glistening in the sun all day long. The standard of furnishings and facilities in the Villa are superb. The proximity to the restaurants is a short 5 to 10 minute walk and there are lots of different eateries to choose from. Benalmadena Pueblo is a true reflection of real Spain. We intend to return to the Villa next year. A wonderful holiday enjoyed by all four of us.

We have just returned from a fantastic first family holiday at this amazing Villa. Very dubious first family holiday with our large, young family (ages 5, 4, 2 and 1) but the location and standard of this accommodation made the holiday above any beyond what we could have anticipated.
The villa was immaculate with views to die for, also benefitting from being in the most perfect location for amenities and to go out for meals and ice cream!
Nothing we could have changed to make the holiday any better - thank you so much again for having us and we will be back!

This was our second visit to this beautiful villa in Benalmadena Pueblo. It is indeed a gorgeous villa with views to die for and wonderful facilities. The furnishings and decor are immaculate and we all felt immediately at home (all 5 of us!). Two of the front rooms have private balconies which is great and the room with the ensuite is enourmous! Although all the rooms are very spacious. The pool is large for a private pool villa and the surrounding patio area is great for relaxing and having barbecues. The village is just a short stroll away and is so beautiful with lots of lovely restaurants to chose from. We also visited Mijas which is a great day out. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and hope to go back again soon........

We arrived at the villa for my hen weekend and what can i say, the place was stunning!! Immaculately clean and the views were stunning. The villa itself was everything we could possibly have asked for and was like luxury!! From the stunning views over Benalmadena to the heated pool our time there felt both homely and luxurious at the same time!
The location is also fantastic, with a short walk to a village full of local bars and restaurants it was beatiful. You could get a taxi into Benalmadena we opted for the bus and it was nice and cheap!
I highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere special to spend your holidays this is the place to go and relax!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the villa. We were very impressed with the position of the villa, up on a hill looking down to the sea. Great view of the temple below and within a 10 minute walk into the old town (Benalmadena Pueblo). The rooms are modern and clean and the whole villa is air conditioned which was a god send in the summer temperatures. The pool was excellent and the terrace was a great spot to catch some rays. You can eat in (bbq and well equip kitchen) or wander in for food or drinks in the old town. Lots of good restaurants and bars to choose from. We would definitely recommend this villa to others.
