At the end of a small road, contemporary villa of 240 m2 surrounded by 4500 sqm of terraces and lawns. infinity pool 12 x 7 meters with paddling section for children. Temperate heating possible from May to September included.

We were 3 generations staying in the villa. We found it to be spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were welcomed by Victor, who was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Due to the extremely high temperatures, we requested fans for the 3 bedrooms which weren't air conditioned, which he kindly supplied.
We all enjoyed the pool, and there were plenty of shady areas around the villa to sit out of the sun. I especially liked the fact that there were 2 enormous tables, one inside and one on the terrace, which meant that all 11 of us could eat together in comfort.
There is a good boulangerie in the village, a short walk away, and plenty to see in the region, including Avignon, a short drive away. For those who enjoy wine, there are also lots of winetasting opportunities nearby!
All in all, a great family holiday, highly recommended.

The property was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well- equipped. There was enough furniture for everyone (not always the case, I find). Plenty of space both indoors and outside. Outside activities were easy with pétanque pitch and grass areas.

Une belle villa - un excellent sejour!
Tout etait super - nous avons hate d’y retourner l’annee prochaine. Ce serait bien d’avoir la climatisation dans chaque chambre - peut etre! Et aussi peut-etre quelques velos disponible pour explorer la localite. La villa est tres bien equipee cependant.

Les points positifs :
- Très beau extérieur.
- La piscine est splendide et super pour les enfants grâce à sa petite profondeur sur la première partie.
- très joli jardin, mais chemin de randonnée juste à côté donc même si la maison se trouve dans une rue en cul de sac, il passe des gens le long du jardin. Quand les bambous seront étoffés ça ira.
- Beau espace commun et 4 zones de couchage, donc possibilité de séjourner en gardant son intimité.
- accueil très agréable par le monsieur sur place. De bons conseils et disponible.
- très bien situé pour explorer la région et supermarché à 3,5km
Les points négatifs:
- finition intérieure de la maison.
C’est la 5ème maison que nous louons et d’habitude les finitions intérieures sont bien plus qualitatives.
- la literie à revoir de toute urgence dans certaines chambres.
Nous recommandons cette jolie villa.

Top Haus und Top Service
Das Haus ist ein Traum. Tolle Lage, schön ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen für viele Ausflüge. Selbst zum Meer ist es nur ca. 1 Stunde Fahrzeit. Das Haus ist super sauber, die Betten sehr gut und mit feinster Bettwäsche bezogen. Findet sich nicht oft. Die Ausstattung ist das Beste, das wir bisher in einem Ferienhaus vorgefunden haben. Alles ausreichend vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Es gibt überhaupt nichts, das zu kritisieren wäre. Überhaupt war alles 100 % zutreffend, was im Inserat beschrieben war. Die Übergabe und Schlüsselrückgabe mit Sébastien war reibungslos. überhaupt, war sein Service hervorragend. Tagesaktuelle infos bezüglich Veranstaltungen und Ausflugsziele per sms, auf jede Bitte hatte er sofort reagiert. Merci beaucoup à Sébastien de cette service formidable. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wieder kommen.

Superbes vacances en famille et entre amis
Coup de cœur pour cette magnifique villa qui a dépassé nos attentes. Elle est spacieuse, bien fonctionnelle et sécurisée/équipée pour les enfants. La terasse extérieure est bien à l’abri du soleil et du vent et bien isolée des voisins. La ballade autour de la villa est superbe et accessible aussi aux enfants. Un tout grand merci à Sebastien pour son accueil chaleureux et pour nous avoir assuré un séjour au top!

Super vacances
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. A part le chant des grillons, l'endroit est très calme. La maison est super bien équipée (il nous manquait peut-être quelques plats pour le micro-ondes). La piscine est très bien sécurisée pour les petits. Un grand merci aussi à Sébastien pour les bons soins ! Vraiment à recommander !

Super schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Garten und Pool sind ebenfalls super gepflegt und lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Der Empfang vor Ort war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Kontakte zum Vermieter wegen der Risiken in der Coronazeit waren immer schnell und verständnisvoll. Das Haus liegt zentral für viele Ausflüge in die Region. Aber auch die Zeit am schönen Pool kann man genießen.

Super semaine au calme
nous avons passé une semaine entre amis avec deux bébés. la maison est spacieuse, chacun peut avoir sa chambre. la plancha, le bbq à gaz, le terrain de pétanque et la piscine en font une maison très agréable. Installée en bout de chemin, elle est très calme et boisée tout autour. C'est très agréable. le gérant est à l'écoute et disponible avant et pendant le séjour en cas de besoin. Je recommande sans problème.

Enorme villa avec tout le comfort moderne.
Si vous voulez être au calme dans un magnifique villa avec tout le confort moderne c'est le meilleur endroit. Tout était nickel, dans les 6 chambres et 4 sdb. Salon, salle a manger cuisine de presque 100m², même a plusieurs vous ne serez pas l'un sur l'autre. Piscine, terrasse et jardin sont splendides. Un havre de paix, sans voisins.
Juste un petit détail pour le proprio : dans la suite parental à l'étage, il manque des lampes de chevet ;)

- sèche linge pas efficace
- escaliers intérieurs à sécuriser
- barrières de la piscine à la verticale pour éviter que les enfants aient envie de monter dessus
- en cas de grosses pluies la tonnelle de saignes de Camargue n 'est plus adaptée. Il vaudrait mieux prévoir un revêtement étanche.
- la literie de la chambre parentale a été estiméé trop dure.

Sehr schönes Objekt
Die Lage der Villa ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Beschreibung und auch die Photos beschreiben das Anwesen sehr gut. Wir waren 3 Familien, durch die vielen Zimmer und Bäder konnten wir uns gut aufteilen und hatten auch alle unsere Privatsphäre. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Grundriss zugesandt, das war sehr hilfreich. Auf alle zusätzlich Fragen haben wir immer sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Der Hausverwalter vor Ort waren bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar. Der Pool ist wirklich groß, Kinder und Erwachsene hatten viel Spaß. Vom Ferienort aus kann man viele tolle Ausflugsziele in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

La propriété a correspondu parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous étions 4 générations d'une même famille. La disposition des pièces permettait à chacun d'avoir son intimité, tout en permettant de se retrouver en groupe sur la terrasse. Sébastien était d'une assistance incroyable, en réglant efficacement le moindre problème. La piscine est magnifique et la cuisine très bien équipée. Séjour très agréable. Un petit B-mol l'absence de main courante dans les escaliers, la montée des escaliers assez raides peut s'avérer dangereux.

Magnifique maison moderne et confortable.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec enfants et petits enfants. Tous ont apprécié cette belle maison confortable, au calme, et très bien équipée, l'immense terrasse et le grand terrain très bien aménagé (grande piscine, maisonnette enfants, terrain de pétanque, barbecue...). La semaine était caniculaire mais la climatisation (utilisée avec parcimonie) nous a apporté tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Philippe et Sébastien qui ont tout fait pour que tout se passe bien.

Maison parfaite à tout point de vue
Il est rare d'avoir la confirmation une fois sur place, que la maison louée respecte encore plus les attentes d'avant séjour. Propreté impeccable, accueil souriant, maison vaste et super équipée, rien ne manque pour passer une semaine formidable en famille ou entre amis. Même si je n'ai pas trop envie (de peur que ça se sache de trop), je recommande cette maison à tout le monde, et je suis plutôt pointilleux en général... Vraiment un coup de cœur !

Familievakantie met kinderen
Prachtige vakantiewoning, ideaal voor gezinnen met (kleine) kinderen. Het omheinde zwembad (met een zeer breed verlaagd stukje, ideaal voor kindjes tussen 3&5) & het feit dat bijna alles gelijkvloers gesitueerd was, heeft zeker zijn toegevoegde waarde. Ook de aanwezigheid van Airco in de woning heeft tijdens ons verblijf zeker zijn nut bewezen :-)
De ontvangst door Sebastien, het contact op voorhand was perfect. De gevraagde kinderbedjes waren perfect in orde. De woning was in een zeer nette staat (tot zelfs een tot in de kleinste hoekjes afgepoetst terras toe) en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig.
De ligging van het huis is ook perfect, op het einde van een kleine doodlopende weg heb je geen last van buren of passanten. Het achterliggende bos werd ook duchtig gebruikt voor schattentochten met de kinderen :-)
Het TGV station ligt op 25minuten rijden, ideaal !

Sébastien nous a vraiment bien accueilli et a été Présent pour nous durant notre séjour et a su nous conseiller pour nos visites, les marchés... si besoin de lui on l appelle et il répond à nos besoins dans l'heure qui suit. Un homme vraiment très sympathique et souriant.
Nous avons eu la chance de passer une semaine sous le soleil caniculaire les pieds dans l'eau dans cette belle et grande piscine!
La villa est vraiment bien équipée nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants et personne n'a manqué de rien.
La piscine a ravi toute la famille, un beau jardin avec une maison pour enfant, une piste de pétanque, une table de ping pong.. tout pour ne pas s ennuyer!
En plus du cadre magnifique la villa est située au bout d'une route donc il n y a pour seul le bruit que les cigales, la villa est bien sécurisée.
En résumé nous conseillerons à notre entourage cette magnifique demeure et y retournons probablement!

Family Holiday
Villa St Genies is beautiful & in a lovely peaceful location. Although we were three generations there was plenty of space & freedom. The welcoming wine is a lovely touch. Thank you.
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The instructions for the hob are a bit unclear so make sure you put a pan on first, or it won't work!
The pool area is very inviting & ,with young children in the party, having a shallow end was perfect. We did have to keep switching the pool alarm off as it kept randomly going off, even during the night!
Sebastian was always very pleasant & will try to sort out any difficulties you may have.
All in all a great family holiday in a lovely area.

We komen graag terug naar deze vakantiewoning met ons gezin met 13 (8 volwassenen en 5 klein-kinderen): licht, modern, goede uitrusting, ruim, en met elk zijn kamer en badkamer. In de omgeving zijn er voldoende toeristische mogelijkheden en zoals men Zuid-Frankrijk verwacht - met onnoemelijk veel wijngaarden en 'degustation' in de buurt. De moeite zeker waard!

Magnificent
The house and pool were fabulous – our grandchildren loved the pool and did not want to venture out into the surrounding area, but once out enjoyed Pont du Gard, Chateauneuf du Pape, the beaches at Montpelier and not least Avignon.
Sebastian was helpful and informative and on hand if needed.

The most beautiful holidayhouse
Throughout the years we have stayed in many holidayhouses but this house is by far the most beautiful. It is very spacious, luxurious and it is provided with all aminities. The pool gave us many, many funmoments, especially the children had the time of their lives.
Many thanks to Sebastian. He was always invisible present and whenever we needed him, he was willing to solve a problem or to answer a question.
In short: the two weeks we stayed in the villa felt like being at home.
We certainly will come again!
